Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to a package box and a goods dispenser, and more particularly, to a package boxy in which goods are easily packaged and displayed and also are easy to be used by consumers and a goods dispenser.
- In general, package boxes makes goods, which are contained therein, to sell to customers in a bundle type while preventing the goods from being damaged during the distribution and display.
- In recent years, sellers and consumers are selling goods as a unit or install a goods outlet with a dotted line to be cut in the package box for easy use in the home.
-
FIG. 8 illustrates apackage boxy 1 according to the related art. - Referring to
FIG. 8 , thepackage box 1 according to the related art includes afront surface plate 2,side plates 3, and top plates, which are provided as paper sheets. Also, agoods outlet 5 through which goods G are taken out through cutting may be formed in thefront surface plate 2. - However, since the
goods outlet 5 of the package box according to the related art is formed in only thefront surface plate 2, an interval of a predetermined size (at least 5 mm or more) is required in a horizontal direction of thegoods outlet 5 so as to prevent thepackage box 1 from being damaged, for example, torn. Thus, since thefront surface plate 5 should have a width greater than that of each of the goods G to be taken out, thepackage box 1 increases in size, and thus, manufacturing costs increase. - The present disclosure has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems. The present invention provides a package box, which is not required to increase in size so as to secure a clearance space for preventing a main body from being damaged, a goods dispenser.
- Furthermore, the present invention provides a package box, through which a remaining amount of goods is easily checked, and a goods dispenser.
- In addition, the present invention provides a package box, in which a main body is easily carried, and a goods dispenser.
- To achieve the objectives, a package box according to the present invention provided with a main body having a storage space in which goods are stored, the package box including: a front surface part which is provided as one of surfaces forming the main body and disposed on a front surface of the main body and in which a front surface cutoff line is formed so that a front surface opening that opens the storage space is provided; and a side surface part which is provided as at least one of the surfaces of the main body and disposed on a side surface of the main body so as to be connected to the front surface and in which a side surface cutoff line continued from the front surface cutoff line is formed so that a side surface opening extending from the front opening to the side surface of the main body is provided, wherein an opening through which the goods stored in the storage space are taken out is formed over the front surface part and the side surface part by the front surface opening and the side surface opening.
- Furthermore, a goods dispenser according to the present invention provided with a main body having a storage space in which goods are stored, the goods dispenser including: a front surface part which is provided as one of surfaces forming the main body, is disposed on a front surface of the main body, and has a front surface opening that opens the storage space; and a side surface part which is provided as at least one of the surfaces of the main body, is disposed on a side surface of the main body so as to be connected to the front surface, and has a side surface opening extending from the front opening to the side surface of the main body, wherein an opening through which the goods stored in the storage space are taken out is formed over the front surface part and the side surface part by the front surface opening and the side surface opening.
- When the package box and the goods dispenser according to the embodiment of the present invention are used, the opening may extend up to the side surface part to minimize the damage of the main body when the goods are taken out in comparison to the case in which the opening is formed in only the front surface part. Thus, it may be unnecessary to increase in size of the package box so as to secure the clearance space for preventing the main body from being damaged. Also, since the goods may be gripped through the opening of the side surface, the goods may be easily taken out.
- Also, according to the present invention, the remaining amount of goods may be easily checked through the remaining amount checking hole.
- Also, according to the present invention, the main body may be easily carried by the handle part.

- First, embodiments to be described below are embodiments suitable for understanding technical features of a packaging box and a goods dispenser of the prevent invention. However, the technical features of the present invention are not limited by the embodiments to which the present invention is applied or described in detail, and various modifications are possible within the technical scope of the present invention.
