Term of patent 7 years 1'0 all whom it may concern Be it known that I, Edward Wittcofi, a citizen of the United States, residing at University City, county of St. Louis, State of Missouri, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Hat, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which Figure 1 is a top plan view, Figure 2 is an edge elevational view, Figure 3 is an inverted plan view, and Figure is a fragmentary sectional view taken approximately along the line 4-4, Figure l, of a hat embodying my new design.

My design for a scalloped annular hat, fluted radial swirls from the small ring in the center, is characterized by the fold at the crown-engaging portion, said fold extending upwardly and then arcuately outwardly and downwardly, as shown.

The ornamental design for a hat, substantially as shown and described.
