FIG. 1 toFIG. 5 , a foldable storage basket comprises a baseplate 100, wherein the first mounting edge, the second mounting edge, and the third mounting edge are successively arranged along the edge of the baseplate 100, and the first mounting edge and the third mounting edge are arranged in the opposite direction; - a left blocking plate 110 mounted on the first mounting edge by rotating the bottom;
-
- a right blocking plate 130 mounted on the third mounting edge by rotating the bottom;
- and a rear blocking plate 120 mounted on the second mounting edge by rotating the bottom. Both sides of the upper part of the rear blocking plate 120 are respectively arranged with the first clamping part 230 and the second clamping part 240. The first clamping part 230 can be clamped on the upper part of the left blocking plate 110, and the second clamping part 240 can be clamped on the upper part of the right blocking plate 130. The baseplate 100, the left blocking plate 110, the right blocking plate 130, and the rear blocking plate 120 form a storage space.
- Wherein, the first clamping part 230 is used to support the opening state of the left blocking plate 110, and the second clamping part 240 is used to support the opening state of the right blocking plate 130. When the locking state of the first clamping part 230 and the second clamping part 240 are released, the left blocking plate 110 and the right blocking plate 130 can be folded in the direction of the storage space, and the rear blocking plate 120 can be folded in the direction away from the storage space.
- The rotating left blocking plate 110, the rear blocking plate 120, and the right blocking plate 130 arranged on the baseplate 100 can be flexibly unfolded or folded according to the requirements and improve space utilization. FIG. 1 toFIG. 3 , the first connecting frame 140 is arranged outside the left blocking plate 110, and the left blocking plate is mounted on the side close to the storage space of the first connecting frame 140. The left blocking plate 110 connects the left rod 160 of the first connecting frame 140 to the right rod 170 of the first connecting frame 140. The second connecting frame 150 is arranged outside the right blocking plate 130, and the right blocking plate 130 is mounted on the side close to the storage space of the second connecting frame 150. The right blocking plate 130 connects the left rod of the second connecting frame 150 to the right rod of the second connecting frame. The first connecting frame 140 and the second connecting frame 150 are used to support the foldable basket when multiple foldable baskets are stacked. The left rod 160 and the right rod 170 are connected by a blocking plate structure. This design can improve the overall rigidity and stability of the connecting frame, and effectively reduce shaking and deformation during use. It not only enhances the structural strength of the storage basket, but also further strengthens the restriction on the direction of frame expansion and storage. It ensures the stability and reliability of the foldable storage basket in the unfolded and folded states, and comprehensively improves the practical performance and service life of the product. - The first connecting frame 140 and the second connecting frame 150 can facilitate the splicing of multiple storage baskets. When being stacked, the first connecting frame 140 and the second connecting frame 150 can provide guidance, simplify your operation steps, and improve the efficiency of disassembly and assembly. In some embodiments, two storage baskets are stacked together for use. The convex part of 200 of the upper rod 180 of the lower storage basket can be accurately embedded into the groove of the lower rod 190 mounted in the upper storage basket to form a stable embedded connection. This connecting mode ensures the stability of the overall stacked structure, prevents displacement or tilting when items are carried, and greatly improves the expansibility and flexibility of the foldable storage basket in the longitudinal space. Through this design, you can flexibly adjust and stack multiple foldable storage baskets according to your actual requirements, effectively utilize the limited space and meet diverse storage requirements. Meanwhile, this layered stacking mode facilitates quick disassembly and reassembly when required, and greatly improves convenience.
