DESIGN FOR AN ELECTRIC-MOTOR CASING.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,124, dated January 4, 1898.
Application filed November 24: 1897. Serial No 659,718. Term of patent '7 years.
To (LZZ whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, ANDREW L. BIKER, of New York city, in the State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Electric-Motor Casings, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, illustrating the same.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of a casing, showing my design; and Fig. 2 is a side elevation thereof.
The leading features of my design are the oblong body A, of approximately rectangular shape in cross-section, having the central portion A projecting slightly beyond the main body entirely around the same, and the lateral extension I of the same height as the body, but of less width, being flat on the side I) and curved approximately in the are of a circle on the opposite side if.
