Abstract
The invention relates to a spraying fan comprising a spraying assembly and a fan assembly arranged at the bottom thereof. The spraying assembly comprises a water tank with a cavity formed in the side surface thereof; an atomization piece is arranged in the cavity and fixed through anatomization piece fixing plate, a water tank front cover is arranged on the side, close to the atomization piece, of the water tank, a key control panel and a mist outlet are arranged on the water tank front cover, a water tank upper cover is arranged at the top of the water tank, and a control circuit board is arranged in the water tank. Said fan assembly comprises a fan rear cover, an air outlet window and fan blades. Said fan rear cover and the air outlet window are detachably connected, a rear cover and a front cover are arranged outside said fan assembly, the first protrusion used in cooperation with the first stepped groove is arranged at the top of the rear cover and of the front cover, and a bottom cover is installed at the bottom of the rear cover and of the front cover.
Description
- The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, specifically relating to a spraying fan.
- Along with the development of science and technology and the advancement of society, multifunctional electric products are more and more popular with people, and the spraying fan is one of them. The traditional electric fan drives fan blades through the rotation of a motor to generate air flow so as to achieving effects of ventilation and cooling, but it has disadvantages of single function of blowing and causing indoor air drying after long-time use, thereby affecting human health. Therefore, people design various spraying fans, and can use a spraying humidifier to humidify air while blowing air, so that on one hand, heat is taken away by water evaporation to facilitate the air cooling, and on the other hand, moisture in the air can be supplemented in time. However, these designs suffer from the following disadvantages: 1. the humidifying spray function and the fan cannot be used separately. 2. The water tank inlet is little, making it difficult to add water and clean the water tank, which tends to accumulate the bacterium, and further influences the health in the long-term. 3. The water tank is designed in the product bottom which needs to be taken out when adding water and put back after adding water, which is quite complex. 4. The water is guided into the anatomization piece by adopting the water absorption cotton strip to absorb water, which can become mildewed and accumulate bacteria after being used for a long time, which is not beneficial to human health. 5. The air outlet window of the fan and fan main part adopt tight and fixed structure, which can not be dismantled, leading to difficult in cleaning fan blades and dust accumulation of air outlet window.
- Aimed at the shortcomings in the prior art, the invention provides a spraying fan which is convenient to use, easy to clean and operate.
- A spraying fan comprising a spraying assembly and a fan assembly arranged at the bottom thereof. Said spraying assembly comprises a water tank with a cavity formed in the side surface thereof and said cavity is connected with said water tank; an atomization piece is arranged in said cavity and fixed through anatomization piece fixing plate, a water tank front cover is arranged on the side, close to the atomization piece, of the water tank, a key control panel and a mist outlet are arranged on the water tank front cover, a water tank upper cover is arranged at the top of the water tank, the first stepped groove is arranged at the bottom of the water tank and a control circuit board is arranged in the water tank.
- Said fan assembly comprises a fan rear cover, an air outlet window and fan blades. Said fan rear cover and the air outlet window are detachably connected, a rear cover and a front cover are arranged outside said fan assembly, the first protrusion used in cooperation with the first stepped groove is arranged at the top of the rear cover and of the front cover, the second stepped groove is arranged at the bottom of the rear cover and of the front cover, and a bottom cover is installed at the bottom of the rear cover and of the front cover. The second protrusion used in cooperation with the second stepped groove is arranged at the top of said bottom cover.
- Preferably, a water level sensing piece is installed at the bottom of said water tank.
- Preferably, the spraying direction of said atomization piece is horizontal direction.
- Preferably, a sealing ring is arranged at the bottom of said water tank upper cover, and an air hole is formed in the top of said water tank upper cover.
- Preferably, handles are arranged on two sides of said water tank.
- Preferably, a cotton piece cover is arranged in the middle of said air outlet window, and cotton pieces are arranged in said cotton piece cover.
- Preferably, four corners of said bottom cover are movably connected with bottom cover feet via rotating shafts, and bottoms of said bottom cover feet is provided with anti-skid pads.
- Preferably, said atomization piece and the motor are electrically connected to said control circuit board.
