Be it known that I, JAMES H. Sums, a'oitiresiding at Mobile, in the county ci Mobile and State of Alabama, have invented a new and useful Valve, of which the following is a specification. 'This invention relates to valves, and in particular to supply-valves of closet-cisterns,
