It should be noted that the guide pipe 50 is made of fiber or other materials which can permeate and adsorb tar. When the electronic cigarette is used, the tar adsorbed by the guide pipe 50 is heated and atomized by the atomizing core 30 , and finally sucked by the user along with the air.

Abstract
Description
- The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electronic cigarette accessories, in particular to an atomizer and an electronic cigarette.
- Currently, more and more smokers choose electronic cigarettes, instead of traditional cigarettes. Electronic cigarettes atomize tar by electric heating, so that smokers can smoke the atomized tar to achieve the purpose of smoking. In the production of the existing electronic cigarette, pins of the atomizing core and terminals connecting the cigarette stem in the atomizer (also known as cartridge) need to be fixed by welding, which causes high labor cost and low process efficiency.
- The present disclosure aims to provide an atomizer and an electronic cigarette, which can save the labor cost in the welding process and improve the process efficiency by clamping and pressing pins of an atomizing core through terminals.
- In a first aspect, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide an atomizer, wherein the atomizer comprises:
- a base, wherein the base comprises a first end face and a second end face opposite to each other, and the base is provided with a through hole penetrating from the first end face to the second end face, and accommodating grooves recessed from the second end face towards the first end face;
- terminals, wherein each of the terminals is pressed and arranged in the accommodating groove and used for connecting an electronic cigarette stem, and each of the terminals comprises a cylindrical fixing portion and a clamping portion extended from one end of the fixing portion, and the clamping portion is recessed from an end towards the fixing portion to form clamping grooves; and
- an atomizing core is provided with pins, and each of the pins comprises a main body portion passing through the through hole, a steering portion extending from the main body portion towards the accommodating groove, and a connecting portion extending from the steering portion to the accommodating groove;
- and wherein the connecting portion passes through the clamping grooves and is fixed between the fixing portion and the accommodating groove, and the connecting portion is connected to the clamping groove for electrically connecting the atomizing core to each of the terminals.
- Further, the atomizer comprises:
- a holder, wherein both ends of the holder are opened to form a cavity, and a first end of the holder is aligned with the through hole and fixedly arranged on the base;
- and wherein the atomizing core is aligned with the cavity and arranged at a second end of the holder.
- Further, the first end of the holder is provided with an air hole and a wire hole;
- The pin passes through the through hole via the wire hole.
- Further, the base is recessed from the first end face towards the second end face to form a notch groove;
- The through hole penetrates through the bottom of the notch groove;
- The first end of the holder is fixedly arranged in the notch groove.
- Further, the atomizer comprises:
- a guide pipe, wherein an orifice of the guide pipe is aligned with an opening at the second end of the holder.
- Further, the atomizer comprises:
- a bracket fixedly connected with the holder and the guide pipe.
- Further, the atomizer comprises:
- a storage cotton, wherein the storage cotton is sleeved on the holder and the guide pipe, and a first end of the storage cotton is attached to the first end face of the base.

- an end cover, wherein the end cover covers a second end of the storage cotton and is provided with a guide hole, and the guide hole is aligned with the orifice of the guide pipe.
- Further, the atomizer comprises:
- a tar-absorbing cotton, wherein the tar-absorbing cotton is provided on the end cover, and a leak is arranged on the tar-absorbing cotton, and the leak is aligned with the guide hole.
- Further, the end cover is provided with a limit slot;
- the tar-absorbing cotton is arranged in the limit slot.
- Further, the end cover is provided with a guide pipe;
- the guide hole is located on the guide pipe;
- a first end of the guide pipe extends into the guide pipe.
- Further, the tar-absorbing cotton is sleeved on a second end of the guide pipe through the leak.
- Further, the atomizer comprises:
- an outer cover sleeved on an outer side of the storage cotton.
- Further, the first end face of the base is recessed from an edge to form a first step structure;
- A side of the end cover facing the base is recessed from an edge to form a second step structure;
- The outer cover is fixedly arranged between the base and the end cover through the first step structure and the second step structure.
