Be it known that I, CHARLES M. HIGGINS, a citizen of the United States, residing at Brooklyn, in the city and Stat-e of New York,
5 have invented and produced a new and original Design for Screw-Caps, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in the drawings, the leading feature of my design consists in a screw-cap spiral rib having a series of. protuberances I5 formed on the surface of said rib.
