The stick-type cosmetic container includes a container body configured to store solid contents or liquid contents and the overcap coupled to the container body, in which the container body and the overcap are provided as a long stick type. The overcap is provided in the tube shape which includes a soft synthetic resin as a constituent material and of which a width is increased toward an upper portion that is sealed, and a coupling joint made of a hard synthetic resin or metal material is provided in an inner diameter of an open lower portion of the overcap to prevent shape deformation while being connected to the container body through a hanging method or screw coupling method.
Description
- The present invention relates to an overcap with a tube shape, and more particularly, to an overcap with a tube shape for a stick-type cosmetic container.
- In general, stick-type cosmetic containers are applied to lipsticks and lip balms in which solid cosmetics, which are prepared as a stick type using cosmetic raw materials, are accommodated in a container to provide convenience in carrying, storing, and using cosmetics. In addition, mascara, concealer, lip gloss, or tint in which a brush coated with contents is separated from a container and used may also be defined as one type of stick-type cosmetic containers.
- A representative example of the above-described stick-type cosmetic container is “stick-type container” disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2022-0026341, and FIG. 1 is a perspective view for describing the stick-type container of Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2022-0026341.
- Referring to FIG. 1, a stick-
type container 100 of Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2022-0026341 includes a case 110 that provides a space for storing solid contents and is provided to elevate the contents, and a cap 120 that is coupled to the case 110 to seal the solid contents. In this case, the cap 120 is provided as a cylindrical body of which one end is open. In addition, the cap 120 is made of a hard synthetic resin, for example, a hard synthetic resin such as an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin or a polypropylene (PP) resin. - Another representative example of the above-described stick-type cosmetic container is “mascara container” disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2013-0007443, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view for describing the mascara container of Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2013-0007443.
- Referring to FIG. 2, a
mascara container 200 of Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2013-0007443 includes a cap 220 to which a brush including a brush rod is coupled, and astorage container 210 in which contents are stored. In this case, the cap 220 is provided as a cylindrical body of which one end is open. In addition, the cap 220 is made of a hard synthetic resin, for example, a hard synthetic resin such as an ABS resin or a PP resin. - However, the stick-
type container 100 of Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2022-0026341 and themascara container 200 of Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2013-0007443 have a problem in that, since the cap 120 or 220 uses a hard synthetic resin as a constituent material, when the cap 120 or 220 is dropped on a floor or subjected to an excessive external force while used or carried, the cap is damaged. - In addition, in the stick-
type container 100 of Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2022-0026341 and themascara container 200 of Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2013-0007443, the cap 120 or 220 is provided as the same cylindrical body as the case 110 or thestorage container 210, the cap 120 or 220 usually uses a hard synthetic resin as a constituent material, and a surface is smoothly treated to improve product quality. Thus there is a problem in that, when a user grips and pulls the cap 120 or 220 to separate the cap 120 or 220 from the case 110 or the storage container 220, slipping occurs and the cap 120 or 220 is difficult to easily separate. In particular, as described above, since the cap 120 or 220 is made of a hard synthetic resin material, a shape is not deformed by a gripping force of a user (force with which the user grips the cap 120 or 220, and a surface is slippery, slipping occurs particularly frequently in the summer in which the user's hands sweat too and in the winter when the user wears gloves or the like on the hands. - Meanwhile, in the stick-
type container 100 of Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2022-0026341 and themascara container 200 of Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2013-0007443, since the cap 120 or 220 is made of a hard synthetic resin, only one-color printing and two-color printing are possible, and thus there is a limitation in that various colors and patterns cannot be implemented. In other words, in a printing operation on the caps 120 and 220 of the stick-type container 100 and themascara container 200, since a printing surface should be formed on an outer surface of the cap provided in a cylindrical shape, only one-color printing and two-color printing are possible, which makes it impossible to implement various colors and patterns. - Accordingly, the present invention is devised to solve various problems of conventional stick-type cosmetic containers.
- An object to be solved by the present invention is to provide an overcap with a tube shape for a stick-type cosmetic container, in which an overcap is manufactured in a tube shape made of a soft synthetic resin, thereby minimizing damage to a cap.
