Be it known that I, Nicholas T. Baldanza, a citizen of the United States and resident of Rutherford, in the county of Bergen, State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Foliage Unit for a Miniature Portable Christmas Tree, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, and of which Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a foliage unit for a miniature portable Christmas tree, showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a sectional view taken on line 22 in Fig. 1.

Fig. 3 is an enlarged fragmentary sectional view taken on line 3-3 in Fig. l, and

Fig. 4 is an enlarged fragmentary plan view as seen from line 4-4 in Fig. 3.

I claim: The ornamental design for a foliage unit for a miniature portable Christmas tree, as shown.
