Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention:
  • The present invention relates to cigarette filters, and more particularly, to a rolled cannabis and tobacco cigarette filter preventing hazardous substance from entering human body.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art:
  • Manufactured rolled cannabis and tobacco cigarettes have various hazardous substances, which may cause substantial damage to human body of people who smoke.
  • For lowering the risk of damaging human body during smoking, the industry has developed a filter for a rolled cannabis and tobacco cigarette to be inserted thereon, so that the filter cotton in the filter is able to filter the hazardous substance in the tobacco. However, conventional filter cotton is mostly formed of materials such as synthetic fiber, glass fiber, or non-woven fabric. Therein, the filter cotton does not contain other ingredients which can enhance the filter effect. Thus, the filter effect of filter cotton is relatively limited. Also, conventional filter cotton is flavorless and unable to provide additional flavors to the rolled cannabis and tobacco.

  • Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 , the present invention provides a cigarette filter 100, comprising a mouthpiece 10, a filter 20, a connection member 30, a cigarette seat 40, and a removable filter cotton 50.
  • The mouthpiece 10 comprises a mouth held portion 11 and a connection portion 12 in opposite to the mouth held portion 11. The mouth held portion 11 is applied for contacting the mouth of a user. Therein, an air duct 13 passes through the mouth held portion 11 and the connection portion 12, as shown by FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 . In the embodiment, the mouthpiece 10 is formed of an eco-friendly resin material.
  • The filter 20 is combined with the connection portion 12 of the mouthpiece 10. The filter 20 comprises a first filter portion 21 and a second filter portion 22. The outer diameter of the first filter portion 21 is smaller than the outer diameter of the second filter portion 22. The first filter portion 21 is disposed in the connection portion 12 of the mouthpiece 10, as shown by FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 .
  • Also, the filter 20 comprises a first containing space 23 and a second containing space 24 that are connected, wherein the first containing space 23 is disposed in the first filter portion 21, and the second containing space 24 is disposed in the second filter portion 22. The first containing space 23 is connected with the air duct 13. In the embodiment, the filter 20 is formed of an eco-friendly resin material.
  • Further, the filter 20 comprises a division member 25, which divides the inner portion of the filter 20 into the first containing space 23 and the second containing space 24. Therein, the division member 25 has a plurality of through holes 251, and each through hole 251 connects the first containing space 23 and the second containing space 24, as shown by FIG. 2 .
  • The connection member 30 comprises a first connection portion 31 and a second connection potion 32. The first connection portion 31 of the connection member 30 is disposed in the second containing space 24 of the filter 20, and the second connection portion 32 of the connection member 30 is disposed out of the second containing space 24 of the filter 20. In the embodiment, the outer periphery of the second connection portion 32 is threaded. The connection member 30 is formed of a metal material.
  • Also, a bore channel 33 passes through the first connection portion 31 and the second connection portion 32, and the bore channel 33 is connected with each through hole 251 of the filter 20.
  • The cigarette seat 40 is fastened to the second connection portion 32 of the connection member 30 for receiving the cigarette 1, as shown by FIG. 2 and FIG. 5 . Therein, the bore channel 33 is connected between the filter 20 and the cigarette seat 40. In the embodiment, the cigarette seat 40 is formed of a metal material.
  • The removable filter cotton 50 is disposed between the air duct 13 of the mouthpiece 10 and the first containing space 23 of the filter 20. The removable filter cotton 50 is formed of a porous material. The removable filter cotton 50 absorbs an oil liquid, wherein the oil liquid is an organic compound. In the embodiment, the oil liquid is terpene, linalool, or myrcene.
  • Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , user can replace the filter cotton 50 according to actual demands. When the oil liquid is terpene, the terpene increases the function of cannabinoids in the cigarette 1. When the oil liquid is linalool, the linalool lowers the detrimental effect caused by delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol to medical user. Also, the linalool reduces the desire of smoking, drinking alcohol and abusing drugs. When the oil liquid is myrcene, the myrcene increases the potency of the delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol to recreational users.
  • Two washers 60 are spaced and mounted around the first connection portion 31 of the connection member 30. In the embodiment, referring to FIG. 2 , one washer 60 is mounted around one end of the first connection portion 31 and disposed in adjacent to the division member 25. Therefore, the two washers 60 of the cigarette filter 100 improve the tightness between the connection member 30 and the filter 20, thereby preventing the separation between the filter 20 and the connection member 30.
  • When the user uses the cigarette filter 100, the user can select the removable filter cotton 50 which absorbed different oil liquids according to usage demands. The selected filter cotton 50 is placed in the first containing space 23 of the filter 20, and the cigarette 1 is inserted on the cigarette seat 40. Then, when the user smokes the cigarette 1, the smoke of the cigarette 1 enters the filter 20 through the bore channel 33 and through each through hole 251, and the oil liquid absorbed by the removable filter cotton 50 filters the smoke and generates corresponding flavors in the smoke of the cigarette 1. The smoke filtered through the removable filter cotton 50 then enters the mouth of the user through the air duct 13.
  • Therefore, the filter 20 of the cigarette filter 100 filters the smoke of the cigarette 1 first. When the smoke passes through the removable filter cotton 50, a flavor is added in the smoke by the oil liquids absorbed by the removable filter cotton 50. As a result, through the filter function of the filter 20 and the oil liquid absorbed by the removable filter cotton 50, the flavor of the smoke is improved, and the impact of the cigarette 1 to the human body is reduced, improving the recreational effect.
  • Also, the mouthpiece 10, the filter 20, the connection member 30, and the cigarette seat 40 of the cigarette filter 100 of the present invention can be washed after use. The reusable nature assures the environmental friendly design.
  • Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
