To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, ISAAC 0. RUSSELL, a citizen of the United States, residing at Indiana olis, in the county of Marion and State of In iana, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Physical Exercising Devices, of which the following is a specification.

This invention relates to improvements in physical exercising devices to be used for ullding up and strengthening the muscles and WhlCh may also be used as a toy.

The invention consists of a circular plate of wood having a handle extension, together forming a paddle. A ball, preferably a hollow rubber one, is connected by a rubber string with the outer end of the paddle. The
