FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a punching and kicking bag for boxing and the martial arts showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof and taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 1;
FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,
FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of a modified embodiment of the design shown in FIGS. 1 through 6.

- The ornamental design for a punching and kicking bag for boxing and the martial arts, as shown and described.
