DESIGN FOR A BIRD-CAGE HOOK.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,157, dated January 1 1, 1898.

Application filed December 6, 18971 Serial No. 660,982. Term of patent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, ANDREW B. HENDRYX, of New Haven, in the county of New Haven and State of Connecticut, have invented a new Design for Bird-Cage Hooks, (Case B and I do hereby declare the following, when taken in connection with the accompanying drawin gs and the letters of reference marked thereon, to be a f nll, clear, and exact description of the same, and which said drawings constitute part of this specification, and represent, in

Figure 1, a side view; Fig. 2,51 section on line a b of Fig. 1.

This invention relates to a design for bird cage hooks; and the design consists in the configuration and ornamentation of the hook as herein shown and described.

The design consists of a flat barA,which is bordered at its upper and lower edges by a wide rope-like flange B, the outer ends of which merge together and are curved to form a hook C beyond the outer end of the bar. The surface of the bar is ornamented by a series of cruciform perforations D, all as shown in the accompanying illustration.

I claim- The design for a bird-cage hook as herein shown and described.
