Abstract
The present application relates to a child resistant bag and an opening method thereof. The child resistant bag includes a bag body, a first wing and a second wing that are arranged at two sides of an inlet of the bag body, wherein the first wing includes a first strip, and an upper wing and a lower wing a connected to two sides of the first strip, the second wing includes a second strip and a lower wing b connected to a lower side of the second strip, a gap is provided between one side of the upper wing and the inner wall of the bag body to form a finger extension area, and a sealing structure is provided between the upper wing and the bag body and within the finger extension area.
Description
- The present application is based on and claims the priority benefits of China application No. 202110860134.0, filed on Jul. 28, 2021. The entirety of the above-mentioned patent application is hereby incorporated by reference herein and made a part of this specification.
- The present application relates to the technical field of zipper bags, and in particular to a child resistant bag and an opening method thereof.
- A zipper bag, also referred to a ziplock bag, is a kind of zipper seal, and is a packaging bag capable of being pressed and automatically sealed. Zipper bags are commonly used for storing various medicines in the pharmaceutical industry, and zipper bags are also commonly used for storing various foods in the food industry.
- In the related art, the zipper bag structure includes a bag body, a first wing and a second wing, and the first wing and the second wing are arranged at two sides of an inlet in the bag body. The bag body can be automatically sealed by pressing the first wing and the second wing from the outside of the bag body, and conversely, the bag body can be pulled apart with a force.
- The inventor considers that a novel zipper bag can be provided, which is prevented from being opened by children, and is opened by adopting a special opening method.
- In order to solve the problem that a child easily opens a zipper bag, the present application provides a child resistant bag and an opening method thereof.
- In a first aspect, the present application provides a child resistant bag, which adopts the following technical solutions:
- A child resistant bag, including a bag body, a first wing and a second wing that are arranged at two sides of an inlet of the bag body, wherein the first wing includes a first strip, and an upper wing and a lower wing a connected to two sides of the first strip, the second wing includes a second strip and a lower wing b connected to a lower side of the second strip, the upper wing and the lower wing a are both connected to an inner wall at the inlet of the bag body, the lower wing b is connected to the other inner wall at the inlet of the bag body, the first strip and the second strip are arranged correspondingly, the first strip and the second strip are press-fitted to each other so that the bag body is sealed automatically, a gap is provided between one side of the upper wing and the inner wall of the bag body to form a finger extension area, and a sealing structure is provided between the upper wing and the bag body and within the finger extension area.
- By adopting the above technical solutions, when the two sides of the bag body are pulled apart to open the inlet of the bag body, because the force point of the first wing and the bag body is on the upper wing, and the force point of the second wing and the bag body is on the lower wing b, the problem of force point misalignment is generated, so that the bag body is difficult to be pulled apart in a normal way, and it is difficult for a child to open the bag body. In this case, the user extends the finger into the finger extension area, the fingers of the two hands can be kept at force points of the same height, and the bag body can be pulled apart. In addition, the sealing structure increases the concealment of the finger extension area, so that the child cannot easily open the bag body by mistake, for example, eating medicines in the bag body or food additives in the bag body by mistake, and therefore potential safety hazards are reduced. If the bag body needs to be opened, the sealing structure is pulled apart to extend the finger into the finger extension area.
- Alternatively, the sealing structure includes a fake sealing structure formed between the upper wing and the bag body and within the finger extension area.
- By adopting the above technical solutions, the fake sealing structure increases the concealment of the finger extension area, which is not easily found by a child. The upper wing and the bag body at the fake sealing structure can be pulled apart, and therefore the user can conveniently extend fingers into the finger extension area to open the bag body.
- Alternatively, the sealing structure includes the fake sealing structure is formed by using a fake sealing process.
- By adopting the above technical solutions, the fake sealing structure formed by using the fake sealing process makes the upper wing and the bag body within the finger extension area are tightly connected and can also be pulled apart, and meanwhile, it is good in concealment and difficult to find.
- Alternatively, the fake sealing structure is formed by gluing.
- By adopting the above technical solutions, the fake sealing structure formed by gluing has a making process simpler than the fake sealing process, and meanwhile, the fake sealing structure is good in concealment and difficult to find.
- Alternatively, the sealing structure includes a true sealing structure formed between the upper wing and the bag body and within a finger extension area, the upper wing has a cutting line provided along a length direction of the upper wing, and the cutting line passes through the finger extension area and is positioned below the true sealing structure.
