DESIGN FOR A PEN-RACK.

To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, OSCAR R. LOCKER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Deroit, in the county of Wayne, State of Michi- 5 gan, have invented and produced a new and .riginal Design for a Pen-Rack, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to the letters of reference marked thereon, which '0 form a part of this specification.

This invention relates to a design for a penrack; and it consists in the configuration illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in which- [5 Figure 1 is a perspective view of my design 5 its upper edge is convoluted. Crossing the tray transversely between its ends is a partition, whose upper edge is also convoluted to correspond with said end. The front side of the tray extends from one end to said parti tion only.

Referring to the characters of reference, 1 designates the bottom of the trayor rack, and 2 the legs upon which it is supported. The back side of the tray is indicated at 3 and the front side at 4. The high end of the tray is indicated at 5, whose upper edge is provided with the convolutions 6. 7 designates the opposite end of the tray; 8, the transverse partition having the convolutions 9 therein. At one end of the tray is a ledge 10, raised above the bottom thereof, the whole presenting a harmonious and ornate figure.

Having thus fully set forth my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is

The design for a pen-rack, substantially as herein shown and described.
