DESIGN FOR A BLOCK OF STENCIL-INK.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 27,746, dated October 19, 1897. Application filed August 31, 1897. Serial No. 650,198. Term of patent 14 years.

Be it known that 1, JAMES A. ALLEN, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city and county of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Block of Stencil-Ink, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

The leading features of my design for a block of stencil-ink are, first, the elliptical form of the block in plan view; next, the convex top of the block; next, the sloping sides of the block, and, finally, the corrugated botioin 01. the block.

Figure 1 represents a. perspective view of a block of stencil-ink embodying my design. Fig. 2 represents a transverse vertical section thereof.

In the drawings, A designates a block of stencil-ink, the same being of elliptical form in plan view and having a convex top I slop ing sides C, and a corrugated bottom 1).
