SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 30,624, dated April 25, 1899.
Application filed March 27, 1899. Serial No. 710,717. Term of patent '7 years.

Be it known that I, BENJAMIN F. ERWAY, a citizen of the United States, residing at Rodney, in the county of Monona and State of Iowa, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Trace-Support, of which the following is a specification.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of a trace-support, showing my new design. Fig. 2 is a sectional View taken on the line 00 00 of Fig. 1.
As shown in the drawings, the leading or material feature of my design consists of a diverging from said thinner portion toward said base and end, the underside of the free end of the hook being flat and lying substantially in the plane of the opening made longitudinally through the rectangular body portion. The top of the body portion is open between the end cross-bars, and rising upwardly from the bottom plate at a point between the cross-bars is a stud or pin d.
The device may be used as a trace-support or other harness attachment.
That I claim is- The design for a trace-support substantially as herein shown and described.