- A
package box 100 according to the present invention is provided with amain body 101 having astorage space 102 in which goods G are stored. Themain body 101 may be made of a paper sheet such as a corrugated cardboard or the like, but the material of themain body 101 is not limited thereto. - Here, the goods G may be vertically stored in the
storage space 102. Themain body 101 may have a size that is determined according to a size of each of the goods G, a stored shape of the goods G, and the number of goods. For example, in a case in which the goods G are ready-to-eat rice such as instant rice, the goods G may be vertically stacked to be stored or packaged, and the consumers may take the goods out one by one as needed or purchase the goods G. - Also, each of the goods G may have a predetermined weight. Thus, when the goods G are stacked, a pressure may be applied downward to minimize separation of the goods G from the
storage space 102 due to shaking of thepackage box 100. Also, in the case in which the goods G are the ready-to-eat rice such as the instant rice, a container into which contents are contained may be provided. Here, a top surface of the container may have a concave portion to prevent the goods from being taken out by the unintentional shaking when the goods G are stacked. Also, the container provided in the goods G may include an inclined part at a lower end thereof and a lead film at an upper end thereof. As described above, the container may include the inclined part and the lead film to reduce a contact area and frictional force between the goods G that are vertically stacked. Thus, when the goods G are taken out, the goods G may be taken out with small force. - In the following description and drawings, the case in which the goods G are the instant rice is described as an example, but the kind of goods G is not limited thereto and may be applied without being limited as long as the goods G are goods G that are packaged to be sold in a bundle shape.
- First Embodiment
-
FIGS. 1 to 3 illustrate apackage box 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. - Referring to
FIGS. 1 to 3 , thepackage box 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include afront surface part 200 and aside surface part 300. - The
front surface part 200 may be one of the surfaces forming themain body 101. Thefront surface part 200 is disposed on a front surface of themain body 101, and a frontsurface cutoff line 211 is formed in thefront surface part 200 to provide a front surface opening 212 for opening thestorage space 102. Particularly, when a user cuts a portion of thefront surface part 200 along the frontsurface cutoff line 211, thefront surface opening 212 may be formed. - The
side surface part 300 may be at least one of the surfaces forming themain body 101. Theside surface part 300 is disposed on a side surface of themain body 101 so as to be connected to thefront surface part 200 and has side 311 and 321 extending from the front surface cutoff part to providesurface cutoff lines 313 and 323 that extend from the front surface opening 212 toward the side surfaces of theside surface openings main body 101. - Particularly, when the user cuts a portion of the
side surface part 300 along the side 311 and 321 together with the frontsurface cutoff lines surface cutoff line 211, the 313 and 323 extending from theside surface openings front surface opening 212 may be formed. Here, the frontsurface cutoff line 211 and the side 311 and 321 may be designed to be easily torn when being cut for use so that the cut surface is not dirty without being cut or damaged during the packaging and distribution. Thus, when the instant rice is used after being purchased as the shown example, the frontsurface cutoff lines surface cutoff line 211 and the side 311 and 321 may be cut to form the openings, and then, the stored instant rice may be used one by one as required. Also, the instant rice is stored, the instant rice may be tidily stored in a state of being stacked in thesurface cutoff lines storage space 102 of themain body 101 at home. - As described above, in the
package box 100 according to the present invention, the opening through the goods G stored in thestorage space 102 are taken out may be formed over thefront surface part 200 and theside surface part 300 by the front surface opening 212 and theside surface openings 313 and 323 (seeFIG. 2 ). Here, a shape of each of the openings may be formed according to the shape of each of the goods G. For example, when the goods G are the instant rice, the opening may be lengthily formed in a horizontal direction. - Thus, according to the present invention, since the opening extends up to the
side surface part 300, the damage of themain body 101 when the goods G are taken out may be minimized when compared to the case in which the opening is formed in only thefront surface part 200. Thus, it may be unnecessary to increase in size of the package box 100 (particularly, the front surface part 200) so as to secure a clearance space for preventing themain body 101 from being damaged. Also, since the goods G are gripped through the 313 and 323, the goods G may be easily taken out.side surface openings -
