Be it known, that I. Vincent J. Fabian, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Annapolis, Maryland, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Fid Splicer, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front view of a fid splicer showing my new design. Fig. 2 is a side view of my fid splicer looking from the left of Fig. 1.

Fig. 3 is a cross sectional view taken along lines 33 of Fig. 1.

Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along lines 4-4 of Fig. 1.
