Be it known that I, Frederick Kaupmann, a citizen of the United States, residing in Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cigar Lighter or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which,

Fig. 1 is a side elevational View of a cigar lighter or similar article, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is an end elevational view thereof 1o0king towards the right of Fig. 1;

Fig. 3 is a diagrammatic view showing the exterior configuration at the line 33 of Fig. 1; and

Fig. 4 is a perspective view thereof.

The dominant features of my design are shown in full lines in the drawing.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a cigar lighter or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
