TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Be it known that I, DAYTON MORGAN, of the city of Ohillicothe, in the county of Ross, and State of Ohio, have originated, made, or produced a new and original design, in round relief, of a bust representing Frederick Douglas, of the city of Rochester, in the State of New York and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, reference being bad to the accompanying photograph, making part of this specification, namely Head, shoulders, and breast cut oil below the pectoral muscles, draped with ordinary modern clothing, with a, cloak loosely folded over the shoulders and back, and across the breast. The head erect, and turned to the right.

Claim. What I claim as my invention and design, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is- The design for a. bust as above described and herein set forth, and represented in the accompanying print.
