Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, but are not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present disclosure without creative efforts shall fall within protection scopes of the present disclosure.
- The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a fidget toy, as shown in
FIG. 1 ,FIG. 1 is a structural schematic diagram of a fidget toy according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Thefidget toy 100 includes a coveringbody 1 and amagnetic assembly 2. Anaccommodation space 13 is defined in thecovering body 1, and a material of the coveringbody 1 is a soft material. Themagnetic assembly 2 is movably disposed in theaccommodation space 13, themagnetic assembly 2 includes a plurality ofmagnetic components 21, the plurality of themagnetic components 21 are magnetically connected, and the plurality of themagnetic components 21 are deformable in thecovering body 1. - The covering
body 1 wraps the plurality of themagnetic components 21, so that the plurality of themagnetic components 21 are not easy to scatter, and the plurality of themagnetic components 21 are not easy to lost. It can be understood that common magnetic components are generally not allowed to be swallowed, the plurality of themagnetic components 21 are wrapped by the coveringbody 1, and are not easy to be mistakenly eaten by children, thereby avoiding risk that the children mistakenly eat themagnetic components 21 and further improving security offidget toy 100. Moreover, users may squeeze the plurality of themagnetic components 21 through the coveringbody 1, thereby changing a shape of the plurality of themagnetic components 21 for achieving decompression effect. The plurality of themagnetic components 21 are magnetically attracted, the users need to apply a large external force to change the shape of the plurality of themagnetic components 21, so as to relieve the pressure. Meanwhile, the plurality of themagnetic components 21 may be shaped according to preferences of the users, thereby achieving an interesting decompression effect. - The
magnetic assembly 2 may be deformable and shaped in thecovering body 1, each time themagnetic assembly 2 is squeezed, themagnetic assembly 2 undergoes a deformation. Theoretically, shapes of themagnetic assembly 2 every time themagnetic assembly 2 is squeezed are different, and a force for squeezing is also different, thereby obtaining different experience of squeezing each time, and further increasing interestingness and ornamental value of a product of thefidget toy 100 through shaping of themagnetic assembly 2. - People experience a wide variety of emotions in working, living, and learning, and may feel pressure when there is motivation, when the pressure is too large, muscles of a whole body of the people cannot be relaxed. The fidget toy of the present disclosure is an auxiliary tool for temporary decompression, which may transfer attentions of the users and help the users to relax muscles of a whole body of the users. Compared with other soft ball typed fidget toys, the soft ball typed fidget toy of the present disclosure is more popular with the public, which solves a problem that the other soft ball typed fidget toys are single in function and may explode out internal substances, such as glue or water beads, when being damaged, thereby cannot meet decompression requirements of different user groups. It should be noted that an inner portion of each of the soft ball typed fidget toys is filled with gelatinous objects or water beads, and when the soft ball typed fidget toy is squeezed and is broken, the inner fillers of the soft ball typed fidget toy flow out and scatter all over, which is dirty and nausea and brings a very poor experience for the users.
- As shown in
FIGS. 2 and 3 ,FIG. 2 is another structural schematic diagram of the fidget toy according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, andFIG. 3 is a structural schematic diagram of a covering body of the fidget toy shown inFIG. 2 . In one embodiment, the coveringbody 1 includes afirst covering portion 11 and asecond covering portion 12, and thefirst covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12 are fixedly connected. Themagnetic assembly 2 may be first disposed between thefirst covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12, and then thefirst covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12 are fixedly connected, so that themagnetic assembly 2 is disposed between thefirst covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12. - A shape of the
first covering portion 11 and a shape of thesecond covering portion 12 may be the same, and thefirst covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12 having the same shape may be completely shared by two covering bodies having same shapes and structures, which may reduce material cost and is convenient for assembly. - The shape of the
first covering portion 11 and the shape of thesecond covering portion 12 may also be different, for example, a volume of thefirst covering portion 11 is larger, themagnetic assembly 2 is first disposed in thefirst covering portion 11, and thesecond covering portion 12 covers themagnetic assembly 2 and is fixedly connected to thefirst covering portion 11. - In some embodiments, the
first covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12 are adhesively connected. Thefirst covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12 may be conveniently and fixedly connected through adhesion. Glue for adhesion may be provided according to needs. For example, the glue may enable a pulling force at a joint of thefirst covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12 to exceed 15 lbf, such as 18 lbf, 20 lbf, or 40 lbf. - In one embodiment, a connecting surface of the
first covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12 is a plane, the glue is disposed between the connecting surface, as the plane, of thefirst covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12, which is convenient for bonding thefirst covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12 together. - In other embodiments, as shown in
FIGS. 4 and 5 ,FIG. 4 is a structural schematic diagram of a first covering portion of the covering body shown inFIG. 3 , andFIG. 5 is a structural schematic diagram of a second covering portion of the covering body shown inFIG. 3 . Agroove 111 is defined on one end of thefirst covering portion 11, the one end of thefirst covering portion 11 faces thesecond covering portion 12. A clampingportion 122 is disposed on one end of thesecond covering portion 12, the one end of thesecond covering portion 12 faces thefirst covering portion 11, and the clampingportion 122 is clamped into thegroove 111, such concave-convex design of clamping the clampingportion 122 into thegroove 111 enables thefirst covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12 to more tightly bond together in combination with an adhesion manner. For example, the glue is filled between the clampingportion 122 and thegroove 111, which may increase an adhesive area of thefirst covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12 and provides an adhesive force for thefirst covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12. - In other embodiments, the
first covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12 may be fixedly connected in other manners. For example, thefirst covering portion 11 and thesecond covering portion 12 may be fixedly connected in a hot melt manner. - In other embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 1 , the coveringbody 2 is integrally formed. A material forming the coveringbody 1 may be covered on themagnetic assembly 2, and then the coveringbody 1 is formed through a corresponding processing process. - In some embodiments, the
magnetic assembly 2 accounts for 30% to 90% of theaccommodation space 13 to achieve the best shaping space. Themagnetic assembly 2 may conveniently form various shapes in thecovering body 1, and does not affect shaping of themagnetic assembly 2. For example, themagnetic assembly 2 may account for 40% to 70% of theaccommodation space 13. - The
magnetic assembly 2 only occupies parts of space in thecovering body 1, and themagnetic assembly 2 may be changed into other shapes in thecovering body 1 according to operations of the users. For example,FIG. 6 is a first structural schematic diagram of the magnetic assembly, after being shaped, in the fidget toy shown inFIG. 1 , themagnetic assembly 2 may be changed into a central hollowed-out ring body in thecovering body 1 according to the operations of the users. For another example,FIG. 7 is a second structural schematic diagram of the magnetic assembly, after being shaped, in the fidget toy shown inFIG. 1 , themagnetic assembly 2 may be changed into a structure similar to a heart shape according to the operations of the users. - It can be understood that the
magnetic assembly 2 in thecovering body 1 may also be changed into an irregular structure according to the operations of the users. For example, as shown inFIGS. 8 and 9 ,FIG. 8 is a first structural schematic diagram of the magnetic assembly, after being shaped, in the fidget toy shown inFIG. 2 , andFIG. 9 is a second structural schematic diagram of the magnetic assembly, after being shaped, in the fidget toy shown inFIG. 2 . The plurality of themagnetic components 21 in themagnetic assembly 2 are in a regular structure before being operated by the users, and are changed into irregular structures after being operated by the users, so as to relieve the pressure of the users. - It should be noted that the inner portion of each of the soft ball typed fidget toys is filled with the gelatinous objects or the water beads, so that the soft ball typed fidget toy does not generate sound in a squeezing process.
- In some embodiments, the plurality of the
