DESIGN FOR GIMP.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 16,884, dated August 31, 1886.

Application filed June 19,1886. Serial No. 205,737. Term of patent 7 years.

.To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, LEOPOLD LINDENTHAL, of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new and original Design for Gimp, of which the following is aspecification.

The nature of my design is fully represented in the accompanying drawing, to which reference is made.

The leading feature of my design consists of the representation of loops in relief or raised on the face of the gimp, the loops running in the direction of the length of the gimp.

A is the gimp; B B, the borders of the same; (1, a longitudinal central stripe. I) are the loops covering part of the longitudinal central stripe, C, the smaller end of each loop being within the larger end of the adjacent loop.

Having thus described myinvention, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent- 1. The design for gimp, substantially as herein shown and described, the same consisting of two headings, a longitudinal row of loops between the headings, the smallerend of 2 5 each loop being within the larger end of the adjacent loop, as set forth.

2. The design for gimp, substantially as herein shown and described, the same consisting of two headings, a longitudinal row of 0 loops between the headings, the smaller end of each loop being within the larger end of the next adjacent loop, and of a. longitudinal stripe through the row of loops, as set forth.
