OFFICE To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Charles K. Oxenfeld, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city of St. Louis, State of Missouri, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Handbag, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which Figure 1 is a front elevational view of a handbag embodying my new design; Figure 2 is a side elevational View thereof; Figure 3 is a transverse sectional view taken along line 3-3 of Figure 1; and Figure 4 is a rear elevational View thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a handbag, substantially as shown.
