The characteristic feature of my design resides in the combination on the dials disclosed, of an off center handaxle opening, radial time pips which sequentially increase in length for half the circumference and sequentially decrease in length over the latter half circumference adjacent the dial periphery, and a rectangular opening in the dial for secondary indicia display, all as shown.