- Referring to
FIG. 2 toFIG. 3 , the first connecting frame 140 and the second connecting frame 150 are of frame structures, and the left rod 160 and the right rod 170 of the first connecting frame 140 and the second connecting frame 150 are straight rods. The upper rod 180 and the lower rod 190 of the first connecting frame 140 and the second connecting frame 150 are bent to form convex parts 200, and the convex parts are suitable for positioning when multiple foldable storage baskets are stacked. The convex part 200 facilitates the stacking of multiple storage baskets, and it can also limit the position. You only need to align it to finish mounting. The convex parts 200 of the upper rod 180 and the lower rod 190 form a shape that is smaller at the top and larger at the bottom, and have a significant guiding function when multiple storage baskets are stacked. In the process of mounting, the lower rod of the upper storage basket can be accurately aligned and slid into the small top section of the upper rod of the lower storage basket because of its large trapezoidal cross-section at the bottom. This can ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the connection between various layers of storage baskets like a guide rail, and greatly improve assembly efficiency. Meanwhile, this trapezoidal structure design can effectively strengthen the stability of the stacking structure, reduce the potential deformation risk caused by shaking, and improve the durability and safety of the entire storage basket system. - The upper rod 180 is provided with multiple first openings 210, and the first openings are spaced along the lengthwise direction of the upper rod 180. The lower rod 190 is provided with multiple second openings 220, and the second openings are spaced along the lengthwise direction of the lower rod 190. The first openings 210 correspond to the second openings 220 one by one. When the first openings 210 are vertically projected downward, the projection positions coincide exactly with the second openings 220. Multiple foldable storage baskets can be connected by bolts through the first openings 210 and the second openings 220 to increase the flexibility and expansibility of the storage basket in the longitudinal space. Understandably, the first openings 210 and the second openings 220 can be used for the connection between the storage baskets, and multiple foldable storage baskets can be tightly and stably connected together by bolts and fasteners to significantly enhance the extensibility and adjustability of the storage baskets in the longitudinal space. The first openings 210 also have other functions. For example, a desktop can be mounted at the top of a single storage basket through the first openings 210. The original single storage basket can be upgraded into a multifunctional combination of storage and workbench surface, and further expand the application scope and use value of the storage basket.

FIG. 3 , the left rod 160 and the right rod 170 have the same shape and size, and the left rod 160 and the right rod 170 can be interchanged. The upper rod 180 and the lower rod 190 have the same shape and size, and the upper rod 180 and the lower rod 190 are interchangeable. The left rod 160 and the right rod 170 in the storage basket have the same shape and size. This means that regardless the first connecting frame 140 or the second connecting frame 150, the rods on the left and right sides are interchangeable, reflecting the design standardization and modularity. The upper rod 180 and the lower rod 190 are partially consistent in shape and size, and they are made of the same components. This design helps simplify production process, reduces production cost, and brings you operation convenience during maintenance or replacement. The unified rod design can realize the simplicity of assembly and disassembly, the high coordination and stability when multiple baskets are stacked. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , the height of the first connecting frame 140 and the second connecting frame 150 is A, and the length of the baseplate 100 is B, and 0.3*B≤A≤0.5*B is met. The first connecting frame 140 can be aligned with the second connecting frame 150 after being folded in the opposite direction, and they will not collide with each other after being folded. When the left blocking plate 110 and the right blocking plate and 130 are folded and stored, there will be no unnecessary interference or obstruction between the first connecting frame 140 and the second connecting frame 150. Especially when the left blocking plate 110 and the right blocking plate 130 are folded in the opposite direction along the first connecting frame 140 and the second connecting frame 150, precise alignment can be achieved, various components do not collide with each other in the process of folding, the integrity of the storage basket structure can be effectively protected, and the folding and storage operation experience and efficiency can be optimized. The baseplate 100, the left blocking plate 110, the right blocking plate 130, and the rear blocking plate 120 are any of wire basket structure, mesh basket structure, mesh frame structure or iron plate basket structure. The mesh frame structure not only retains sufficient structural strength but also reduces overall weight. It is lightweight and can be carried and used conveniently. The baseplate 100, the left blocking plate 110, the right blocking plate 130 and the rear blocking plate 120 contain a series of vertically and horizontally interconnected metal or non-metal skeleton structures, forming a grid-like layout to build a stable and ventilated frame. The grid size and shape of the grid frame structure can be designed according to the actual requirements, which can provide a sufficient bearing capacity, reduce overall weight, and improve the breathability and visualization of the storage basket. The applicability of foldable storage baskets can be improved by designing various structures. - The baseplate 100 is connected with several rotating rings, and the rotating rings are arranged at the junction of the left blocking plate 110 and the baseplate 100. The rotating rings are also arranged at the junction of the right blocking plate 130 and the baseplate 100. This can ensure that the left blocking plate 110 and the right blocking plate 130 can rotate more smoothly around the rotating rings, facilitate you to fold and unfold the storage baskets.

FIG. 2 , the first clamping part 230 and the second clamping part 240 are made of aluminum profiles, and the openings of the first clamping part 230 and the opening of the second clamping part 240 have a structure that gradually narrows. The structure design of the openings that gradually narrow allows relevant components to follow the trend of gradual narrowing of the openings during disassembly or assembly without requiring forced separation or insertion, and achieve quick and convenient disassembly and assembly. As the opening of the clamping part gradually narrows, the left blocking plate 110 and/or the right blocking plate 130 can automatically align and guide with each other during mounting. Each component can be accurately clamped in place during folding or unfolding, and avoid structural instability or damage caused by misalignment. - Referring to