- By adopting the above technical solutions, the true sealing structure increases the concealment of the finger extension area, and the upper wing and the bag body at the true sealing structure cannot be pulled apart. When the bag body needs to be opened, the user scratches the cutting line where the upper wing is within the finger extension area with fingers, so that the finger extends into the finger extension area to open the bag body. In addition, the cutting line still has a good concealment after one use, and it is still difficult for the child to find.
- Alternatively, the true sealing structure is formed by using a heat sealing process.
- By adopting the above technical solutions, the true sealing structure formed by using the heat sealing process makes the upper wing and the bag body within the finger extension area are connected more tightly and cannot be pulled apart, and the true sealing structure is better in concealment than the fake sealing structure.
- Alternatively, the cutting line is formed by die cutting or continuous cold cutting through a hob.
- Alternatively, the cutting depth of the cutting line is ½ to ⅔ of a thickness of the upper wing.
- By adopting the above technical solutions, the cutting depth of the cutting line is controlled to be ½ to ⅔ of a thickness of the upper wing. On the one hand, the cutting line is not easily scratched by a child, and the scratching difficulty is not increased. On the other hand, it is beneficial to maintain the integrity of the upper wing and reduce damage to the structure of the upper wing.
- Alternatively, the cutting line is a dotted straight line.
- By adopting the above technical solutions, when the bag body is opened, the user flips over the mouth of the bag, so that the upper wing is bent at the dotted straight line within the finger extension area. It is convenient for the user to scratch the dotted straight line here, and extend the finger into the finger extension area.
- Alternatively, the cutting line is a dotted fold line.
- By adopting the above technical solutions, when the bag body is opened, the user flips over the mouth of the bag, so that the upper wing is bent at the dotted fold line within the finger extension area. The protruding part of the dotted fold line may be raised, and it is more convenient for the user to scratch the dotted fold line here, and extend the finger into the finger extension area.
- Alternatively, the cutting line is a dotted curved line.
- By adopting the above technical solutions, compared to the dotted fold line, the protruding part of the dotted curved line is smoother while bending, so that the safety is high and the user's finger is less likely to be scratched.
- Alternatively, the inner wall of the bag body has an embossed relief pattern.
- By adopting the above technical solutions, a vacuumized air channel can be formed between the embossed relief pattern and the inner wall of the bag body, so that a household vacuum sealer machine can vacuum the bag conveniently.
- In a second aspect, the present application provides an opening method of a bag, which adopts the following technical solutions:
- An opening method of a bag, including the following steps:
- S1, pulling apart an upper wing and a bag body at a fake sealing structure, and exposing a finger extension area;
- S2, extending a finger of one hand into the finger extension area and gripping one side of a mouth of the bag body, then gripping the other side of the mouth of the bag body with a finger of the other hand, and keeping the fingers of the two hands at force points of the same height; and
- S3, forcibly and simultaneously pulling apart the bag body by two hands towards opposite directions.
- In a third aspect, the present application provides an opening method of a bag, which adopts the following technical solutions:
- An opening method of a bag, including the following steps:
- S1, flipping over a mouth of a bag body, and bending an upper wing at a cutting line within a finger extension area;
- S2, scratching the cutting line with fingers, extending a finger into the finger extension area and gripping one side of the mouth of the bag body;
- S3, gripping the other side of the mouth of the bag body with a finger of the other hand, and keeping the fingers of the two hands at force points of the same height; and
- S4, forcibly and simultaneously pulling apart the bag body by two hands towards opposite directions.
- In summary, the present application comprises at least one of the following beneficial technical effects.
- 1. The finger extension area allows the user to extend the finger into the area between the upper wing and the bag body, so that the fingers of the two hands can be kept at force points of the same height, and the bag body can be pulled apart. In addition, the sealing structure increases the concealment of the finger extension area, so that the child cannot easily open the bag body by mistake, for example, eating medicines in the bag body or food additives in the bag body by mistake, and therefore potential safety hazards are reduced. If the bag body needs to be opened, the sealing structure is pulled apart to extend the finger into the finger extension area.
- 2. When the sealing structure adopts the fake sealing structure, the finger extension area is good in concealment, which is not easily found by a child. The upper wing and the bag body at the fake sealing structure can be pulled apart, and therefore the user can conveniently extend fingers into the finger extension area to open the bag body.
- 3. When the sealing structure adopts the true sealing structure and the cutting line, the upper wing and the bag body at the true sealing structure cannot be pulled apart, and therefore, the concealment is better. When the bag body needs to be opened, the user scratches the cutting line where the upper wing is within the finger extension area with fingers. In addition, the cutting line still has a good concealment after one use, and it is still difficult for the child to find.
