The shelf A is conformed at one edge A to, the barrel, being curved at said ed 'e as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, and is providid in said curved edge with notches A to receive the upright arms of the hangers when 'the letter are adjusted to position for use as shown in Figs. 1 and 3. The hangers B have their base rods B at approximately a right snyle to their upright arms B and the said base rods B are 'ournaled to and slideble along the shelf A, heing held to the latter by means of loops 7 on the under side of the shelf A in alinement with the notches A and I receiving the base rod B. The hangers me he moved in connection with the shelf A in such manner as to set the said hangers into and out of engegement'with, the notches A l in the curved edge A of the shelf.
