Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to the technical field of storage tanks, and more particularly to a tank cover with a pressure balance valve and a storage tank having same.
- A storage tank is common daily living equipment. There are a wide variety of storage tanks. The most common storage tank comprises a tank body and a tank cover. After food and drugs are put into the tank body, the tank cover is covered to well isolate the articles placed in the tank body to prevent dust. The existing storage tank can be well sealed to prevent air from entering, so the freshness preservation of the articles plays a certain role, but the tank body itself contains certain air. Therefore, it is impossible to ensure that the articles in the tank body are in a vacuum state and the storage time is short. In addition, for a storage tank with a small bottle mouth, the prior art also has the practice of using a vacuum structure combined with a bottle cap. For example, a vacuum wine bottle uses a vacuum structure to extract the air in the bottle, which can store the wine in the bottle body longer. However, this vacuum bottle cap structure is not suitable for a wide-mouth storage tank, because the vacuum bottle cap with the small bottle mouth structure can be easily opened under the action of manpower and is not easy to be opened in the wide-mouth storage tank directly with manpower, which even causes damage to the storage tank.
- Therefore, how to provide a tank cover with a pressure balance valve and a storage tank having same with simple and stable structure and convenient and rapid opening and closing is an urgent problem for those skilled in the art.
- In view of this, the present invention provides a tank cover with a pressure balance valve to solve the above technical problems.
- To achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:
- The present invention provides a tank cover with a pressure balance valve, comprising a cover plate, a rotating assembly and a valve cover;
- The cover plate is provided with a groove; one side of a groove bottom of the groove is provided with a vent hole; and the groove depth on the other side of the groove bottom of the groove is greater than the groove depth of one side in which the vent hole is located, so as to form a transition slope structure.
- The rotating assembly is fixed at the slope transition of the groove bottom of the groove.
- The valve cover is fastened on the top edge of the groove, and the valve cover is rotatably connected with the rotating assembly; a plug is fixed at one end of the valve cover corresponding to the vent hole; and the plug is hermetically inserted into the vent hole.
- It is known from the above technical solution that compared with the prior art, the present invention discloses and provides a tank cover with a pressure balance valve. The groove is arranged on the cover plate, the groove bottom of the groove is designed as a structure with different depths, and a structure is connected with the slope transition surface from shallow to deep. The valve cover is rotatably connected relative to the groove through the rotating assembly; a plug is formed at one end of the valve cover; and the plug corresponds to and is sealed with the vent hole at the shallow end of the groove. In the use process of the device, one side of the valve cover with the plug is pressed until the plug is sealed with the vent hole. In the step of turning on the pressure balance valve, one side of the valve cover located in the deeper groove is only pressed with force, and according to the lever principle, the other end of the valve cover is tilted and the plug is pulled out from the vent hole so as to achieve the opening and closing of the vent hole.
- Preferably, the rotating assembly comprises: fixed seats, a connecting shaft and a rotating buckle; the number of the fixed seats is multiple; a plurality of the fixed seats are fixed parallel to the slope transition at the groove bottom of the groove; the connecting shaft is parallel to the junction of the transition slope structure; the connecting shaft is fixedly connected with the fixed seats; the rotating buckle is fixed on the lower end surface of the valve cover; and the rotating buckle is rotatably connected with the connecting shaft. By fixing the fixed seats at the slope connection, the connecting shaft is horizontal with the junction of the transition slope structure and clamped and fixed in the fixed seats. An installing frame formed above is designed according to a support in the lever principle, and the valve cover with the rotating buckle is a plate surface structure in a lever. The device is not only simple in structure, but also high in stability.
- Preferably, a sealing ring is clamped in the vent hole, and the sealing ring corresponds to and forms interference fit with the plug. Through the sealing ring, the sealing effect of the pressure balance valve is improved, and the working performance of the device is enhanced.
- Preferably, the upper end surface of one side of the valve cover away from the plug is provided with a circular depression, and the circular depression is coincident with the fingertip of a person; an indenter is arranged in the middle position of the lower end surface of the valve cover, and the indenter is a columnar structure. According to the principle of ergonomics, the device has higher use efficiency and improves the usage experience of the user.
- Preferably, one side of the fixed seats is fixed with a supporting rod, and the supporting rod is abutted against the indenter. After the valve cover is pressed, the valve cover is supported by the supporting rod, that is, after the balance valve is turned on, there is no shaking caused by uneven depth of the groove.
