Be it known that I, Lucien G. Brouillard, a citizen of the United States and residing in the city of Minneapolis, Hennepin County, State of Minnesota, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Folding Seat, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, wherein,

Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a folding seat in extended position showing my new design;

Fig/2 is a view in front elevation of the same in folded condition;

' Fig. 3 is a View in front elevation of the lower part of the seat when in extended position as shown in Fig. 1.
