Be it known that I, HERBERT E. Referring to the accompanying drawings, Figure 1 is a side elevation of a piano-player case, showing my new design; and Fig. 2 is a front elevation of the same.
As shown in the drawings, the leading or material features of my design are the plain and vertically-disposed body, the overhanging roof-like portion, and the columns supporting said roof-like portion at each end and resting upon suitable bases, the whole design when viewed in front elevation giving the appearance of a portico.
1 is the plain body; 2, the roof-like portion; 3, the columns, anddthe bases extending from the lower portion of the body 1, from which bases the columns rise. The bottom of the roof-like portion 2 is in a horizontal plane, as shown at 5, while the top of said portion is bounded by a curved surface 6, the upper portion of said surface extending from the plain horizontal top 70f the case down to the outer edge of the roof-like portion 2.
Having thus described my invention, What I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The design for a piano-player case, as herein shown and described.
In testimony whereof I affix my signature in presence of two witnesses.