- The beneficial effects of the invention are that:
- 1) the spraying assembly and the fan assembly are separately controlled, and a user can use the spraying component and the fan component as required;
- 2) the water tank is arranged at the upper part of the product, so that the water tank does not need to be taken out for adding water, and the operation is convenient;
- 3) the top of the water tank is provided with the upper cover of the water tank, and the water inlet is large, so that water can be conveniently added, and the water tank is convenient to clean;
- 4) the water in the water tank is directly communicated with the atomization piece, and the water is not required to be guided into the atomization piece by using the water absorption cotton strip, thus avoiding mildew of the water absorption cotton strip after long time usage.
- 5) the fan rear cover and the air outlet window of the fan assembly are detachably connected, convenient for clearing internal fan assembly.

It should be understood that the following drawings illustrated are only certain embodiments of the invention and are therefore not to be considered limiting of its scope. Generally as shown in the drawings herein, the components of the embodiments of the invention described and illustrated may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations.

- Embodiment 1: As is shown in drawings, a spraying fan comprising a spraying assembly 1 and a fan assembly 4 arranged at the bottom thereof. Said spraying assembly 1 comprises a
water tank 101 with a cavity formed in the side surface thereof and said cavity is connected with saidwater tank 101; anatomization piece 102 is arranged in said cavity, contacted with the water in thewater tank 101 directly and fixed through anatomizationpiece fixing plate 110; the spraying direction of saidatomization piece 102 is horizontal direction, so that the fan assembly and the spraying assembly can be used separately and the spraying will not wet the fan; a waterlevel sensing piece 103 is installed at the bottom of saidwater tank 101; a watertank front cover 105 is arranged on the side, close to theatomization piece 102, of thewater tank 101, akey control panel 106 and a mist outlet are arranged on the watertank front cover 105; a water tankupper cover 108 is arranged at the top of thewater tank 101; asealing ring 107 is arranged at the bottom of said water tankupper cover 108, and an air hole is formed in the top of said water tankupper cover 108; the first stepped groove is arranged at the bottom of thewater tank 101 and a control circuit is arranged in thewater tank 101; the control circuit comprises acontrol circuit board 104 and apower circuit board 111, saidatomization piece 102 is electrically connected to thecontrol circuit board 104, and thekey control board 106 is used for controlling the switch of the spraying assembly 1 and the fan assembly 4;handles 109 are arranged on two sides of saidwater tank 101. - Said fan assembly comprises a fan
rear cover 401, anair outlet window 402 andfan blades 404. Said fanrear cover 401 and theair outlet window 402 are detachably connected, acotton piece cover 405 is arranged in the middle of saidair outlet window 402, andcotton pieces 406 are arranged in saidcotton piece cover 405; perfume or mosquito repellent liquid can be dripped on thecotton piece 406, thefan blade 404 is controlled by themotor 403, themotor 403 is electrically connected with thecontrol circuit board 104; a rear cover 2 and a front cover 3 are arranged outside said fan assembly 4, the first protrusion used in cooperation with the first stepped groove is arranged at the top of the rear cover 2 and of the front cover 3, the second stepped groove is arranged at the bottom of the rear cover 2 and of the front cover 3; a bottom cover 5 is installed at the bottom of the rear cover 2 and of the front cover 3; the second protrusion used in cooperation with the second stepped groove is arranged at the top of said bottom cover 5; four corners of said bottom cover 5 are movably connected withbottom cover feet 501 via rotating shafts, and bottoms of saidbottom cover feet 501 is provided withanti-skid pads 502; thebottom cover feet 501 can rotates out to increase the bottom area and make the fan more stable. - Embodiment 2: the
upper cover 108 of thewater tank 101 is connected with thewater tank 101 with a gap, without using thesealing ring 107 and air hole; the rest structures are the same as those of the embodiment 1, the working principle and the using effect of which are the same as those of the embodiment 1. - Embodiment 3: the bottom cover 5 can also be designed to be integrally formed with the bottom of the rear cover 2 or the front cover 3, or the bottom of the rear cover 2 and the front cover 3 is sealed, namely when the rear cover 2 is matched and fixed with the front cover 3, the same bottom sealing effect can be achieved without using the bottom cover 5, the working principle and the using effect of which are the same as those of the embodiment 1.