- Another object to be solved by the present invention is to provide an overcap with a tube shape for a stick-type cosmetic container, in which an overcap is manufactured in a tube shape with a structure, of which a width is increased toward an upper portion, to be easily separated from or coupled to a container body.
- Another object be solved by the present invention is to provide an overcap with a tube shape for a stick-type cosmetic container, in which an overcap is manufactured in a tube shape made of a soft synthetic resin material and is easily separated from or coupled to a container body by a shape thereof being changed by a gripping force of a user.
- Another object to be solved by the present invention is to provide an overcap with a tube shape for a stick-type cosmetic container, in which an overcap is manufactured in a tube shape made of a soft synthetic resin, thereby allowing various colors and patterns to be printed.
- As a specific means of the present invention for solving the object, there is provided an overcap with a tube shape for a stick-type cosmetic container including a container body configured to store solid contents or liquid contents and the overcap coupled to the container body, in which the container body and the overcap are provided as a long stick type,
- wherein the overcap is provided in the tube shape which includes a soft synthetic resin as a constituent material and of which a width is increased toward an upper portion that is sealed, and a coupling joint made of a hard synthetic resin or metal material is provided in an inner diameter of an open lower portion of the overcap to prevent shape deformation while being connected to the container body through a hanging method or screw coupling method.
- As an exemplary embodiment, a coupling groove having an undercut structure or a female screw thread may be formed in the coupling joint of the overcap.
- As an exemplary embodiment, a brush rod including a brush may be coupled to the coupling joint of the overcap.
- As an exemplary embodiment, the open lower portion of the overcap may be provided in a cylindrical shape, a quadrangular cylindrical shape, a hexagonal cylindrical shape, or an octagonal cylindrical shape to be coupled to the container body.
- As another specific means of the present invention for solving the object,
- there is provided an overcap with a tube shape for a stick-type cosmetic container including a container body configured to store solid contents or liquid contents and the overcap coupled to the container body, wherein the container body and the overcap are provided as a long stick type,
- wherein the overcap is provided in a cylindrical tube shape which includes a soft synthetic resin as a constituent material, a finishing member is coupled to an upper portion thereof to seal the upper portion, and a coupling joint made of a hard synthetic resin or metal material is provided in an inner diameter of an open lower portion thereof to prevent shape deformation while being connected to the container body through a hanging method or screw coupling method.

- As an exemplary embodiment, a coupling groove having an undercut structure or a female screw thread may be formed in the coupling joint of the overcap.
- As an exemplary embodiment, a brush rod including a brush may be coupled to the coupling joint of the overcap.
- As an exemplary embodiment, the open lower portion of the overcap may be provided in a quadrangular cylindrical shape, a hexagonal cylindrical shape, or an octagonal cylindrical shape to be coupled to the container body.
- In an overcap with a tube shape for a stick-type cosmetic container according to the present invention, since the overcap is manufactured in a tube shape or a cylindrical tube shape using a soft synthetic resin as a constituent material, when an external force is applied, a shape of the overcap itself is deformed to minimize damage to a cap, thereby obtaining an effect of improving durability.
- In addition, since an overcap of the present invention is manufactured in a tube shape with a structure of which a width is increased toward an upper portion, a gripping force of a user is easily transmitted to easily separate or couple the overcap from or to a container body, thereby obtaining an advantage in that the convenience of the user is improved.
- In addition, since an overcap of the present invention is manufactured in a cylindrical tube shape using a soft synthetic resin as a constituent material, when a user grips the overcap to separate or couple the overcap, a shape may be deformed to improve a gripping force of the user, and thus the overcap may be easily separated from or coupled to a container body, thereby obtaining an advantage in that the convenience of the user is improved.
- In particular, a grip-shaped decorative member provided in a finishing member imparts a decorative beauty to improve product quality, and at the same time, the grip-shaped decorative member is provided in a plate shape and easily gripped by a user, thereby obtaining an advantage in that an overcap may be easily separated from or coupled to a container body through the grip-shaped decorative member.