- 4. A vacuumized air channel can be formed between the embossed relief pattern and the inner wall of the bag body, so that a household vacuum sealer machine can vacuum the bag conveniently.

FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of a double-sided embossed relief pattern of a bag inEmbodiment 7 of the present application. - Hereinafter, the present application is further illustrated in detail in combination with
FIGS. 1 to 8 . - Embodiments of the present application provide a child resistant bag, which is prevented from being opened by children.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 , the child resistant bag includes abag body 1, afirst wing 2 and asecond wing 3, and thefirst wing 2 and thesecond wing 3 are arranged at two sides of an inlet in thebag body 1. Thefirst wing 2 includes afirst strip 21, and anupper wing 22 and a lower wing a 23 that are integrally formed at two sides of thefirst strip 21, and thesecond wing 3 includes asecond strip 31 and alower wing b 32 integrally formed at a lower side of thesecond strip 31. - The
upper wing 22 and the lower wing a 23 are both integrally formed with an inner wall at the inlet of thebag body 1 by using a heat sealing process. Thelower wing b 32 is formed integrally with the other inner wall at the inlet of thebag body 1 by using the heat sealing process. The heat sealing process is that two thermoplastic objects are integrally formed by reasonably controlling a relatively high hot melting temperature. Through the heat sealing process, thefirst wing 2 is stably connected to thebag body 1, and thesecond wing 3 is stably connected to thebag body 1, so that theupper wing 22, the lower wing a 23 and thebag body 1 cannot be pulled apart, and thelower wing b 32 and thebag body 1 cannot be pulled apart as well. In addition, thefirst strip 21 and thesecond strip 31 are kept to be arranged correspondingly, and a user can press-fit thefirst strip 21 and thesecond strip 31 to each other to achieve automatic sealing of thebag body 1. - Referring to
FIG. 1 , because the force point of thefirst wing 2 and thebag body 1 is on theupper wing 22, and the force point of thesecond wing 3 and thebag body 1 is on thelower wing b 32, the problem of force point misalignment is generated, so that thebag body 1 is difficult to be pulled apart in a normal way, and it is difficult for a child to open thebag body 1. Therefore, a gap is provided between one side of theupper wing 22 and the inner wall of thebag body 1 where theupper wing 22 is positioned, to form afinger extension area 4, a user extends the fingers into thefinger extension area 4, the fingers of the two hands are kept at the force points of the same height, and thebag body 1 can be pulled apart. - Referring to
FIG. 1 , a sealing structure is provided between theupper wing 22 and thebag body 1, and within thefinger extension area 4. In this embodiment, the sealing structure includes atrue sealing structure 6 formed between theupper wing 22 and thebag body 1 and within thefinger extension area 4 by using a heat sealing process. Thetrue sealing structure 6 seals the inlet of thefinger extension area 4, thereby increasing the concealment of thefinger extension area 4, and theupper wing 22 and thebag body 1 at thetrue sealing structure 6 cannot be pulled apart, so that the child cannot easily open thebag body 1 by mistake, for example, eating medicines in thebag body 1 or food additives in thebag body 1 by mistake, and therefore potential safety hazards are reduced. - The sealing structure further includes a
cutting line 7 provided along the length direction of theupper wing 22, thecutting line 7 is formed by die cutting or continuous cold cutting through a hob, and thecutting line 7 passes through thefinger extension area 4 and is positioned below thetrue sealing structure 6. - In this embodiment, the
cutting line 7 is a dotted straight line. When thebag body 1 needs to be opened, the user flips over a mouth of thebag body 1, so that theupper wing 22 is bent at the dotted straight line within thefinger extension area 4, and therefore the user can conveniently pull apart the dotted straight line and extend fingers into thefinger extension area 4 to open thebag body 1. Furthermore, the child resistant bag can be sealed automatically after one use of thecutting line 7, and still has good concealment, and it is still difficult for the child to find. - The implementation principle of the child resistant bag in the embodiment of the present application is that the
upper wing 22 and thebag body 1 at thetrue sealing structure 6 cannot be pulled apart. When thebag body 1 needs to be opened, the user flips over the mouth of thebag body 1, so that theupper wing 22 is bent at the dotted straight line within thefinger extension area 4, and therefore the user can conveniently pull apart the dotted straight line and extend fingers into thefinger extension area 4 to open thebag body 1. - Embodiments of the present application further provide an opening method of a bag.
