Letters Patent, for a` Design, No. 62, dated May 28, 1861.

SPECIFICATION.

BE I'l KNOWN, that I, SAMUEL W. GIBBS, of' the city of' Albany, and State of New York, have produced a new and original ornamental design for the Plates of a Parlor Stove, known as the Hyperion Stove; and I hereby declare that the accompanying drawings forming part of this specification are accurate representations of the plates of said stove, with their ornamental designs, and that, what I claim as my production and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is the combination and arrangement of figures and forms represented in the accompanying drawings or delineatons, forming together the ornamental designs for the plates of a parlor stove. n
