- Referring to
FIGS. 1 to 8 , the present application provides a humidificationfilter screen structure 100. - In the embodiment of the present application, the humidification
filter screen structure 100 is applied to a purifier (not shown), and the purifier includes an air duct (not shown) and a water tank (not shown) arranged outside the air duct. The humidificationfilter screen structure 100 includes acover body 2 and a humidificationfilter screen assembly 3. - The
cover body 2 includes anupper cover 21 and alower cover 22 which is detachably connected to theupper cover 21. Theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22 mutually enclose a mounting space (not shown) in which the humidificationfilter screen assembly 3 is mounted. The humidificationfilter screen assembly 3 includes awater absorbing part 301 and ahumidification part 302 which are connected to each other. - In this embodiment, the air duct of the purifier is extended through the inside and outside of the purifier, the water tank of the purifier is configured in a ring shape, surrounding an outside of the air duct. The
water absorbing part 301 is extended into the water tank, and thehumidification part 302 is communicated with the air duct. Therefore, when thewater absorbing part 301 absorbs the moisture in the water tank, thewater absorbing part 301 can guide and transfer the moisture to thehumidification part 302, so that thehumidification part 302 becomes humidified, and when air in the air duct flows through thehumidification part 302, the air takes away the water vapor therein and become humidified. In an embodiment, thehumidification part 302 is arranged perpendicular to a flow direction of the air in the air duct so that thehumidification part 302 is in a windward position, so that when the air flows through thehumidification part 302, an contact area between thehumidification part 302 and the air can be increased to the greatest extent, and making the humidification effect better. - A material of the
cover body 2 may be a plastic material. For example, a terpolymer (ABS) material of acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B), and styrene (S) monomers is used, which has good flexibility and a surface hardness. When thewater absorbing part 301 absorbs water and makes the humidificationfilter screen assembly 3 as a whole heavier, thecover body 2 can bear the humidificationfilter screen assembly 3 and prevent loosening or collapsing. In particular, The humidificationfilter screen assembly 3 can be embedded in the mounting space enclosed by theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22. Theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22 are both provided at a vent (not labeled) connected to the air duct, so that the humidificationfilter screen assembly 3 can be closely attached to theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22, and will not shake due to the existence of gaps after installation. Moreover, the vent enables thehumidification part 302 to fully contact with the air in the air duct, which is beneficial to air circulation. - In the embodiments of the present application, the
water absorbing part 301 is extended into the water tank of the purifier, and the water absorbing performance of thewater absorbing part 301 is used to transfer water to thehumidification part 302 connected with thewater absorbing part 30, so that thehumidification part 302 becomes wet. Since thehumidification part 302 of the humidificationfilter screen assembly 3 is provided in the air duct of the purifier, when the air in the air duct flows through thehumidification part 302, the water vapor of thehumidification part 302 can be taken away, and the outflow air is humidified. In addition, the humidificationfilter screen assembly 3 is mounted in the mounting space formed by thecover body 2, so that when the humidificationfilter screen assembly 3 absorbs water and becomes heavier, thecover body 2 can support and fix it to prevent collapsing. By using theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22 which are detachably connected together, the humidificationfilter screen assembly 3 can be conveniently disassembled for scale cleaning and regular maintenance, and the humidificationfilter screen assembly 3 does not need to be frequently replaced, therefore reducing the cost of users. - Further, referring to
FIG. 6 , thelower cover 22 includes a mountingpart 221, a supportingpart 223, and a connectingpart 222. The connectingpart 222 connects the mountingpart 221 and the supportingpart 223. The mountingpart 221 surrounds an outer side of the supportingpart 223 and is connected to theupper cover 21. The supportingpart 223 is extended protrusively toward theupper cover 21 by a distance. - In particular, the supporting
