PATENT OFFICE 146,828 DESIGN FOR A NECKTIE HOLDER Viola T. Howard, Saylesville, R. 1., assignor to Swank, Inc., a corporation of Delaware To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Viola T. Howard, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Saylesville, county of Providence, State of Rhode Island, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Necktie Holder, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a. part thereof.

Figure 1 is a top plan view showing my new design for a necktie holder;

Figure 2 is a bottom plan view;

Figure 3 is a. side elevation looking at one side of the necktie holder; and

Figure 4 is a side elevation looking at the other side of the necktie holder.

I claim: The ornamental design for a necktie holder, substantially as shown.
