Be it known that I, Willard s. Campbell, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at 308 W. Washington Street, Chicago, Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combination Pipe Coupling and Clamping Device, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.
Referring now to the drawings, Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a combination pipe coupling and clamping device embodying my new design in open position. Fig. 2 is a side view of the same. Fig. 3 is a side view in closed position; Figs. 4 and 5 are opposite end views in closed position and Figs. 6 and '7 are top and bottom views in closed position.

The ornamental design for a combination pipe coupling and clamping device, substantially as shown.
