Be it known that I, MASON M. MILES, of Aurora, in` the county of Kane, invented certain new and usetulmprovements in Catarrhal Instrument and hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, reference being'had to the accompanying drawings,and the letters of reference marked thereon, making a part 4ot' this specification. `y

represents a jar or vessel, constructed of glass orother suitable material. B represents an elastic rubber bulb or globe, supplied with a valve, a, at its top, for the admission of atmospheric airV or vapor. E represents an adjustable neck o1' stopper tovessel A. Cfrepresents a tube orA pipe, running from the bulb B, through the neck E, into the vessel A. .fv represents an opening in neck E. D represents an adjustable flexible tube, provided with a perforated nozzle, G, and attached tothe neel: E at fc. H also represents an adjustable non-elastic or rigid tube, attached in the same manner, and to be used instead of flexible tube D, as may be desired.