- Further, the atomizer comprises:
- a cigarette holder, wherein the cigarette holder is opened at both ends, and a first end of the cigarette holder is sleeved on the end cover, and a second end of the cigarette holder extends from an opening towards the second end to form an outlet pipe, and the outlet pipe is aligned with the leak.
- Further, the atomizer comprises:
- a leak-proof plug used to plug the outlet pipe from the second end of the cigarette holder.
- Further, the base is recessed from the second end face towards the first end face to form a groove;
- the through hole penetrates through the first end face to the bottom of the groove.
- Further, the second end face of the base is recessed to form a wire groove communicating the accommodating groove and the groove;
- the steering portion of each of the pins is located in the wire groove.
- Further, both ends of the wire groove extend towards the first end face to form a slope, and the angle of inclination of the slope is greater than 2 degrees or matches a bending angle of the steering portion.
- Further, the clamping portion is recessed from the end towards the fixing portion to form a plurality of clamping grooves, and there is a certain distance between two adjacent clamping grooves, and at least one of the clamping grooves is provided with at least one gap in the direction of the fixing portion.
- Further, the clamping grooves are provided with at least one gap in the direction of the fixing portion, and the length of the gap is less than or equal to the depth of the clamping grooves.
- In a second aspect, the embodiments of the present disclosure further provide an electronic cigarette, wherein the electronic cigarette comprises:
- an electronic cigarette stem; and
- the atomizer in the first aspect, wherein the atomizer is configured to connect the electronic cigarette stem.
- Provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure is an atomizer and an electronic cigarette, wherein the atomizer comprises a base, terminals and an atomizing core. Pins of the atomizing core pass through a through hole on the base and are bent and extended into an accommodating groove on the base. The terminal is pressed and arranged in the accommodating groove and comprises a cylindrical fixing portion and a clamping portion extended from one end of the fixing portion. The clamping portion is recessed from an end towards the fixing portion to form clamping grooves. The pin of the atomizing core passes through the clamping groove and is fixed between the fixing portion and the accommodating groove. Therefore, the atomizer can be formed only by simple assembly, which saves the labor cost in the welding process, makes the automatic operation operable, and helps to improve the process efficiency.

It is easy to understand that the atomizer A is a storage module of a tar. When the electronic cigarette operates, the tar in the atomizer A is heated and atomized to be sucked by users. -
FIG. 4 is a structural diagram of the atomizer A according to embodiments of the present disclosure;FIG. 5 is a sectional diagram of the atomizer A according to embodiments of the present disclosure;FIG. 6 is an explosion diagram of the atomizer A according to embodiments of the present disclosure; as shown inFIGS. 4 to 6 , the atomizer A in this embodiment comprises abase 10,terminals 20 and anatomizing core 30. Specifically,FIG. 7 is a structural diagram of the base 10 according to embodiments of the present disclosure;FIG. 8 is a structural diagram of the base 10 from another angle of view according to embodiments of the present disclosure; as shown inFIGS. 7 to 8 , thebase 10 is integrally of a disk-like structure and comprises a first end face a and a second end face b opposite to each other. In an optional embodiment, thebase 10 is made of silicone. Further, thebase 10 is provided with a throughhole 101 penetrating from the first end face a to the second end face b, andaccommodating grooves 102 recessed from the second end face b towards the first end face a. It should be noted that in the embodiment, the throughhole 101 is for wiring and ventilation, and theaccommodating grooves 102 are used for containing each of theterminals 20 so that the atomizer A is electrically connected with the electronic cigarette stem B through each of theterminals 20. - Specifically,
