Be it known that I, Edward A. Rosenbaum, a citizen of the United States, residing at Milwaukee, in the county of Milwaukee and State of Wisconsin, have invented a new, original, and. ornamental Design for a Smokers Pipe Rack, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a side view of a smokers pipe rack, showing my new design.
Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof.

The ornamental design for a smokers pipe rack, substantially as shown.