- Embodiment 4: the
power circuit board 111 in thecontrol circuit board 104 may also be disposed on the rear cover 2 or the fanrear cover 401, which can also achieve the effect of switching on the power supply, the working principle and the using effect of which are the same as those of the embodiment 1. - Embodiment 5, the water
tank front cover 105 and the front cover 3 can also be designed to be integrally formed, i.e., thefront cover 105 of the water tank and the front cover 3 are combined into a whole, and the rest structures are the same as the embodiment 1, the working principle and the using effect of which are the same as those of the embodiment 1. - Working Principle
- The water in the
water tank 101 contacts with theatomization piece 102, starting atomizing function after the switch is started, and theatomization piece 102 vibrates at high frequency to convert water into water mist to be sprayed out, then turning on the fan to diffuse the water mist along the direction of the airflow blown out by the fan, thereby achieving the effects of humidification and spraying, which has functions of expanding the humidifying range, and taking away heat via water evaporation so as to cooling the blown air. - When in use, opening the water tank
upper cover 108, adding a proper amount of water, and selectively turning on the fan assembly 4 or the spraying assembly 1 or opening both simultaneously via thekey control panel 106, and thebottom cover feet 501 can rotates out to increase the bottom area and make the fan more stable; The invention is more stable; during cleaning, the interior of the water tank can be cleaned by directly opening the water tankupper cover 108, so that the cleaning is convenient and quick; the interior of the fan can be cleaned after detaching theair outlet window 402. - The invention is convenient to use, easy to clean and operate.
- The invention and its preferred embodiments have been described above, but the description is not limited thereto; it is to be understood by those skilled in the art that non-creative design of structural forms and embodiments that are similar to the technical solutions without departing from the spirit of the invention shall all fall within the protective scope of the invention.
Claims (8)
1. A spraying fan comprising a spraying assembly (1) and a fan assembly (4) arranged at the bottom thereof. Said spraying assembly (1) comprises a water tank (101) with a cavity formed in the side surface thereof and said cavity is connected with said water tank (101); an atomization piece (102) is arranged in said cavity and fixed through anatomization piece fixing plate (110), a water tank front cover (105) is arranged on the side, close to the atomization piece (102), of the water tank (101), a key control panel (106) and a mist outlet are arranged on the water tank front cover (105), a water tank upper cover (108) is arranged at the top of the water tank (101), the first stepped groove is arranged at the bottom of the water tank (101) and a control circuit board (104) is arranged in the water tank (101);
said fan assembly (4) comprises a fan rear cover (401), an air outlet window (402) and fan blades (404); said fan rear cover (401) and the air outlet window (402) are detachably connected, a rear cover (2) and a front cover (3) are arranged outside said fan assembly (4), the first protrusion used in cooperation with the first stepped groove is arranged at the top of the rear cover (2) and of the front cover (3) , the second stepped groove is arranged at the bottom of the rear cover (2) and of the front cover (3), and a bottom cover (5) is installed at the bottom of the rear cover (2) and of the front cover (3). The second protrusion used in cooperation with the second stepped groove is arranged at the top of said bottom cover (5).
2. The spraying fan of claim 1 wherein a water level sensing piece (103) is installed at the bottom of said water tank (101).
3. The spraying fan of claim 1 wherein the spraying direction of said atomization piece (102) is horizontal direction.
4. The spraying fan of claim 1 wherein a sealing ring (107) is arranged at the bottom of said water tank upper cover (108), and an air hole is formed in the top of said water tank upper cover (108).
5. The spraying fan of claim 1 wherein handles are arranged on two sides of said water tank (101).
6. The spraying fan of claim 1 wherein a cotton piece cover (405) is arranged in the middle of said air outlet window (402), and cotton pieces (406) are arranged in said cotton piece cover (405).
7. The spraying fan of claim 1 wherein four corners of said bottom cover (5) are movably connected with bottom cover feet (501) via rotating shafts, and bottoms of said bottom cover feet is provided with anti-skid pads (502).
8. The spraying fan of claim 1 wherein said atomization piece (102) and the motor (403) are electrically connected to said control circuit board (104).