- Meanwhile, an overcap of the present invention may be manufactured in a tube shape made of a soft synthetic resin, and by performing a printing operation on a flat fabric, various colors and patterns may be printed on an outer surface, thereby obtaining an effect of satisfying various preferences of consumers.

It should be noted that if it is described in the specification that one component is “connected,” “coupled,” or “joined” to another component, a third component may be “connected,” “coupled,” and “joined” between the first and second components, although the first component may be directly connected, coupled, or joined to the second component.
- Meanwhile, a stick-type cosmetic container to which the present invention is applied may be defined as a cosmetic container applied to lipsticks and lip balms in which solid cosmetics, which are prepared as a stick-type using cosmetic raw materials, are contained in a container and may be defined as a cosmetic container applied to mascara, concealer, lip gloss, or tint that a brush coated with contents is separated from a container and used.
- Referring to
FIGS. 3 and 4 , a stick-typecosmetic container 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes acontainer body 2 and anovercap 3, and theovercap 3 is formed in a tube shape. - The
container body 2 is provided as a long stick-type. Thecontainer body 2 includes anaccommodation portion 21 in which solid contents such as a lipstick or lip balm are accommodated, and a rotatingportion 22 which is provided to constitute a lower portion of thecontainer body 2 such that the solid contents are elevated in the accommodation portion 21 (the rotatingportion 22 operates to elevate the solid contents in the accommodation portion through forward and reverse rotation movements). In this case, thecontainer body 2 is provided with a plurality oflatch protrusions 23 for coupling with theovercap 3, wherein the plurality oflatch protrusions 23 are formed to protrude from an outer diameter of the container body to be spaced apart from each other or formed to protrude from the outer diameter of the container body in a ring shape). It is preferable that thelatch protrusion 23 protrudes from the outer diameter of the container body in a semicircular shape to be caught and fixed to a latch groove described below through a one-touch method. - The
overcap 3 may be provided as a long stick-type to accommodate theaccommodation portion 21 of thecontainer body 2 therein. Theovercap 3 is made using a soft synthetic resin such as a polyethylene (PE) resin or a low density polyethylene (LDPE) resin as a constituent material and is provided in a tube shape of which a width is increased toward a sealed upper portion, for example, a tube shape in which an upper portion is sealed by a method such as heat sealing to have a flatter cross section as compared with a lower portion so that a width is increased toward the upper portion. - In addition, a coupling joint 31 is provided in an inner diameter of an open lower portion of the
overcap 3, and acoupling groove 311 with an undercut structure is formed in the coupling joint 31 and coupled to thelatch protrusion 23 of thecontainer body 2 through a one-touch hanging method. In this case, the coupling joint 31 having thecoupling groove 311 is made of a material, which is different from the constituent material of the overcap, for example, a plastic or metal material such as an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin or a polypropylene (PP) resin which is a hard synthetic resin. The coupling joint 31 has a structure integrated into the inner diameter of the lower portion of theovercap 3 using a typical double injection method. According to such a configuration, the coupling joint 31 is made of a hard synthetic resin or metal material and has certain hardness to perform a function of preventing a shape of the lower portion of thesoft overcap 3 from being deformed, thereby performing a function of allowing theovercap 3 to be easily coupled to the container body. - Here, in addition to the one-touch hanging method, a screw coupling method may be applied to the
container body 2 and theovercap 3. In this case, the screw coupling method may be implemented by providing a female screw thread (not shown in the drawing) in the coupling joint 31 and providing a male screw thread (not shown in the drawing) in thecontainer body 2. In addition to the one-touch holding method and the screw coupling method described above, a method of coupling thecontainer body 2 and theovercap 3 may be applied to any structure as long as the structure allows theovercap 3 to be easily coupled or detached to or from thecontainer body 2. - In addition, the open lower portion of the
overcap 3 has a cross section that is the same as a cross section of thecontainer body 2. When thecontainer body 2 has a cylindrical shape, the lower portion of theovercap 3 may have a cylindrical shape. When thecontainer body 2 is a polygonal cylindrical shape including a quadrangular cylindrical shape, a hexagonal cylindrical shape, or an octagonal cylindrical shape, the lower portion of theovercap 3 may have a polygonal cylindrical shape including a quadrangular cylindrical shape, a hexagonal cylindrical shape, or an octagonal cylindrical shape to correspond to the container body. In this case, the coupling joint 31 has certain hardness as described above to perform a function of allowing the lower portion of theovercap 3, which is formed in one of the cylindrical shape, the quadrangular cylindrical shape, the hexagonal cylindrical shape, and the octagonal cylindrical shape, to maintain a shape. - In addition, the sealed upper portion of the
overcap 3 may be sealed and finished in various shapes such as a convex shape as shown inFIG. 3 , a straight line shape, a concave shape (not shown in the drawing and having an inverted structure of the convex shape, and a wave shape (not shown in the drawing). - Herein, the operational state of the overcap with the tube shape of the stick-type cosmetic container according to the first embodiment of the present invention having such a configuration will be described.
