Beit known that I, WILLIAM DUNN, of'Argosville, Scholmrie county, und Shiite of New York, have invented l certain new ond/useful Improvements inyDevices for Straining Fluids and Snhstsnes;.and.do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description thereof, .reference being had to the accompanying drnw- I ings, andto the figures and letters marked thereon. Figure 2 is a vertical section of the vessel teken just in front of thestraining-device. l This invention consists in the insertion, in vessels intended to strain cheese, starch, milk, on other fluids' or '|ubstances, of a device constructed inthe form of a small bmi or pnn,or in any other suitable form, and containing in the side o r wall thereof a small piece of wire sieve, by means of which the straining `is effected.