- The opening method of a bag includes the following steps:
- S1, the user firstly flips over a mouth of a
bag body 1, and bends anupper wing 22 at a dotted straight line within afinger extension area 4; - S2, then the user scratches the dotted straight line here with fingers, extends a finger into the
finger extension area 4 and grips one side of the mouth of thebag body 1; - S3, then the user grips the other side of the mouth of the
bag body 1 with a finger of the other hand, and keeps the fingers of the two hands at force points of the same height; and - S4, the user forcibly and simultaneously pulls apart the
bag body 1 by two hands towards opposite directions. - Referring to
FIG. 2 , this embodiment differs fromEmbodiment 1 in that: in a child resistant bag of this embodiment, thecutting line 7 is a dotted fold line, and when thebag body 1 needs to be opened, the user flips over the mouth of thebag body 1, so that theupper wing 22 is bent at the dotted fold line within afinger extension area 4. The protruding part of the dotted fold line may be raised, and it is more convenient for the user to scratch the dotted fold line, the finger extends into thefinger extension area 4 to open thebag body 1. - An opening method of a bag, including the following steps:
- S1, the user firstly flips over a mouth of a
bag body 1, and bends anupper wing 22 at a dotted fold line within afinger extension area 4; - S2, then the user scratches the dotted fold line here with fingers, extends a finger into the
finger extension area 4 and grips one side of the mouth of thebag body 1; - S3, then the user grips the other side of the mouth the
bag body 1 with a finger of the other hand, and keeps the fingers of the two hands at force points of the same height; and - S4, the user forcibly and simultaneously pulls apart the
bag body 1 by two hands towards opposite directions. - Referring to
FIG. 3 , this embodiment differs fromEmbodiment 2 in that: in a child resistant bag of this embodiment, thecutting line 7 is a dotted curved line, and when thebag body 1 needs to be opened, the user flips over the mouth of thebag body 1, so that theupper wing 22 is bent at the dotted curved line within afinger extension area 4. The protruding part of the dotted curved line may be raised, and it is more convenient for the user to scratch the dotted curved line, the finger extends into thefinger extension area 4 to open thebag body 1. In addition, compared to the dotted fold line, the protruding part of the dotted curved line is smoother while bending, so that the safety is high and the user's finger is less likely to be scratched. - An opening method of a bag, including the following steps:
- S1, the user firstly flips over a mouth of a
bag body 1, and bends anupper wing 22 at a dotted curved line within afinger extension area 4; - S2, then the user scratches the dotted curved line here with fingers, extends a finger into the
finger extension area 4 and grips one side of the mouth of thebag body 1; - S3, then the user grips the other side of the mouth of the
bag body 1 with a finger of the other hand, and keeps the fingers of the two hands at force points of the same height; and - S4, the user forcibly and simultaneously pulls apart the
bag body 1 by two hands towards opposite directions. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , this embodiment differs fromEmbodiment 1 in that: the cuttingline 7 is a continuously cut straight line, and the cutting depth of thecutting line 7 is ½ to ⅔ of the thickness of theupper wing 22. Specifically, the depth of thecutting line 7 is ⅗ of the thickness of theupper wing 22. On the one hand, by means of the design, thecutting line 7 is not easily scratched by a child, but the scratching difficulty is not increased; when thecutting line 7 at thefinger extension area 4 needs to be scratched, the mouth of thebag body 1 is flipped over, and thecutting line 7 at thefinger extension area 4 is easy to break. On the other hand, it is beneficial to maintain the integrity of theupper wing 22 and reduce damage to the structure of theupper wing 22. - Referring to
FIGS. 5 and 6 , this embodiment differs fromEmbodiment 1 in that: in a child resistant bag of this embodiment, the sealing structure includes afake sealing structure 5 formed by using a fake sealing process between theupper wing 22 and thebag body 1 and within thefinger extension area 4. The fake sealing process is to integrate two thermoplastic objects by reasonably controlling a lower hot melting temperature. Thefake sealing structure 5 seals the inlet of thefinger extension area 4, and improves the concealment of thefinger extension area 4, which is not easily found by a child. Theupper wing 22 and thebag body 1 at thefake sealing structure 5 can be pulled apart, and therefore the user can conveniently extend fingers into thefinger extension area 4 to open thebag body 1. - An opening method of a bag, including the following steps:
- S1, the user firstly pulls apart an
upper wing 22 and abag body 1 at afake sealing structure 5, and exposes afinger extension area 4; - S2, then the user extends a finger of one hand into the
finger extension area 4 and grips one side of a mouth of thebag body 1, then grips the other side of the mouth of thebag body 1 with a finger of the other hand, and keeps the fingers of the two hands at force points of the same height; and - S3, the user forcibly and simultaneously pulls apart the