FIG. 3 is a development view of thepackage box 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The development view ofFIG. 3 is folded along the folding line so that the folded portions overlap each other and are fixed, thereby manufacturing thepackage box 100. - Referring to
FIG. 3 , thepackage box 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include atop surface part 400, arear surface part 500, and abottom surface part 600 in addition to thefront surface part 200 and theside surface part 300. - The
side surface part 300 may further include afirst side plate 310 and asecond side plate 320. Thefirst side plate 310 may be connected to one side of thefront surface part 200 through afolding line 11, and thesecond side plate 320 may be connected to the other side of thefront surface part 200 through afolding line 12. A first sidesurface cutoff line 311 and afirst touch part 312 may be formed on thefirst side plate 310, and a second sidesurface cutoff line 321 and asecond touch part 322 may be formed on thesecond side plate 320. Thefirst touch part 312 and thesecond touch part 322 may be cut from the first and second side 311 and 321 toward the front surface part and thus be easily cut.surface cutoff lines - The
top surface part 400 may be one of the surfaces forming themain body 101 and disposed on the top surface of themaim body 101. Thetop surface part 400 may further include atop surface plate 410, a first top plate, and a secondtop plate 422. Thetop surface plate 410 may be connected to thefront surface part 200 through afolding line 13, and the first top plate and the secondtop plate 422 may be respectively connected to the firstside surface plate 310 and the secondside surface plate 320 through a folding line. When assembled, the firsttop plate 421 and the secondtop plate 422 may be folded and then covered by thetop surface plate 410, and then, afirst fixing piece 411 connected to thetop surface plate 410 may be inserted to close an upper portion of themain body 101. When the goods G are put again into thestorage space 102 of themain body 101, thefirst fixing piece 411 may be separated to open the upper portion. - The
rear surface part 500 may be one of the surfaces forming themain body 101 and disposed on a rear surface of themain body 101. Therear surface part 500 may be connected to the firstside surface plate 310 through afolding line 15 and adhere to be fixed to the secondside surface plate 320 through thefirst connection piece 510. - The
bottom surface part 600 may be one of the surfaces forming themain body 101 and disposed on a bottom surface of themain body 101. Thebottom surface part 600 may include first to fourth 611, 612, 613, and 614, which adhere to each other by using an adhesive to close the lower portion. Here, thebottom plates first bottom plate 611 may be connected to thefront surface part 200 through afolding line 14, and thesecond bottom plate 612 may be connected to the firstside surface plate 310 through a folding line. The thirdbottom plate 613 may be connected to the secondside surface plate 320 through a folding line, and thefourth bottom plate 614 may be connected to therear surface 500 through a folding line. - However, the development view according to an embodiment of the present invention is not limited to above-described configuration. For example, various modified examples may be possible as long as the
front surface part 200, theside surface part 300, thetop surface part 400, therear surface part 500, and thebottom surface part 600 are capable of being formed. - The front
surface cutoff line 211 may be formed to be punched in thefront surface part 200 at predetermined intervals in the horizontal direction, and a pair of frontsurface cutoff lines 211 may be disposed to be spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction. - Particularly, referring to
FIG. 7 , the frontsurface cutoff line 211 may have punched holes, each of which has a predetermined length L1, which are repeatedly formed in the horizontal direction, and the punched holes may be spaced a predetermined distance L2 from each other. Here, the predetermined length L1 may be about 2 mm, and the predetermined distance L2 may be about 1 mm, but are not limited thereto. Also, the punched shape is not limited to the frontsurface cutoff line 211 For example, the punched shape may be applied to the side 311 and 321 and a topsurface cutoff lines surface cutoff line 730, a frontsurface cutoff line 230, and a rearsurface cutoff line 830, which will be described below according to another embodiment. - Since the front
surface cutoff line 211 is formed in the above-described shape, the frontsurface cutoff line 211 may be designed to be easily torn so that the cut surface is clean when opening the opening without being damaged during the distribution. - Also, the front
surface cutoff line 211 may be formed to be spaced a predetermined distance d upward from thefolding line 14 connected to thebottom surface part 600. Particularly, the frontsurface cutoff line 211 may be provided in a pair. Here, the frontsurface cutoff line 211, which is disposed at a lower side, of the pair of the frontsurface cutoff lines 211 may be disposed to be spaced apart from thefolding line 14 connected to thebottom surface part 600. Thus, when assembled, the front surface cutoff line 21 may be disposed to be spaced the predetermined distance d or more from the bottom surface. - Therefore, the damage of the
