Be it known that I, WILLIAMS. S; RoD- i GERS, a citizen ofthe United States, residing at Columbus, in the county of Franklin and State of Ohio, haveinvented certain new and useful-:Im rovements in Wringer-Supng-Machines, of which t v1e ollowing is-a specification.

My 'invention relates to a new and useful improvement in wrin'ger-supports for washing-machines.

The object 4of .the invention is rtoprovide a suitable support whereby the wringer may be swung nd held over the tub of the washing-machine and also whereby the wringer may be readily swung away from the tub.

Another feature resides in the construction of the support whereby it .may be mounted on a stand between the tub of the washing-machine and the rinsingtub so as' to be swung over either,

Finally, the object ofthe invention is to provide a device of the character described that will be strongdurable, and efficient, simple and comparatively ineX ensive to make, and one in which the severaiiparts will not be liable to get out of working order.

The `usual wringer 12 ,is mounted on the rest 1'1, and it will be a parent by observing Fig. 1 that when the rest is swung over the tub the wringer will be supported some distance inward from the outer edge ofthe tub thus causing the water wrung from the washing to drip back into the tub, thus keeping the stand and the suri rounding floor in a comiaratively dry state.