FIG. 9 is a structural diagram of a terminal according to embodiments of the present disclosure; as shown inFIG. 9 , each of theterminals 20 is pressed and arranged in theaccommodating grooves 102, and each of theterminals 20 comprises a fixingportion 201 and a clampingportion 202 extended from one end of the fixingportion 201. It should be noted that each of theterminals 20 is made of copper or other material having good conductivity. In an embodiment, theaccommodating groove 102 is provided as a circular groove, and the fixingportion 201 is correspondingly provided as a cylindrical shape. When the atomizer A is connected with the electronic cigarette stem B, the power supply terminal B1 of the electronic cigarette stem B extends into the fixingportion 201, that is, into theaccommodating groove 102. Further, the clampingportion 202 is recessed from an end towards the fixingportion 201 to form clampinggrooves 203. In an optional embodiment, the clampinggroove 203 is partially located on the fixedportion 201. It should be noted that the number and position of the clampinggroove 203 can be set as required. In the embodiment, there are four clampinggrooves 203 uniformly distributed on the clampingportion 202, and the twoadjacent clamping grooves 203 are separated by a certain distance. The clampinggrooves 203 enable the fixingportion 201 to be attached to an outer side of the power supply terminal B1 through elastic deformation when the power supply terminal B1 is assembled and connected to each of theterminals 20. Furthermore, the arrangement of a plurality of clampinggrooves 203 is helpful for the user to quickly clamp and fix each of theterminals 20 during assembly, so as to realize quick assembly; when one of the clampinggrooves 203 is damaged or deformed excessively after assembly or disassembly, there are other clampinggrooves 203 to ensure the effective connection. - Further,
FIG. 10 is a structural diagram of theatomizing core 30 according to embodiments of the present disclosure; as shown inFIG. 10 , theatomizing core 30 is provided withpins 301. In an optional embodiment, theatomizing core 30 is of ceramic, cotton or steel mesh which can realize the heating function. Theatomizing core 30 is connected with the power supply terminal B1 of the electronic cigarette stem B through each of thepins 301, so that the tar can be atomized by heating. Optionally, each of thepins 301 is made of copper or other material having good conductivity. In an embodiment, each of thepins 301 comprises amain body portion 3011, asteering portion 3012 and a connectingportion 3013. Themain body portion 3011 passes through the throughhole 101, and thesteering portion 3012 extends from themain body portion 3011 toward theaccommodating groove 102, and the connectingportion 3013 extends into theaccommodating groove 102 from thesteering portion 3012. Thepin 301 is bent by thesteering portion 3012, so that the connectingportion 3013 can be arranged at a suitable position according to actual needs to be connected to each of theterminals 20, that is, to the power supply terminal B1 of the electronic cigarette stem B. - In the embodiment, the connecting
portion 3013 passes through the clampinggroove 203 and is fixed between the fixingportion 201 and theaccommodating groove 102. In an embodiment, agap 204 penetrating the fixingportion 201 is formed at the bottom of one of the clampinggrooves 203 in a direction away from the clampingportion 202, and the length of thegap 204 is less than or equal to the depth of the clampinggroove 203. Thegap 204 enables each of theterminals 20 to be elastically deformed and the length of thegap 204 affects the state of the elastic deformation of each of theterminals 20. When the length of thegap 204 is less than or equal to the depth of the clampinggroove 203, it is convenient for each of theterminals 20 to cling to an inner wall of theaccommodating groove 102 after being inserted into theaccommodating groove 102, and it is possible to ensure that the connectingportion 3013 is pressed tightly by each of theterminals 20, thereby preventing the electronic cigarette from being unusable due to each of thepins 301 falling off. In this way, theatomizing core 30 can be firmly and electrically connected with each of theterminals 20. Therefore, each of theterminals 20 presses each of thepins 301, thereby eliminating the welding process, saving manpower, facilitating the realization of automation and improving the process efficiency. - It should be noted that the
atomizing core 30 of the embodiment has twopins 301, and so there are also twoaccommodating grooves 102 and twoterminals 20. It should be further noted that when each of theterminals 20 is fitted into theaccommodating groove 102, a clampinggroove 203 is set toward the throughhole 101 so as to arrange each of thepins 301. - In an embodiment, the