- Preferably, the material of the supporting rod is silicone. When pressing down, the supporting rod will be extruded by the indenter and deformed, which will not affect the normal closing of the pressure balance valve.
- The present invention further discloses a storage tank, which comprises: a tank body; the tank cover with the pressure balance valve is detachably installed at an opening of the tank body; and the tank cover is detachably clamped at the opening of the tank body.
- It is known from the above technical solution that compared with the prior art, the present invention discloses and provides a storage tank. By sealing the tank cover with the pressure balance valve on the opening of the tank body, the present invention can ensure that the air pressure in the tank is always artificially controllable. In the process of using the storage tank, the device is ensured to be a fully enclosed air structure through multi-stage sealing, so as to improve the long-time preservation of articles in the tank.
- Preferably, the circumferential side of the bottom end of the tank cover is sleeved with a silicone ring, and the silicone ring is used for sealing the tank cover and the tank body to enhance the sealing performance and improve the use effect of the pressure balance valve.
- It can be known from the above technical solution that compared with the prior art, the present invention discloses and provides a tank cover with a pressure balance valve and a storage tank having same, and has the following beneficial effects:
- 1. The present invention achieves that the valve cover may not shake relative to the cover plate in the process of opening the valve cover through the arrangement of the supporting rod and the indenter, so as to avoid the impact of the valve cover on the pressure balance valve. In other words, the use performance of the pressure balance valve is improved in a different way.
- 2. The present invention realizes the relative rotation of the valve cover relative to the cover body by simulating the rotating assembly as a pivot rotating shaft according to the lever principle through the arrangement of the rotating assembly.

- Embodiments of the present invention disclose a tank cover with a pressure balance valve, comprising a
cover plate 1, a rotating assembly 4 and avalve cover 5; thecover plate 1 is provided with agroove 2; one side of a groove bottom of thegroove 2 is provided with avent hole 3; the groove depth on the other side of the groove bottom of thegroove 2 is greater than the groove depth of one side in which thevent hole 3 is located, so as to form a transition slope structure; the rotating assembly 4 is fixed at the slope transition of the groove bottom of thegroove 2; thevalve cover 5 is rotatably connected in thegroove 2; thevalve cover 5 is rotatably connected with the rotating assembly 4; aplug 6 is arranged at one end of thevalve cover 5 corresponding to thevent hole 3; and theplug 6 forms a detachable sealing structure with thevent hole 3. - To further optimize the above technical solution, the rotating assembly 4 comprises:
fixed seats 41, a connectingshaft 42 and arotating buckle 43; the number of thefixed seats 41 is multiple; a plurality of thefixed seats 41 are fixed parallel to the slope transition at the groove bottom of thegroove 2; the connectingshaft 42 is parallel to the junction of the transition slope structure; the connectingshaft 42 is fixedly connected with thefixed seats 41; the rotatingbuckle 43 is fixed on the lower end surface of thevalve cover 5; and the rotatingbuckle 43 is rotatably connected with the connectingshaft 42. An installing frame formed through thefixed seats 41 and the connectingshaft 42 is designed according to the working principle of a support of a seesaw, and thevalve cover 5 with the rotatingbuckle 43 is a plate surface of the seesaw. The device is not only simple in structure, but also high in stability. - To further optimize the above technical solution, a sealing
ring 11 is clamped in thevent hole 3, and the sealingring 11 corresponds to and forms interference fit with theplug 6. Through the sealingring 11, the sealing effect of the pressure balance valve is improved, and the working performance of the device is enhanced. - To further optimize the above technical solution, the upper end surface of one side of the
valve cover 5 away from theplug 6 is provided with acircular depression 7, and thecircular depression 7 is coincident with the fingertip of a person; an indenter 8 is arranged in the middle position of the lower end surface of thevalve cover 5, and the indenter 8 is a columnar structure. According to the principle of ergonomics, the device has higher use efficiency and improves the usage experience of the user. - To further optimize the above technical solution, one side of the fixed
seats 41 is fixed with a supportingrod 9, and the supportingrod 9 is abutted against the indenter 8. After thevalve cover 5 is pressed, thevalve cover 5 is supported by the supportingrod 9, that is, after the pressure balance valve is turned on, there is no shaking caused by uneven depth of the groove. - To further optimize the above technical solution, the material of the supporting
