PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A COMBINED EDUCATIONAL LETTER OPENER AND RULER To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Reinhold V. Erk, a citizen of the United States, residing at Waynesville, in the county of Haywood and State of North Carolina, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Educational Letter Opener and Ruler, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a view in plan of the obverse face of a combined educational letter opener and ruler.

Figure 2 is an edge View of the same.

Figure 3 is a perspective view looking toward the reverse face and other edge of said combined educational letter opener and. ruler.

The dominant feature of my design is the frame-like portion bounding the series of diiferent wood specimens on two sides and one end, which irame-like portion comprises a substantially triangler terminal portion at one end of the series of wood specimens and two relatively long opposed strips of substantially the same Width and thickness extending longitudinally of and next adjacent the series of wood specimens, as shown.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a combined educational letter opener and ruler, as shown and described.
