Abstract
The present invention is an anti-collision barrier gate, comprising a drive mechanism. The rotating shaft of the drive mechanism is fixedly connected with a clamping member, and the clamping member is connected with an arm; The clamping member includes a side plate a and a side plate b that are oppositely arranged, and the side plate a and the side plate b are respectively provided with a rotating axis positioning hole at positions away from the arm, and a positioning hole is provided at the end of the arm near the drive mechanism. The clamping member is rotatory connected to the arm through the rotating axis positioning hole and the positioning hole.
Description
- This application is a continuation of co-pending International Patent Application No. PCT/CN2023/099961, filed on Jun. 13, 2023, which claims the priority and benefit of Chinese patent application number 202221673051.7, filed on Jun. 30, 2022 with China National Intellectual Property Administration, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
- This invention relates to the field of barrier and specifically relates to an anti-
- collision barrier gate.
- Currently, most common barrier gate products on the market use fixed connections between the arm and the drive mechanism. This connection has a simple structure and is easy to install and maintain. But when a vehicle collides with the arm, the impact force between the vehicle and the arm cannot be avoided in time, which can damage the arm and the drive mechanism, and may even pose safety risks to the occupants on the vehicle.
- In the application process of the intelligent barrier gate system, when a vehicle or person is detected by radar, the arm is immediately lifted to avoid hitting the vehicle or person. The original arm was an elliptical rod with a length of 4 meters and a three-section structure, and with a wall thickness of 2 mm, and a weight of approximately 7 kg; In addition, there is an octagonal “STOP” light sign, which weighs approximately 1.9 kg; The total weight of the gate and light sign is approximately 8.9 kg. After long-term operation, the arm of the barrier gate system may sag, which can cause the radar to be mistakenly triggered, impacting the anti hitting effect of the barrier gate system and posing safety risks. Although the arm can be leveled again by adjusting the installation bolts of the motor inside the drive mechanism, there are still cases where the leveling is not timely and accidentally triggered. This problem needs to be fundamentally solved to improve the safety of product use.
- The purpose of the present invention is to provide an anti-collision barrier gate, which solves the technical problem in the prior art that when a vehicle collides with a barrier gate, the impact force of the vehicle may damage the arm and the drive mechanism, which may affect the safety of occupants on the vehicle.
- The present invention is an anti-collision barrier gate, comprising a drive mechanism. The rotating shaft of the drive mechanism is fixedly connected with a clamping member, and the clamping member is connected with an arm; The clamping member includes a side plate a and a side plate b that are oppositely arranged, and the side plate a and the side plate b are respectively provided with a rotating axis positioning hole at positions away from the arm, and a positioning hole is provided at the end of the arm near the drive mechanism.
- The clamping member is rotatory connected to the arm through the rotating axis positioning hole and the positioning hole.
- The feature of the present invention is also that a bushing is fixedly attached between the side plate a and the side plate b at a position which is away from the rotating axis positioning hole, and the bushing is in interference fit with the arm, and the bushing is made of elastic material.
- The side plate a and the side plate b are provided with position adjustment hole respectively, The position adjustment hole is an arc-shaped hole with the rotating axis positioning hole as the center, and the position adjustment hole is located between the rotating axis positioning hole and the bushing.
- The curvature of the rotating axis positioning hole shall not be less than 30 degrees.
- The arm is also provided with a connecting hole. The distance between the connecting hole and the positioning hole is the same as the distance between the position adjustment hole and the rotating axis positioning hole. The connecting holes and the position adjustment hole are connected through a pin shaft.
- The arm is a hollow rod.
- The arm includes arm section A, one end of arm section A is connected to clamping member, the other end of arm section A is connected to one end of an arm section B, and the other end of arm section B is connected to an arm section C.
- The end of the arm section A connected to the clamping member is embedded with an inner lining plate a, and they are fixed with a bolt;

- The connection between the arm section A and the arm section B is embedded with an inner lining plate b, and they are fixed with a bolt;
- The connection between the arm section B and the arm section C is embedded with an inner lining plate c, and they are fixed with a bolt.

