DESIGN FOR A BRACKET FOR SHUTTER-BOWERS.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,285, dated February 15, 1898.
Application filed January 3, 1898. Serial No. 665,503. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, CHARLES ZIMMERMAN,a citizen of the United States, residing at Frederick, in the county of Frederick and State of Maryland, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Bracket for Shutter-Bowers, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming apart thereof.
In the accompanying drawings I have illustrated my design embodied in a bracket for shutter-bowers, in which Figure 1 is a perspective View. side .View, and Fig. 3 is a bottom plan view.
The essential features of my design consist in a base of avgeneral triangular shape having rounded corners, scroll-shaped webs projecting laterally from the base and extending beyond the wide end thereof, and a round pillar arranged between the extended scrollshaped webs.
As illustrated in the drawings,A is thebase,
Fig. 2 is a of a general triangular shape, having rounded corners a a a and projecting laterally therefrom are the scroll-shaped webs B B,with the rounded pillar C between the webs. The scroll-shaped Webs are arranged so that one edge of the widest portion where they join the base is practically coincident with the wide end of the base, and the webs are provided with rounded flanges b b, conforming substantially to the reverse curved portion a of the base.
What I claim is The design for a bracket for shutter-bowers, substantially as shown and described.