- Referring again to
FIGS. 3 and 4 , the stick-type cosmetic container of the present invention is carried in a state in which theaccommodation portion 21 of thecontainer body 2 is accommodated inside theovercap 3 made of a soft synthetic resin, and when in use, theovercap 3 is separated from thecontainer body 2. - In this case, the
overcap 3 formed in the tube shape may be made of a soft synthetic resin of which a shape is deformed to a certain degree and may also have a structure of which a width is increased toward an upper portion so that a user may easily perform an operation of holding theovercap 3 and separating theovercap 3 from thecontainer body 2. In other words, since theovercap 3 is made of the soft synthetic resin, theovercap 3 may prevent slipping against a hard synthetic resin and may be easily separated from thecontainer body 2 by a shape thereof being easily deformed in response to a gripping force of a user. In addition, since the upper portion of theovercap 3 that is wide and flat is easily gripped by a user, a gripping force may be easily transmitted to easily separate theovercap 3 from thecontainer body 2. - In addition, since the
overcap 3 formed in the tube shape is made of a soft synthetic resin, even when theovercap 3 is dropped on a floor or subjected to an excessive external force while used or carried, a shape of theovercap 3 itself is changed to offset an impact, thereby minimizing a damage phenomenon. - Meanwhile, the
overcap 3 made of a soft synthetic resin has an advantage in that various colors and patterns may be printed as compared with existing hard caps. In other words, theovercap 3 is manufactured by rolling and molding a flat fabric into a cylindrical or polygonal cylindrical shape, sealing an upper portion, and then providing the coupling joint 31 in an inner diameter of a lower portion using a double injection method. Thus, a printing operation such as offset printing may be performed on one surface of a flat fabric, and thus various colors and patterns (patterns with a gradient effect) may be printed as shown inFIG. 5 (printing is possible at an angle of 6 degrees or more). - Referring to
FIGS. 6 and 7 , anovercap 3′ with a tube shape according to another embodiment of the first embodiment of the present invention is applied to a stick-typecosmetic container 1′ applied to mascara, concealer, lip gloss, or tint that a brush coated with contents is separated from a container and used. In another embodiment, theovercap 3′ is formed in a tube shape using a soft synthetic resin as a constituent material. Afemale screw thread 312 is provided in a coupling joint 31′ of theovercap 3′, and at the same time, abrush rod 32 including a brush 321 is coupled. In this case, the coupling joint 31′ provided with thefemale screw thread 312 may be formed by molding a hard synthetic resin or metal material through a double injection method as described above, and thebrush rod 32 including the brush 321 may be coupled to the coupling joint 31′ through various methods such as a forced fitting method or a screw fixing method. - Accordingly, since the
overcap 3′ is made of a soft synthetic resin and also has a structure of which a width is increased toward an upper portion, theovercap 3′ may prevent slipping against a hard synthetic resin, and may be easily separated from the container body by a shape thereof being easily deformed in response to a gripping force of a user. In addition, since an upper portion of theovercap 3′ that is wide and flat is easily gripped by a user, a gripping force may be easily transmitted to easily separate theovercap 3′ from thecontainer body 2′. In particular, since the shape of theovercap 3′ is deformed by the gripping force of the user when cosmetics are applied using the brush 321, the user may apply cosmetics while firmly gripping theovercap 3′. - In addition, it will be apparent that according to the