part 223 is provided in a frame shape, the mountingpart 221 is also arranged in a frame shape around the outer side of the supportingpart 223, and a size of the mountingpart 221 is larger than a size of the supportingpart 223, so that a distance is formed between the mountingpart 221 and an outer side wall of the supportingpart 223. When the mountingpart 221 is connected with theupper cover 21, the mountingpart 221 is capable of being combined with the outer side wall of the supportingpart 223 to form the mounting space for mounting the humidificationfilter screen assembly 3. The supportingpart 223 is extended protrusively toward theupper cover 21, so that a height of the supportingpart 223 is higher than a height of the mountingpart 221, and thelower cover 22 is integrally formed into an arched structure. When the humidificationfilter screen assembly 3 and thecover body 2 are assembled, thewater absorbing part 301 can better contact the water in the water tank, and the water absorbing effect is better. - In this embodiment, the mounting
part 221, the connectingpart 222, and the supportingpart 223 may be integrally formed by molding, or the mountingpart 221, the connectingpart 222, and the supportingpart 223 may be fixedly connected by a common method in the art such as bonding or welding, and connectingparts 222 may be uniformly provided at intervals to ensure stability of the connection. In this embodiment, anotch 2211 is further formed on a side of the mountingpart 221 facing theupper cover 21. When theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22 enclose, thesplicing notch 2211 can be matched with a notch (not shown) of theupper cover 21, so that an outer surface after theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22 are spliced is flatter. - In one embodiment, referring to
FIG. 4 andFIG. 6 , thelower cover 22 further includes abracket 225 connected to an inner side of the supportingpart 223, thewater absorbing part 301 is connected to a bottom of thehumidification part 302, and thewater absorbing part 301 is attached to a side wall of the supportingpart 223. Thehumidification part 302 is located at the top of the supportingpart 223 and abuts against thebracket 225. In one embodiment, thebracket 225 has a vertically and horizontally intersecting structure and can be connected to a top of the inner side of the supportingpart 223, and is integrally formed with the supportingpart 223 to facilitate processing. Thewater absorbing part 301 is connected to the an outer peripheral edge of a bottom of thehumidification part 302, so that thewater absorbing part 301 and thehumidification part 302 also form an arched structure which can be matched with the arched structure formed by thelower cover 22. Thewater absorbing part 301 is embedded in the mounting space between the outer side wall of the supportingpart 223 and the side wall of theupper cover 21. Thehumidification part 302 abuts against thebracket 225, and thebracket 225 supports a gravity load of thehumidification part 302. When thewater absorbing part 301 is extended into the water tank, the bottom of thewater absorbing part 301 absorbs water from the water tank, and the water is transferred to thehumidification part 302 to make thehumidification part 302 wet. At this time, thebracket 225 can support thewet humidification part 302 to avoid collapsing from thelower cover 22. - In this embodiment, since the
water absorbing part 301 and thehumidification part 302 are integrated, there is no splicing gap between thewater absorbing part 301 and thehumidification part 302, and when thewater absorbing part 301 absorbs water, the water can be quickly transferred to thehumidification part 302, so that the efficiency of water transfer can be improved and the humidification effect can be improved. - In one embodiment, after the
upper cover 21 and thelower cover 22 are closed, a continuous avoidance opening (not shown) is formed in a side wall of thecover body 2, thewater absorbing part 301 is connected to an outer side wall of thehumidification part 302, thewater absorbing part 301 is connected with thehumidification part 302 to form a planar structure, and thehumidification part 302 is located in the mounting space enclosed by theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22. Thewater absorbing part 301 is extended from the avoidance opening and contacts with water in the water tank. At this time, the water is transmitted from thewater absorbing part 301 around to thehumidification part 302 in the center, and finally carried away by the air in the air duct. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , in the embodiment of the present application, theupper cover 21 includes a stoppingpart 212 and a limitingpart 211 which are connected to each other, and the stoppingpart 212 is connected to the mountingpart 221 and is attached to thewater absorbing part 301. The limitingpart 211 abuts on a side of thehumidification part 302 facing away from thewater absorbing part 301. The stoppingpart 212 and the limitingpart 211 are integrally molded, and the structure has good stability. In practical application, when thewater absorbing part 301 absorbs water, the absorbed water will cause a volume of thewater absorbing part 301 to foam and expand. After the stoppingpart 212 of theupper cover 21 is attached to thewater absorbing part 301, thewater absorbing part 301 can be clamped, and the phenomenon of bulging outward after thewater absorbing part 301 is expanded can be effectively avoided. On the other hand, when a wind wheel of the purifier is started, a wind force in the air duct is large, and the limitingpart 211 can limit and block thehumidification part 302 to avoid thehumidification part 302 being blown out. - In the embodiment of the present application, referring to