bag body 1 by two hands towards opposite directions. - This embodiment differs from
Embodiment 5 in that: in a child resistant bag of this embodiment, thefake sealing structure 5 is formed by gluing, and the gluing process is simpler than the fake sealing process, and meanwhile thefake sealing structure 5 is good in concealment and difficult to find. - Referring to
FIGS. 7 and 8 , this embodiment differs fromEmbodiment 1 in that: an inner wall of thebag body 1 is integrally formed with an embossedrelief pattern 8. Specifically, the embossedrelief pattern 8 may be provided on either of the inner walls of thebag body 1, and may also be provided on both inner walls of thebag body 1. A vacuumized air channel can be formed between the embossedrelief pattern 8 and the inner wall of thebag body 1, and a vacuumized air channel also can be formed between two adjacentembossed relief patterns 8, so that a household vacuum sealer machine can vacuum the bag conveniently. In addition, such embossedrelief pattern 8 may also be provided on the inner wall of thebag body 1 inEmbodiment 2,Embodiment 3,Embodiment 4,Embodiment 5 andEmbodiment 6. - The above description is only preferred embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present application. Therefore, all equivalent changes of the structure, shape or principle according to the spirit of the present application should be all included in the protection scope of the present application.
Claims (14)
1. A child resistant bag, comprising a bag body, a first wing and a second wing that are arranged at two sides of an inlet of the bag body, wherein the first wing comprises a first strip, and an upper wing and a lower wing a connected to two sides of the first strip, the second wing comprises a second strip and a lower wing b connected to a lower side of the second strip, the upper wing and the lower wing a are both connected to an inner wall at the inlet of the bag body, the lower wing b is connected to the other inner wall at the inlet of the bag body, the first strip and the second strip are arranged correspondingly, the first strip and the second strip are press-fitted to each other so that the bag body is sealed automatically, a gap is provided between one side of the upper wing and the inner wall of the bag body to form a finger extension area, and a sealing structure is provided between the upper wing and the bag body and within the finger extension area.
2. The child resistant bag according to claim 1 , wherein the sealing structure comprises a fake sealing structure formed between the upper wing and the bag body and within the finger extension area.
3. The child resistant bag according to claim 2 , wherein the fake sealing structure is formed by using a fake sealing process.
4. The child resistant bag according to claim 2 , wherein the fake sealing structure is formed by gluing.
5. The child resistant bag according to claim 1 , wherein the sealing structure comprises a true sealing structure formed between the upper wing and the bag body and within a finger extension area, the upper wing has a cutting line provided along a length direction of the upper wing, and the cutting line passes through the finger extension area and is positioned below the true sealing structure.
6. The child resistant bag according to claim 5 , wherein the true sealing structure is formed by using a heat sealing process.
7. The child resistant bag according to claim 5 , wherein the cutting line is formed by die cutting or continuous cold cutting through a hob.
8. The child resistant bag according to claim 5 , wherein a cutting depth of the cutting line is ½ to ⅔ of a thickness of the upper wing.
9. The child resistant bag according to claim 5 , wherein the cutting line is a dotted straight line.
10. The child resistant bag according to claim 5 , wherein the cutting line is a dotted fold line.
11. The child resistant bag according to claim 5 , wherein the cutting line is a dotted curved line.
12. The child resistant bag according to claim 1 , wherein the inner wall of the bag body has an embossed relief pattern.
13. An opening method of a bag, comprising the following steps:
S1, pulling apart an upper wing and a bag body at a fake sealing structure, and exposing a finger extension area;
S2, extending a finger of one hand into the finger extension area and gripping one side of a mouth of the bag body, then gripping the other side of the mouth of the bag body with a finger of the other hand, and keeping the fingers of the two hands at force points of a same height; and
S3, forcibly and simultaneously pulling apart the bag body by two hands towards opposite directions.
14. An opening method of a bag, comprising the following steps:
S1, flipping over a mouth of a bag body, and bending an upper wing at a cutting line within a finger extension area;
S2, scratching the cutting line with fingers, extending a finger into the finger extension area and gripping one side of the mouth of the bag body;
S3, gripping the other side of the mouth of the bag body with a finger of the other hand, and keeping the fingers of the two hands at force points of a same height; and
S4, forcibly and simultaneously pulling apart the bag body by two hands towards opposite directions.