- A “STOP” light sign is connected to the arm, a reflective film is pasted on the “STOP” light sign, and the edge of the “STOP” light sign is wrapped with a silicone rubber material; and the “STOP” light sign is circular or regular octagonal.
- The beneficial effects of the present invention are:

- 1.The arm can rotate around the rotating axis positioning hole. When it collides with a vehicle, it can avoid damage to the barrier gate and avoid injuries to occupants on the vehicle due to collision.
- 2.The arm is hollow, and is designed to be lightweight to avoid sagging during later use;
- 3.The gate adopts a three-section structure, which is convenient for packaging and long-distance transportation. The arm is processed by mold processing, which results in low cost and short processing cycle after mass production, and the consistency of product quality is good.
- 4. The inner lining plate is embedded at the connection of the arm section to increase its strength and avoid deformation during installation.
- 5.The “STOP” light sign changes the LED display into a reflective film, eliminated the electrical part, solving the problems of wiring and high power consumption of the light signs.
- 6. The edge of the “STOP” light sign is wrapped with silicone rubber material, which can prevent occupants from being injured due to the collision of the corners of the light sign during the lifting and lowering of the arm.

- The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiment.
- The anti-collision barrier gate of the present invention, as shown in
FIG. 1 , comprises adrive mechanism 3 and anarm 1. The rotating shaft of thedrive mechanism 3 is fixedly connected to a clampingmember 4, and the clampingmember 4 is rotatory connected to thearm 1; Preferably, the rotating shaft of thegate 3 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 4-4 of the clampingmember 4. As shown inFIGS. 4, 5, and 6 , the clampingmember 4 includes a side plate a 4-5 and a side plate b 4-6, and the side plate a 4-5 and the side plate b 4-6 are oppositely arranged. And the side plate a 4-5 and the side plate b 4-6 are respectively provided with a rotating axis positioning hole 4-2 at positions away from thearm 1, and a positioning hole 1-11 is provided at the end of thearm 1 near the drive mechanism. The clampingmember 4 is rotatory connected to thearm 1 through the rotating axis positioning hole 4-2 and the positioning hole 1-11. - A bushing 4-1 is fixedly attached between the side plate a 4-5 and the side plate b 4-6 at a position which is away from the rotating axis positioning hole 4-2, and the bushing 4-1 is in interference fit with the
arm 1, and the bushing 4-1 is made of elastic material. - The side plate a 4-5 and the side plate b 4-6 are provided with position adjustment hole 4-3 respectively, The position adjustment hole 4-3 is an arc-shaped hole with the rotating axis positioning hole 4-2 as the center, and the position adjustment hole 4-3 is located between the rotating axis positioning hole 4-2 and the bushing 4-1.
- The curvature of the rotating axis positioning hole 4-2 shall not be less than 30 degrees.
- As shown in
FIGS. 2 and 3 , thearm 1 is also provided with a connecting hole 1-12. The distance between the connecting hole 1-12 and the positioning hole 1-11 is the same as the distance between the position adjustment hole 4-3 and the rotating axis positioning hole 4-2. The connecting holes 1-12 and the position adjustment hole 4-3 are connected through a pin shaft. - The
arm 1 is a hollow rod. - The
arm 1 includes arm section A 1-1, one end of arm section A 1-1 is connected to clampingmember 4, the other end of arm section A 1-1 is connected to one end of an arm section B 1-2, and the other end of arm section B 1-2 is connected to an arm section C 1-3. - The end of the arm section A 1-1 connected to the clamping
member 4 is embedded with an inner lining plate al-4 and they are fixed with a bolt; -
- The connection between the arm section A 1-1 and the arm section B 1-2 is embedded with an inner lining plate b1-5 and they are fixed with a bolt;
- The connection between the arm section B 1-2 and the arm section C 1-3 is embedded with an inner lining plate c1-6 and they are fixed with a bolt.