overcap 3′ according to another embodiment of the first embodiment of the present invention, to which the brush rod including the brush is coupled, as described above, damage may be minimized, and various printing surfaces may be formed. - Referring to
FIGS. 8 and 9 , a stick-typecosmetic container 1 a according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes acontainer body 2 a and anovercap 3 a, and theovercap 3 a is formed in a cylindrical tube shape. - The
container body 2 a is provided as a long stick-type. Thecontainer body 2 a includes anaccommodation portion 21 a in which solid contents such as a lipstick or lip balm are accommodated, and a rotatingportion 22 a which is provided to constitute a lower portion of thecontainer body 21 a such that the solid contents are elevated in theaccommodation portion 21 a (the rotatingportion 22 a operates to elevates the solid contents in the accommodation portion through forward and reverse rotation movements). In this case, thecontainer body 2 a is provided with a plurality oflatch protrusions 23 a for coupling with theovercap 3 a, wherein the plurality oflatch protrusions 23 a are formed to protrude from an outer diameter of thecontainer body 2 a to be spaced apart from each other or formed to protrude from the outer diameter of thecontainer body 2 a in a ring shape). It is preferable that thelatch protrusion 23 a protrudes from the outer diameter of thecontainer body 2 a in a semicircular shape to be caught and fixed to alatch groove 311 a described below through a one-touch method. - The
overcap 3 a may be provided as a long stick-type to accommodate theaccommodation portion 21 a of thecontainer body 2 a therein. In other words, theovercap 3 a is made of a soft synthetic resin such as a PE resin or an LDPE resin and is provided in a cylindrical tube shape (a tube shape of which a shape is deformed when gripped. - In this case, a finishing
member 33 is coupled to an upper portion of theovercap 3 a to seal the upper portion. As shown inFIG. 8 , the finishingmember 33 is manufactured as a hard (or soft) injection-molded product with a disc shape corresponding to the upper portion of theovercap 3 a. A bent piece 332 is formed to extend from an edge of the finishingmember 33 to be coupled to the upper portion of theovercap 3 a, and a bent portion 34 corresponding to the bent piece 332 is provided at an upper end portion of theovercap 3 a. According to such a configuration, the finishingmember 33 is coupled to theovercap 3 a through a double injection method or a secondary injection method such that the bent piece 332 is fixed in contact with the bent portion 34 of theovercap 3 a. - Alternatively, as shown in
FIG. 9 , a finishingmember 33′ is manufactured as a hard (or soft) injection-molded product with a disc shape corresponding to the upper portion of theovercap 3 a. Anextension piece 333 is formed at an edge of a lower surface of the finishingmember 33′ to be coupled to an inner diameter of the upper portion of theovercap 3 a, and the finishingmember 33′ may be coupled to the inner diameter of the upper portion of theovercap 3 a through a bonding method (ultrasonic bonding or bonding using an adhesive). - In addition to exemplified double injection or secondary injection and bonding methods, as a method of coupling the
overcap 3 a and the finishing 33 or 33′, any fixing method may be applied as long as the finishingmember 33 or 33′ may be firmly and hermetically fixed to the upper portion of themember overcap 3. - In addition, the finishing
