PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A TEXTILE FABRIC Application April 29, 1938, Serial No. 76,863

Be it known that I, Theresa Emmerich, a citi- Zen of, the United States and a resident of New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Textile Fabric, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, and in which Fig. 1 is a plan view of a textile fabric showing my new design, and

Fig. 2 is a transverse sectional view upon the line 22 drawn to an enlarged scale.

The distinctive feature of the design resides in a series of raised unit designs consisting of stems provided with branches diverging therefrom, each unit design including raised elongated elements positioned near to and in the course of the stem, having their longitudinal axes in most part divergent from the stems.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a textile fabric, substantially as shown and described.
