SAL'ADEE, of Paducah, in the State of Kentucky, hare invented certain new and useful Improve- .ments in Stirrups for Riding-Saddles; and Iv do hereby declare that the following is a full and exact description thereof', reference being had to the accompanying drawings, andA t0 the.
