Description
- This is a U. S. patent application which claims the priority and benefit of Chinese Patent Application Number 202420331623.6, filed on Feb. 22, 2024, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
- The present invention relates to the technical field of protective appliances, specifically a webbing fastening hook buckle.
- Webbing fastening hook buckles are a kind of protective appliances. The hook buckles are installed on a surface of webbing to prevent hooks on the surface of webbing from slipping, and bottoms of the hooks are connected with objects through ropes. By preventing the hooks from moving, the objects can be effectively prevented from slipping to achieve safety protection.
- During use of existing webbing fastening hook buckles, the webbing fastening hook buckles are inconvenient to quickly assemble and disassemble, thereby reducing the convenience of installation, and hooks are likely to slip on a surface of webbing, thereby reducing the safety of the hooks during use.
- The objective of the present invention is to provide a webbing fastening hook buckle, which has the advantages of convenience in assembly and disassembly and good safety, and solves the problems that during use of existing webbing fastening hook buckles, the webbing fastening hook buckles are inconvenient to quickly assemble and disassemble, thereby reducing the convenience of installation, and that hooks are likely to slip on a surface of webbing, thereby reducing the safety of the hooks during use.
- To achieve the above objective, the present invention provides the following technical solution: a webbing fastening hook buckle, comprising a hook buckle installed on webbing,
-
- the hook buckle comprises an inner U-shaped portion, one end of the inner U-shaped portion is provided with a first U-shaped connecting portion, a rear end of the first U-shaped connecting portion is connected with a first straight rod, a rear end of the first straight rod is provided with a second U-shaped connecting portion, and a front end of the second U-shaped connecting portion is connected with a second straight rod.
- As a preferred webbing fastening hook buckle of the present invention, a material of the hook buckle is metal.
- As a preferred webbing fastening hook buckle of the present invention, a surface of the hook buckle is sprayed with an anti-slip layer.
- As a preferred webbing fastening hook buckle of the present invention, a material of the anti-slip layer is a resin coating.
- As a preferred webbing fastening hook buckle of the present invention, the inner U-shaped portion, the first straight rod and the second straight rod are connected with a surface of the webbing.
- As a preferred webbing fastening hook buckle of the present invention, an L-shaped head is installed at a front end of the second straight rod, and the L-shaped head prevents the webbing from falling off a surface of the hook buckle.
- As a preferred webbing fastening hook buckle of the present invention, the inner U-shaped portion is lower than the first straight rod and the second straight rod in height.
- Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects:
-
- 1. In the present invention, by nesting the hook buckle on the surface of the webbing and installing a hook on the surface of the webbing and in the hook buckle, the hook can be prevented from slipping on the surface of the webbing, thereby fixing the hook and increasing the safety of the hook during use. When the hook buckle is installed on the surface of the webbing, the webbing is inserted at bottoms of the first straight rod and the second straight rod and installed on a top of the inner U-shaped portion. Since the inner U-shaped portion is lower than the first straight rod and the second straight rod in height to form a height difference, the webbing is stuck at a gap between the inner U-shaped portion and the first straight rod and the second straight rod to achieve the effect of fixing the hook buckle on the surface of the webbing and prevent the hook buckle from slipping on the surface of the webbing, so as to achieve the purpose of limiting the hook.
-
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a use state of the present invention; -
FIG. 2 is a structural schematic diagram of a hook buckle in the present invention. - In the figures: 1, hook buckle; 101, inner U-shaped portion; 102, first U-shaped connecting portion; 103, first straight rod; 104, second U-shaped connecting portion; 105, second straight rod; 106, L-shaped head; 2, webbing; 3, hook.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 2 , a webbing fastening hook buckle comprises a hook buckle 1 installed on webbing 2, and a hook 3 is installed on a surface of the webbing 2 and located in the hook buckle 1. - By nesting the hook buckle 1 on the surface of the webbing 2 and installing the hook 3 on the surface of the webbing 2 and in the hook buckle 1, the hook 3 can be prevented from slipping on the surface of the webbing 2, thereby fixing the hook 3 and increasing the safety of the hook 3 during use.
- The hook buckle 1 comprises an inner U-shaped portion 101, one end of the inner U-shaped portion 101 is provided with a first U-shaped connecting portion 102, a rear end of the first U-shaped connecting portion 102 is connected with a first straight rod 103, a rear end of the first straight rod 103 is provided with a second U-shaped connecting portion 104, a front end of the second U-shaped connecting portion 104 is connected with a second straight rod 105, an L-shaped head 106 is installed at a front end of the second straight rod 105, and the L-shaped head 106 prevents the webbing 2 from falling off a surface of the hook buckle 1.
- Further, the inner U-shaped portion 101, the first straight rod 103 and the second straight rod 105 are connected with a surface of the webbing 2.
- Further, the inner U-shaped portion 101 is lower than the first straight rod 103 and the second straight rod 105 in height.
- Preferably, a material of the hook buckle 1 is metal, a surface of the hook buckle 1 is sprayed with an anti-slip layer, and a material of the anti-slip layer is a resin coating.
- When the hook buckle 1 is installed on the surface of the webbing 2, the webbing 2 is inserted at bottoms of the first straight rod 103 and the second straight rod 105 and installed on a top of the inner U-shaped portion 101. Since the inner U-shaped portion 101 is lower than the first straight rod 103 and the second straight rod 105 in height to form a height difference, the webbing is stuck at a gap between the inner U-shaped portion 101 and the first straight rod 103 and the second straight rod 105 to achieve the effect of fixing the hook buckle on the surface of the webbing 2 and prevent the hook buckle from slipping on the surface of the webbing 2, so as to achieve the purpose of limiting the hook 3.
- The above only shows preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements and the like that are made within the spirit and principles of the present invention shall be included in the scope of protection of the present invention.