base 10 is recessed from the second end face b towards the first end face a to form agroove 105, and the throughhole 101 penetrates through the first end face a to the bottom of thegroove 105. It should be noted that the shape and size of thegroove 105 can be set according to the position of the air outlet on the electronic cigarette stem B. In the embodiment, thegroove 105 facilitates the air flowing to thegroove 105 to enter the atomizer A from the throughhole 101 by forming a large space, and thegroove 105 also provides space for the arrangement of each of thepins 301. - Further, the second end face b of the
base 10 is recessed to form awire groove 106 communicating theaccommodating groove 102 and thegroove 105. When each of thepins 301 is bent, thesteering portion 3012 is located in thewire groove 106, and thewire groove 106 serves to guide and limit each of thepins 301. - Further, both ends of the
wire groove 106 extend towards the first end face a to form aslope 107, and the angle of inclination of theslope 107 is set to be greater than 2 degrees or match a bending angle of thesteering portion 3012. It is easy to understand that the bent region of each of thepins 301 extending from themain body portion 3011 to thesteering portion 3012 and the bent region extending from thesteering portion 3012 to the connectingportion 3013 are guided and supported by the structural setting of theslope 107. -
FIG. 11 is a structural diagram of aholder 40 according to embodiments of the present disclosure;FIG. 12 is a structural diagram of theholder 40 from another angle of view according to embodiments of the present disclosure; as shown inFIGS. 11 to 12 , in an embodiment, the atomizer A further comprises theholder 40. Specifically, both ends of theholder 40 are opened to form a cavity, and a first end of theholder 40 is aligned with the throughhole 101 and fixedly arranged on thebase 10. Further, theatomizing core 30 is aligned with the cavity and arranged at a second end of theholder 40. Therefore, each of thepins 301 can pass the throughhole 101 through the cavity. In addition, when the user uses the electronic cigarette, the air can continue to flow through the cavity of theholder 40 after passing through the throughhole 101. - In an embodiment, the first end of the
holder 40 is provided with anair hole 401 and awire hole 402. The air passing through the throughhole 101 can continue to flow through theair hole 401. The size of thewire hole 402 is matched with themain body portion 3011 of each of thepins 301. Thepin 301 passes through the throughhole 101 via thewire hole 402, and thewire hole 402 serves to fix themain body portion 3011 to a certain extent. - In an embodiment, the
base 10 is recessed from the first end face a towards the second end face b to form anotch groove 103, and the throughhole 101 penetrates the bottom of thenotch groove 103. Further, the first end of theholder 40 is fixedly arranged in thenotch groove 103. It is easy to understand that the opening size of thenotch groove 103 is small, and the first end of theholder 40 protrudes outward. Therefore, the first end of theholder 40 cannot be moved longitudinally under the restriction of thenotch groove 103, thereby achieving fixation. It should be noted that since thebase 10 is made of silicone, theholder 40 can be mounted by jacking in from the opening of thenotch groove 103. -
FIG. 13 is a structural diagram of aguide pipe 50 according to embodiments of the present disclosure; as shown inFIG. 13 , in an embodiment, the atomizer A further comprises theguide pipe 50. Specifically, an orifice of theguide pipe 50 is aligned with an opening at the second end of theholder 40, so as to ensure air flow. It should be noted that theguide pipe 50 is made of fiber or other materials which can permeate and adsorb tar. When the electronic cigarette is used, the tar adsorbed by theguide pipe 50 is heated and atomized by theatomizing core 30, and finally sucked by the user along with the air. - Further,
FIG. 14 is a structural diagram of abracket 60 according to embodiments of the present disclosure; as shown inFIG. 14 , in an embodiment, the atomizer A further comprises thebracket 60. Thebracket 60 fixedly is connected to theholder 40 and theguide pipe 50 to support and fix theguide pipe 50. In an optional embodiment, thebracket 60 is provided as a steel pipe and is sheathed on the outside of theholder 40 and theguide pipe 50. - In an embodiment, a
guide groove 601 is formed on thebracket 60. Correspondingly, a first bulgingportion 302 is formed on theatomizing core 30, and a second bulgingportion 403 is formed on theholder 40. By sliding the first bulgingportion 302 and the second bulgingportion 403 into theguide groove 601, the position between the atomizingcore 30 and theholder 40 can be relatively fixed, so that the position between the atomizingcore 30 and the base 10 can be relatively fixed. In this way, the condition that each of thepins 301 cannot pass through thewire hole 402 of theholder 40 and the throughhole 101 of thebase 10 due to dislocation can be avoided. -
