J Application January 4, 1949, Serial No. 69,220 2 Claims. (Cl. 131-170) This invention relates to novel articles of manufacture and is directed to novel devices which may be demountably coupled with a cigarette, cigar, pipe or the like and employed in the lighting thereof, and is especially useful for that purpose in a strong wind. The novel devices of this invention may be produced at a very low cost, have a long life and are simple to use.
