Be it known that I, Peter von Frantzius, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Signal Device of which the followin is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a signal device, showing m new design;

Figure 2 is a side elevational view;

Figure 3 is a top plan view; and

Figure 4 is a bottom plan view.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a signal device, substantially as shown.