33 or 33′ may be basically manufactured in a circular plate shape to seal the upper portion of themember overcap 3 a, but for the purpose of improving product quality by imparting decorative beauty and for the purpose of easily separating or coupling the overcap from or to the container body, a grip-shapeddecorative member 331 may be formed on an upper surface in an integral (injection-molded) or combined (forced fitting or screw coupling) manner. As shown inFIGS. 13 and 14 , as an example, the above-described grip-shapeddecorative member 331 may be provided in a heart-shaped plate shape, thereby imparting decorative beauty to theovercap 3 a as a whole to improve product quality. The grip-shapeddecorative member 331 may be used as a grip when theovercap 3 a is separated or coupled from or to thecontainer body 2 a. In this case, the grip-shapeddecorative member 331 may be manufactured in various shapes such as atriangular plate shape 331 a including letters or patterns, acircular plate shape 331 b, and a three-dimensional heart shape 331 c as shown inFIGS. 14, 15, and 16 . Any shape may be applied as the shape of the grip-shapeddecorative member 331 as long as the shape may impart decorative beauty to theovercap 3 a and may be used as a grip. - Meanwhile, a coupling joint 31 a is provided in an inner diameter of an open lower portion of the
overcap 3 a, and thecoupling groove 311 a with an undercut structure is formed in the coupling joint 31 a and coupled to thelatch protrusion 23 a of thecontainer body 2 a through a one-touch hanging method. In this case, the coupling joint 31 a having thecoupling groove 311 a is made of a material, which is different from the constituent material of theovercap 3 a, for example, a plastic or metal material such as an ABS resin or a PP resin which is a hard synthetic resin. The coupling joint 31 has a structure integrated into the inner diameter of the lower portion of theovercap 3 a using a typical double injection method (in addition to the double injection method, a bonding method may also be applied). According to such a configuration, the coupling joint 31 a is made of a hard synthetic resin or metal material and has certain hardness to perform a function of preventing a shape of the lower portion of thesoft overcap 3 a from being deformed, thereby performing a function of allowing theovercap 3 a to be easily coupled to thecontainer body 2 a. - Here, in addition to the one-touch hanging method, a screw coupling method may be applied to the
container body 2 a and theovercap 3 a. In this case, the screw coupling method may be implemented by providing a female screw thread (not shown in the drawing) in the coupling joint 31 a and providing a male screw thread (not shown in the drawing) in thecontainer body 2 a. In addition to the one-touch holding method and the screw coupling method described above, a method of coupling thecontainer body 2 a and theovercap 3 a may be applied to any structure as long as the structure allows theovercap 3 a to be easily coupled or detached to or from thecontainer body 2 a. - In addition, the open lower portion of the
overcap 3 a has a cross section that is the same as a cross section of thecontainer body 2 a. When thecontainer body 2 a has a cylindrical shape, the lower portion of theovercap 3 a may have a cylindrical shape. When thecontainer body 2 a is a polygonal cylindrical shape including a quadrangular cylindrical shape, a hexagonal cylindrical shape, or an octagonal cylindrical shape, the lower portion of theovercap 3 a may have a polygonal cylindrical shape including a quadrangular cylindrical shape, a hexagonal cylindrical shape, or an octagonal cylindrical shape to correspond to the container body. In this case, the coupling joint 31 a has certain hardness as described above to perform a function of allowing the lower portion of theovercap 3 a, which is formed in one of the cylindrical shape, the quadrangular cylindrical shape, the hexagonal cylindrical shape, and the octagonal cylindrical shape, to maintain a shape. - Herein, the operational state of the overcap with the tube shape of the stick-type cosmetic container according to to the second embodiment of the present invention having such a configuration will be described.