FIG. 15 is a structural diagram of astorage cotton 70 according to embodiments of the present disclosure; as shown inFIG. 15 , in an embodiment, the atomizer A further comprises thestorage cotton 70. Thestorage cotton 70 is sleeved on theholder 40 and theguide pipe 50, and a first end of thestorage cotton 70 is attached to the first end face a of thebase 10. In an optional embodiment, thestorage cotton 70 is made of integrated polymer cotton or other materials capable of adsorbing tar. It is easy to understand that the tar stored in thestorage cotton 70 is adsorbed by theguide pipe 50 under osmosis to be heated and atomized by theatomizing core 30. - Further,
FIG. 16 is a structural diagram of anend cover 80 according to embodiments of the present disclosure;FIG. 17 is a structural diagram of the end cover 80 from another angle of view according to embodiments of the present disclosure; as shown inFIGS. 16 to 17 , the atomizer A further comprises theend cover 80. The end cover 80 covers a second end of thestorage cotton 70. It should be noted that theend cover 80 is made of silicone and has certain elasticity. Therefore, theend cover 80 can fill the gap with thestorage cotton 70 to prevent the tar stored in thestorage cotton 70 from leaking from theend cover 80. Theend cover 80 is provided with aguide hole 801, and theguide hole 801 is aligned with the orifice of theguide pipe 50. Therefore, the atomized tar and the air entering the atomizer A can continue to flow through theguide hole 801. - Further,
FIG. 18 is a structural diagram of a tar-absorbingcotton 90 according to embodiments of the present disclosure; as shown inFIG. 18 , the atomizer A further comprises the tar-absorbingcotton 90. The tar-absorbingcotton 90 is made of felt embroidery or other fiber materials that can absorb tar. The tar-absorbingcotton 90 is provided on theend cover 80. It should be noted that aleak 901 is arranged on the tar-absorbingcotton 90, and theleak 901 is aligned with theguide hole 801. Therefore, the atomized tar and the air entering the atomizer A can continue to flow through theleak 901. In the embodiment, the tar-absorbingcotton 90 is used for absorbing residual tar by surface tension of internal voids to prevent tar leakage. - In an embodiment, the
end cover 80 is provided with alimit slot 802, and the shape and size of thelimit slot 802 match those of the tar-absorbingcotton 90 which is arranged in thelimit slot 802. In the embodiment, thelimit slot 802 can prevent the tar-absorbingcotton 90 from shifting and affecting the leak-proof effect. - In an embodiment, the
end cover 80 is provided with aguide pipe 803. Theguide hole 801 is located on theguide pipe 803, and a first end of theguide pipe 803 extends into theguide pipe 50. Therefore, theguide pipe 803 is provided to facilitate the user to suck the atomized tar. - Further, the tar-absorbing
cotton 90 is sleeved on a second end of theguide pipe 803 through theleak 901. Specifically, the second end of theguide pipe 803 protrudes from the bottom of thelimit slot 802 so as to protrude into theleak 901. Therefore, theguide pipe 803 can not only ensure the stable flow of the atomized tar and the air entering the atomizer A, but also further fix the tar-absorbingcotton 90. -
FIG. 19 is a structural diagram of anouter cover 100 according to embodiments of the present disclosure; as shown inFIG. 19 , in an embodiment, the atomizer A further comprises theouter cover 100. Theouter cover 100 is made of PCTG and provided in a cylindrical structure, and the shape and size match each other with thestorage cotton 70. It should be noted that PCTG is an amorphous copolyester with good viscosity, transparency and chemical resistance. Theouter cover 100 is sleeved on an outer side of thestorage cotton 70 to support thestorage cotton 70 and prevent tar from leaking. In addition, the transparentouter cover 100 facilitates the user to recognize the remaining amount of tar by observing the color change of thestorage cotton 70, thus facilitating the timely replacement of the atomizer A. - Further, the first end face a of the
base 10 is recessed from an edge to form afirst step structure 104, and theouter cover 100 can be sheathed on a part of the base 10 through thefirst step structure 104, and an end of theouter cover 100 can be connected to thebase 10. Further, a side of theend cover 80 facing thebase 10 is recessed from an edge to form asecond step structure 804, and theouter cover 100 can be sheathed on a part of theend cover 80 through thesecond step structure 804, and an end of theouter cover 100 can be connected to theend cover 80. Therefore, theouter cover 100 is fixedly arranged between the base 10 and theend cover 80 through thefirst step structure 104 and thesecond step structure 804, thus ensuring the support of theouter cover 100 to thestorage cotton 70. -
