Be it known that I, HERMANN VASSEUR, of Waillingford, in the county of New Haven, and Stute of Connecticut, have invented n new Design for lea- Set; and I do hereby declare the following, when taken in connection with the accompanying illustration, to be :t full, clear, and exact description of the same, :tud which said illustration constitutes n part of this speciiication, and represents the nine pieces composing the full tea-set.

This invention relates to :t design for the articles oi silver-ware termed a, tea-set, :md consists in the peculiar configuration or general outline which is alike npplicnble to the several pieces, cach piece being suping illustration.