- A “STOP”
light sign 2 is connected to thearm 1, a reflective film is pasted on the “STOP”light sign 2, and the edge of the “STOP”light sign 2 is wrapped with a silicone rubber material; and the “STOP”light sign 2 is circular or regular octagonal. - The working principle of the anti-collision barrier gate of the present invention is as follows:
- The rotating shaft 4-4 of the clamping
member 4 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft of thegate 3, and thearm 1 is rotatory connected to the clampingmember 4. The “STOP”light sign 2 is sleeved on thearm 1; After the anti-collision barrier gate is installed, when a vehicle collides with it, thearm 1 is stressed due to the collision, and thearm 1 will squeeze the bushing 4-1 which is made of elastic material, and then thearm 1 can detach from the Bushing 4-1. and then thearm 1 will move around the rotating axis positioning hole 4-2 as the center and its position will be limited by the position adjustment hole 4-3, and thearm 1 cannot give the vehicle a reactive force. Therefore, the collision here will not cause damage to the collision barrier gate, and can also avoid injury to occupants on the vehicle due to the collision.
Claims (10)
1. An anti-collision barrier gate, comprising:
a drive mechanism (3);
an arm (1);
a clamping member (4);
the rotating shaft of the drive mechanism (3) is fixedly connected to the clamping member (4);
the clamping member (4) is rotatory connected to the arm (1);
the clamping member (4) includes a side plate a (4-5) and a side plate b (4-6);
the side plate a (4-5) and the side plate b (4-6) are oppositely arranged;
the side plate a (4-5) and the side plate b (4-6) are respectively provided with a rotating axis positioning hole (4-2) at positions away from the arm (1);
a positioning hole (1-11) is provided at the end of the arm (1) near the drive mechanism (3);
the clamping member (4) is rotatory connected to the arm (1) through the rotating axis positioning hole (4-2) and the positioning hole (1-11).
2. The anti-collision barrier gate according to claim 1 , where in a bushing (4-1) is fixedly attached between the side plate a (4-5);
the side plate b (4-6) at a position which is away from the rotating axis positioning hole (4-2);
the bushing (4-1) is in interference fit with the arm (1);
the bushing (4-1) is made of elastic material.
3. The anti-collision barrier gate according to claim 2 , where in the side plate a (4-5) and the side plate b (4-6) are provided with position adjustment hole (4-3) respectively;
the position adjustment hole (4-3) is an arc-shaped hole with the rotating axis positioning hole (4-2) as the center,
the position adjustment hole (4-3) is located between the rotating axis positioning hole (4-2) and the bushing (4-1).
4. The anti-collision barrier gate according to claim 3 , where in the curvature of the rotating axis positioning hole (4-2) shall not be less than 30 degrees.
5. The anti-collision barrier gate according to claim 4 , where in the arm (1) is provided with a connecting hole (1-12);
the distance between the connecting hole (1-12) and the positioning hole (1-11) is the same as the distance between the position adjustment hole (4-3) and the rotating axis positioning hole (4-2);
the connecting holes (1-12) and the position adjustment hole (4-3) are connected through a pin shaft.
6. The anti-collision barrier gate according to claim 1 , where in the arm (1) is a hollow rod.
7. The anti-collision barrier gate according to claim 6 , where in the arm (1) comprises an arm section A (1-1), an arm section B (1-2), and an arm section C (1-3) connected in sequence;
one end of arm section A 1-1 is connected to clamping member 4.
8. The anti-collision barrier gate according to claim 7 , where in the end of the arm section A 1-1 connected to the clamping member (4) is embedded with an inner lining plate a (1-4) and they are fixed with a bolt;
the connection between the arm section A (1-1) and the arm section B (1-2) is embedded with an inner lining plate b (1-5) and they are fixed with a bolt;
the connection between the arm section B (1-2) and the arm section C (1-3) is embedded with an inner lining plate c (1-6) and they are fixed with a bolt.
9. The anti-collision barrier gate according to claim 8 , where in the arm section A (1-1), the arm section B (1-2), and the arm section C (1-3) are all pasted with reflective film.

a reflective film is pasted on the “STOP” light sign (2);
the edge of the “STOP” light sign (2) is wrapped with a silicone rubber material;
the “STOP” light sign (2) is circular or regular octagonal.
