This invention relates to an improvtanent in hoof nippers and has for provision at means for limiting the movement of the cutting blades in (ilt'tl'tiOIlSlth ward each other, to preserve the sharpness of their edges; also to provide means for controlling the frictional contact of the arms.
Vith these and other objects in view the invention presents a novel combination and arrangement of parts as described herein, and in the appended claim and as illustrated in the drawing. it being understmd that changes in the form, proportion. size, and minor details may be made within the scope of the claim Without departing from the spirit or sacrificing; any of the advantages of the invention.
