A radio receiving device comprising an antenna system, said antenna system consisting of a. handcontact-coil with a fixed condenser in series, a tuning coil comprising a primary and a secondary winding, and a regeneration coil, said fixed condenser connecting one end of the contact coil to the low potential side of the primary winding of the tuning coil, the other end of the contact coil being connected directly to the high potential side of the primary winding, and said contact coil being exposed to provide a surface for the hand of the listener to hold the radio receiving device and as a result of this contact utilizing the electrostatic capacity of the human body to balance the inductance of said regeneration coil.