FIG. 4 andFIG. 5 , one of theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22 has asnap 224, and the other of the two has a snap joint 213. Thesnap 224 is snapped to the snap joint 213 to enable theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22 to enclose. In one embodiment, thesnap 224 may be provided in the mountingpart 221 of thelower cover 22, and the snap joint 213 may be provided in the stoppingpart 212 of theupper cover 21. When theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22 are needed to be covered with each other, thesnap 224 is correspondingly fastened in the snap joint 213, and fixing theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22. When theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22 are needed to be separated from each other, an external force can be applied to the fastening position. Since the material of thecover body 2 itself has elasticity, thesnap 224 can be quickly separated from the snap joint 213, so that theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22 are separated. Of course, in other embodiments, theupper cover 21 and thelower cover 22 may be connected by screws, and the present application is not limited to this. - In an embodiment of the present application, referring to
FIG. 7 andFIG. 8 , the humidificationfilter screen assembly 3 includes a humidificationfilter screen body 30 and a firstwater blocking member 31, the firstwater blocking member 31 is attached to a bottom of the humidificationfilter screen body 30, and the humidificationfilter screen body 30 is formed with thewater absorbing part 301 and thehumidification part 302. In one embodiment, each of thewater absorbing part 301 and thehumidification part 302 includes at least one of a sponge water absorbing material, an degreasing cotton water absorbing material, and a silica gel water absorbing material, which has good water absorbing performance. In a practical case, when thewater absorbing part 301 absorbs too much water, water droplets converge in thehumidification part 302 and drip into the air duct, causing the ground to become wet. By providing the firstwater blocking member 31, the water droplets can be effectively prevented from dripping into the air duct. - Further, referring to
FIG. 7 andFIG. 8 , the humidificationfilter screen assembly 3 further includes a secondwater blocking member 32, the secondwater blocking member 32 is attached to a side of the humidificationfilter screen body 30 facing away from the firstwater blocking member 31, and air in the air duct can flow in a direction from the firstwater blocking member 31 to the secondwater blocking member 32. In general, when users use the purifier, the air outlet of the purifier can be adjusted by adjusting a gear of the purifier. For example, when the user adjusts to a higher level to increase a wind force of the purifier, at this time, due to the suddenly increased wind speed, moisture hidden in the humidificationfilter screen body 30 will be blown out to form water droplets, which will drop indoors. By providing the secondwater blocking member 32, the air blown from the inside of the purifier to the outside can be prevented from carrying water droplets, and the user experience can be improved. - In one embodiment, the first
water blocking member 31 or the secondwater blocking member 32 has a grid structure, or the firstwater blocking member 31 and the secondwater blocking member 32 are both arranged to have a grid structure, and specific materials of the firstwater blocking member 31 and the secondwater blocking member 32 can be synthetic fibers or nylon materials to form a fish wire-like net structure, and are fixedly connected with the humidificationfilter screen body 30 by gluing or sewing. In general, a mesh diameter of the grid structure formed in the firstwater blocking member 31 and the secondwater blocking member 32 is at least 0.02 mm and not more than 0.05 mm. When moisture of thehumidification part 302 attempts to form water droplets to drop on the air duct or blow out from the air duct, the firstwater blocking member 31 and the secondwater blocking member 32 can prevent the formation of water droplets, and make the moisture adhere to the surface of the firstwater blocking member 31 or the secondwater blocking member 32, forming a water film in the mesh of the grid and evaporating with the flow of air.