rod 9 is silicone. When the balance valve is turned on, the supportingrod 9 made of the silicone material has certain supporting strength, which can prevent the valve cover from shaking; and when the balance valve is turned off, the supporting rod will be extruded by the indenter and deformed, which will not affect the normal closing of the pressure balance valve. - The working process in the present embodiment is as follows:
- Firstly, the
cover plate 1 is provided with thegroove 2; one side of the groove bottom of thegroove 2 is provided with thevent hole 3; then, the groove depth on the other side of the groove bottom of thegroove 2 is greater than the groove depth of one side in which thevent hole 3 is located, so as to form a transition slope structure; the fixedseats 41 are fixed at the slope transition of the groove bottom of thegroove 2; the connectingshaft 42 is parallel to the junction of the transition slope structure and clamped in the fixedseats 41; the rotatingbuckle 43 is formed on the lower end surface of thevalve cover 5; and therotating buckle 43 is fastened on the connectingshaft 42 to form a structure similar to the seesaw, so as to realize the relative rotation between thevalve cover 5 and thecover plate 1. In addition, theplug 6 is arranged at one end of thevalve cover 5 corresponding to thevent hole 3; and theplug 6 forms a detachable sealing structure with thevent hole 3. When the pressure balance valve is turned off, one end of thevalve cover 5 with theplug 6 is pressed, so that theplug 6 is clamped in thevent hole 3. In this process, the indenter 8 is abutted against the top end of the supportingrod 9, and the supportingrod 9 is deformed under pressure, to complete the turn-off of the pressure balance valve. When the pressure balance valve is turned on, one end of thevalve cover 5 with thecircular depression 7 is pressed with force to pull theplug 6 out of thevent hole 3. In this process, the indenter 8 is away from the supportingrod 9, and the supportingrod 9 is reset to an initial state. In the state of natural placement, the supportingrod 9 is abutted against the lower end surface of the indenter 8. Because the mass of thevalve cover 5 is light, thevalve cover 5 may not shake under the support of the supportingrod 9, which improves the stability of the device. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , embodiments of the present invention disclose a storage tank, which comprises: a tank body 10; the tank cover with the pressure balance valve inembodiment 1 is detachably installed at an opening of the tank body 10; and the tank cover is detachably clamped at the opening of the tank body 10. - To further optimize the above technical solution, the circumferential side of the bottom end of the tank cover is sleeved with a
silicone ring 12, and thesilicone ring 12 is used for sealing the tank cover and the tank body 10 to enhance the sealing performance and improve the use effect of the pressure balance valve. - The working process in the present embodiment is as follows:
- Firstly, the bottom of the tank cover with the pressure balance valve in
embodiment 1 is sleeved with asilicone ring 12 which is then clamped at the opening of the tank body 10 to complete the assembly of the storage tank. In the process of use, one end of the valve cover with the plug is pressed, so that the plug is embedded into the vent hole to complete the sealing of the air in the storage tank. At this moment, the storage tank is in a negative pressure state. When the storage tank needs to be opened, the other end of the valve cover is pressed to pull the plug out of the vent hole. At this moment, the air pressure in the storage tank leaks out, and the air pressure inside and outside the storage tank begins to maintain balance. At this moment, the tank cover is only required to be pulled out. This avoids the entrance of the outside air and enhances the sealing of the device. Moreover, unlike the traditional vacuum storage tank, its air extraction device and air release device will lead to too complex structure and increase the production cost. the present embodiment avoids the situation that the storage tank is damaged in the traditional storage tank which is not easy to be opened directly with manpower. The storage tank formed by the pressure balance valve is not only simple and stable in structure, but also convenient and rapid in opening and closing. - Each embodiment in the description is described in a progressive way. The difference of each embodiment from each other is the focus of explanation. The same and similar parts among all of the embodiments can be referred to each other. For a device disclosed by the embodiments, because the device corresponds to a method disclosed by the embodiments, the device is simply described. Refer to the description of the method part for the related part.
- The above description of the disclosed embodiments enables those skilled in the art to realize or use the present invention. Many modifications to these embodiments will be apparent to those skilled in the art. The general principle defined herein can be realized in other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the present invention. Therefore, the present invention will not be limited to these embodiments shown herein, but will conform to the widest scope consistent with the principle and novel features disclosed herein.