FIG. 20 is a structural diagram of acigarette holder 110 according to embodiments of the present disclosure;FIG. 21 is a structural diagram of thecigarette holder 110 from another angle of view according to embodiments of the present disclosure; as shown inFIGS. 20 to 21 , in an embodiment, the atomizer A further comprises thecigarette holder 110 which is opened at both ends, and thecigarette holder 110 is gradually reduced in size from an first end toward an second end and is made of food grade PC plastic or other materials. An opening at the first end of thecigarette holder 110 is larger so as to sleeve and fix thecigarette holder 110 on theend cover 80. In an optional embodiment, the opening at the first end of thecigarette holder 110 is mated with theouter cover 100 such that the first end of thecigarette holder 110 can be sheathed on theouter cover 100. In an optional embodiment, thecigarette holder 110 can be fixed by locking or gluing. Further, a second end of thecigarette holder 110 extends from an opening towards the second end to form anoutlet pipe 1101, and theoutlet pipe 1101 is aligned with theleak 901. Therefore, the atomized tar and the air entering the atomizer A can be discharged through theoutlet pipe 1101, so that the user can smoke through thecigarette holder 110. - In an embodiment, the
cigarette holder 110 is internally provided with a limitingportion 1102, and the structure of the limitingportion 1102 is matched with the tar-absorbingcotton 90. After thecigarette holder 110 is installed, the limitingportion 1102 further limits the position around the tar-absorbingcotton 90 to prevent the tar-absorbingcotton 90 from deviation and affecting the leakage prevention. -
FIG. 22 is a structural diagram of a leak-proof plug 120 according to embodiments of the present disclosure; as shown inFIG. 22 , in an embodiment, the atomizer A further comprises the leak-proof plug 120. The leak-proof plug 120 is made of silicone, and the shape and size of the leak-proof plug 120 are matched with the opening of thecigarette holder 110 and theoutlet pipe 1101, so that the leak-proof plug 120 can block theoutlet pipe 1101 from the second end of thecigarette holder 110 and prevent tar from leaking from thecigarette holder 110 when the electronic cigarette is not used. In an optional embodiment, the leak-proof plug 120 extends into a portion of the surface of theoutlet pipe 1101 to form a protrusion, which may further enhance the leak-proof effect. - The embodiments of the present disclosure further provide an electronic cigarette, wherein the electronic cigarette comprises the electronic cigarette stem B and the atomizer A. The structural features of the atomizer A are as described above and will not be described herein. According to the electronic cigarette of the embodiment, the atomizer A installed on the electronic cigarette stem B is detachable, thereby facilitating the replacement of the atomizer A. When the atomizer A is connected with the electronic cigarette stem B, the power supply terminal B1 of the electronic cigarette stem B is connected with each of the
terminals 20 of the atomizer A, so that the cell in the electronic cigarette stem B is electrically connected with theatomizing core 30, and the heating atomization effect of theatomizing core 30 on the tar is realized. In this way, the user can conveniently suck the atomized tar. - Provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure is an atomizer and an electronic cigarette, wherein the atomizer comprises a base, terminals and an atomizing core. Pins of the atomizing core pass through a through hole on the base and are bent and extended into an accommodating groove on the base. Each of the terminals is pressed and arranged in the accommodating groove and comprises a cylindrical fixing portion and a clamping portion extended from one end of the fixing portion. The clamping portion is recessed from an end towards the fixing portion to form clamping grooves. Each of the pins of the atomizing core passes through the clamping groove and is fixed between the fixing portion and the accommodating groove. Therefore, the atomizer can be formed only by simple assembly, which saves the labor cost in the welding process, makes the automatic operation operable, and helps to improve the process efficiency.
