Abstract
An electronic cigarette including an atomization assembly and a base assembly. The atomization assembly is disposed on the battery assembly. The battery assembly includes a switching unit; the electronic cigarette comprises a first working mode with regard to a pneumatic switch, and a second working mode with regard to a power button. The switching unit includes a button. The button is configured to control the electronic cigarette to switch between the first working mode and the second working mode.
Description
- The disclosure relates to an electronic cigarette.
- Known electronic cigarettes comprises a pneumatic switch. When an airflow passes through the pneumatic switch, the electronic cigarettes start to work.
- The disclosure provides an electronic cigarette comprising an atomization assembly and a base assembly. The atomization assembly is disposed on the battery assembly. The battery assembly comprises a switching unit; the electronic cigarette comprises a first working mode with regard to a pneumatic switch, and a second working mode with regard to a power button. The switching unit comprises a button; the button is configured to control the electronic cigarette to switch between the first working mode and the second working mode.
- The switching unit further comprises a cap, a battery, a silica gasket, and a control panel comprising the power button; the battery comprises an output end connected to an input end of the control panel to supply power to the control panel; the silica gasket is disposed on the power button of the control panel; the cap is disposed on the silica gasket; and the button is disposed on the cap and is exposed out of the battery.
- The control panel comprises a pneumatic switch control circuit and a power button control circuit; and the pneumatic switch control circuit and the power button control circuit are electrically connected to the power button and the pneumatic switch on the control panel, respectively.

FIG. 5 is a sectional view of an electronic cigarette according to one embodiment of the disclosure. - To further illustrate, embodiments detailing an electronic cigarette are described below. It should be noted that the following embodiments are intended to describe and not to limit the disclosure.
- As shown in
FIGS. 1-5 , an electronic cigarette comprises an atomization assembly A and a battery assembly B. The atomization assembly A is disposed on the battery assembly B. - The atomization assembly A comprises an
e-liquid tank 1, a first seal ring 2, alimit cover 3, asecond seal ring 4, aceramic core 5, a third seal ring 6, aseal gasket 7, abase cover 8, aseal plug 9, astainless iron 10, asilica pad 11, and ajoint 12. The first seal ring 2 is disposed on the top of thelimit cover 3. Thesecond seal ring 4 is disposed on theceramic core 5. The third seal ring 6 is disposed on the bottom of theceramic core 5. Thesecond seal ring 4, theceramic core 5, and the third seal ring 6 are disposed in thelimit cover 3. Theseal gasket 7 is wrapped around thebase cover 8. Thelimit cover 3 is disposed on theseal gasket 7. Thejoint 12 is inserted in thesilica pad 11. Theseal plug 9 is inserted in thebase cover 8. Thebase cover 8 is disposed in the c-liquid tank 1, and thestainless iron 10 is wrapped around the base cover and is disposed on the bottom of thee-liquid tank 1. - The battery assembly B comprises a
spring contact 13, amagnet 14, asupport frame 15, alampshell 16, acap 17, abutton 18, abattery 19, asilica ring 20, asilica gasket 21, acontrol panel 22, abolt 23, and ahousing 24. Thespring contact 13 and themagnet 14 are disposed on the top of thesupport frame 15 for electric conduction and connection to the atomization assembly. Thebattery 19 comprises an output end connected to an input end of thecontrol panel 22 to supply power to thecontrol panel 22. Thesilica ring 20 is disposed on a pneumatic switch on thecontrol panel 22. Thesilica gasket 21 is disposed on a power button of thecontrol panel 22 to protect the power button and exhibits insulation function. Thecap 17 is disposed on thesilica gasket 21 to ensure the stress balance when the power button is pressed. Thebutton 18 is disposed on thecap 17. Thecontrol panel 22 is disposed in thesupport frame 15 and is fixed by thebolt 23. Thesupport frame 15 is disposed in thehousing 24. Thelampshell 16 passes through the openings of thehousing 24 and thesupport frame 15 and is fixed on an LED light element on thecontrol panel 22, to gather and transmit the light out of the battery. - The control panel further comprises a battery level indicating circuit. The battery level indicating circuit controls the LED light elements on the control panel to display different colors to indicate the battery level of the battery. The
lampshell 16 is a transparent and focusing polycarbonate material. - Repeatedly pressing the
button 18, for example, 3 times, the electronic cigarette enters the first working mode, i.e., can be ignited by the pneumatic switch; thereafter, repeatedly pressing thebutton 18 again, for example, 3 times, the electronic cigarette enters the second working mode, i.e., can be ignited by the power button. - It will be obvious to those skilled in the art that changes and modifications may be made, and therefore, the aim in the appended claims is to cover all such changes and modifications.
Claims (3)
1. An electronic cigarette, comprising: an atomization assembly and a battery assembly; the battery assembly comprising a switching unit; the electronic cigarette comprising a first working mode with regard to a pneumatic switch, and a second working mode with regard to a power button;
wherein:
the switching unit comprises a button; the button is configured to control the electronic cigarette to switch between the first working mode and the second working mode.
2. The electronic cigarette of claim 1 , wherein the switching unit further comprises a cap, a battery, a silica gasket, and a control panel comprising the power button; the battery comprises an output end connected to an input end of the control panel to supply power to the control panel; the silica gasket is disposed on the power button of the control panel; the cap is disposed on the silica gasket; and the button is disposed on the cap and is exposed out of the battery.
3. The electronic cigarette of claim 2 , wherein the control panel comprises a pneumatic switch control circuit and a power button control circuit; and the pneumatic switch control circuit and the power button control circuit are electrically connected to the power button and the pneumatic switch on the control panel, respectively.