- Referring to
FIG. 5 , the stick-type cosmetic container according to to the second embodiment of the present invention is carried in a state in which theovercap 3 a is coupled to thecontainer body 2 a such that theaccommodation portion 21 a of thecontainer body 2 a is accommodated inside theovercap 3 a made of a soft synthetic resin, and when in use, theovercap 3 a is separated from thecontainer body 2 a and used. - In this case, the
overcap 3 a formed in the cylindrical tube shape may be made of a soft synthetic resin of which a shape is deformed to a certain degree so that a user may easily perform an operation of holding theovercap 3 a and separating theovercap 3 a from thecontainer body 2 a. In other words, since theovercap 3 a is made of a soft synthetic resin, theovercap 3 a may prevent slipping against a hard synthetic resin and may also be easily separated from thecontainer body 2 a without slipping by a shape thereof being easily deformed in response to a gripping force of a user. - In particular, the grip-shaped
decorative member 331 provided in the finishing 33 or 33′ coupled to themember overcap 3 a may be imparted with decorative beauty for improving product quality and simultaneously may be provided in a plate shape that is easily gripped by a user (with a thumb and an index finger) so that the user may easily transfer a gripping force of the user through the grip-shapeddecorative member 331 to easily separate the overcap from thecontainer body 2 a (theovercap 3 a may also be easily coupled when coupled to thecontainer body 2 a). - In addition, since the
overcap 3 a formed in the tube shape is made of a soft synthetic resin, even when theovercap 3 a is dropped on a floor or subjected to an excessive external force while used or carried, a shape of theovercap 3 a itself is changed to offset an impact, thereby minimizing a damage phenomenon. In addition, when the grip-shapeddecorative member 331 is coupled to the finishingmember 33 in a coupling manner (such as a forced fitting or screw coupling manner), the grip-shapeddecorative member 331 may be replaced with a different type when damaged or according to the user's preference. - Meanwhile, the
overcap 3 a made of a soft synthetic resin has an advantage in that various colors and patterns may be printed as compared with existing hard caps made of a hard synthetic resin. In other words, theovercap 3 a is manufactured by rolling and molding a flat fabric into a cylindrical or polygonal cylindrical shape, sealing an upper portion with the finishingmember 33, and then fixing the coupling joint 31 a in an inner diameter of a lower portion using a double injection method (bonding method). Thus, a printing operation such as offset printing may be performed on one surface of a flat fabric (outer surface of theovercap 3 a), and thus various colors and patterns (patterns with a gradient effect) may be printed as shown inFIG. 13 (printing is possible at an angle of 6 degrees or more). - Referring to
FIGS. 17 and 18 , anovercap 3 a′ with a tube shape according to another embodiment of to the second embodiment of the present invention is applied to a stick-typecosmetic container 1 a′ applied to mascara, concealer, lip gloss, or tint that a brush coated with contents is separated from a container and used. In another embodiment, theovercap 3 a′ is formed in a tube shape using a soft synthetic resin as a constituent material. Afemale screw thread 312 a is provided in a coupling joint 31 a′ of theovercap 3 a′, and at the same time, abrush rod 32 a including abrush 321 a is coupled. In this case, the coupling joint 31 a′ provided with thefemale screw thread 312 a may be formed by molding a hard synthetic resin or metal material through a double injection method as described above, and thebrush rod 32 a including thebrush 321 a may be coupled to the coupling joint 31 a′ through various methods such as a forced fitting method or a screw fixing method. - Accordingly, the
overcap 3 a′ according to another embodiment of the present invention, to which thebrush rod 32 a including thebrush 321 a is coupled, is coupled or separated to or from thecontainer body 2 a′ through a screw coupling method. Since theovercap 3 a′ is made of a soft synthetic resin, theovercap 3 a′ may prevent slipping against a hard synthetic resin and may also be easily separated from the container body without slipping by a shape thereof being easily deformed in response to a gripping force of a user. In addition, since the grip-shaped decorative member formed in the plate shape is easily gripped by a user, a gripping force may be easily transmitted to easily separate theovercap 3 a′ from thecontainer body 2 a′. In particular, since the shape of theovercap 3 a′ is deformed by the gripping force of the user when cosmetics are applied using thebrush 321 a, the user may apply cosmetics while firmly gripping theovercap 3 a′. - In addition, it will be apparent that according to the
overcap 3 a′ according to another embodiment of the second embodiment of the present invention, to which the brush rod including the brush is coupled, as described above, damage may be minimized, and various printing surfaces may be formed. - Meanwhile, the above-described embodiments are merely specific examples to enable those skilled in the art to easily understand and practice the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Therefore, it should be noted that the above-described embodiments may be variously modified or changed. The scope of the present invention is, in principle, determined by the claims described below.