main body 101 may be minimized by the frontsurface cutoff line 211, and also, the goods G may be easily taken out. - Particularly, when the front
surface cutoff line 211 is disposed on thefolding line 14 or disposed too adjacent to thefolding line 14, the punched holes of the frontsurface cutoff line 211 may be damaged by the folding of thefolding line 14, and thus, themain body 101 may be easily torn. The present invention may solve this problem by installing the frontsurface cutoff line 211 that is disposed at the lower side so as to be spaced the predetermined distance d from thebottom surface part 600. - Here, the distance d between the front
surface cutoff line 211 and the folding line of thebottom surface part 600 may range from about 5 mm to about 40 mm. When the distance d is less than about 5 mm, themain body 101 may be easily torn. When the distance d exceeds abort 40 mm, it is difficult to take the goods G out. - Also, the distance d between the front
surface cutoff line 211 and thefolding line 14 of thebottom surface part 600 may be about 0.5 times to about 1.1 times a height of the good G. When the distance is less about 0.5 times than the height of the good G, the main body may be damaged, or the good stacked on the lowermost good may be taken out together when the lowermost good is taken out. On the other hand, when the distance exceeds about 1.1 times the height of the good, it may be difficult to take the good out because the good is caught in the opening. - Also, since the front
surface cutoff line 211 is disposed to be spaced the predetermined distance d from thebottom surface part 600, the frontsurface cutoff line 211 of themain body 101 be cut to form an opening and also include a goods storage part in the lowermost end of thestorage space 102. Particularly, the goods storage part may be a space that stores the lowermost good of the goods stored in thestorage space 102 by an area of thefront surface part 200 disposed between the frontsurface cutoff line 211 and thebottom surface part 600. Thus, the goods disposed in the opening may be smoothly taken out from themain body 101 by the goods storage part without using a separator device. - Also, as described above, when the goods G include a lead film on an upper end thereof, and an inclined part is disposed on a lower end thereof, a contact area and frictional force between the goods G may be reduced. Thus, since the goods G are taken out in the state in which the frictional force is reduced, the goods G may be smoothly taken out without providing a separate unit for reducing the frictional force in the goods storage part.
- However, a distance d between the front
surface cutoff line 211 and thefolding line 14 of thebottom surface part 600 is not limited thereto. For example, the distance d may be changed according to the stored goods G. - The
main body 101 may further include a remainingamount checking hole 330. The remainingamount checking hole 330 may be formed to vertically pass through at least one of thefront surface part 200, theside surface part 300, or therear surface part 500, thereby checking a remaining amount of goods G stored in thestorage space 102. - For example, the remaining
amount checking hole 330 may be formed in the firstside surface plate 310 to lengthily extend vertically from a portion adjacent to thebottom surface part 600 up to a portion adjacent to thetop surface part 400. The remainingamount checking hole 330 may be penetrated so that thestorage space 102 is visible. Thus, the user may check the remaining amount of goods stored in themain body 101. - However, the position and shape of the remaining
amount checking hole 330 are not limited thereto. For example, the remainingamount checking hole 330 may be formed in the surface except for the firstside surface plate 310 and have various shapes as long as the remaining amount of goods G is capable of being checked. - The present invention may further include a handle part. The handle part may be provided to easily carry the
main body 101. - Particularly, referring to
FIGS. 1 and 2 , the handle part according to an embodiment of the present invention may include ahandle hole 340 formed to pass through theside surface part 300 and ahandle string 341 coupled to thehandle hole 340. - The
handle hole 340 may be provided in a pair in the firstside surface plate 310 and the secondside surface plate 320. Thehandle string 341 may be respectively provided on the firstside surface plate 310 and the secondside surface plate 320. The handle strings 341 may be knotted to the pair of handle holes through a method such as knotting. Thus, the user or a seller may hold thehandle string 341 to easily carry themain body 101 when themain body 101 is carried. - However, the handle part is not limited thereto. That is, the handle part may have various shapes as long as the
main body 101 is capable of easily carried by using the handle part. For example, various embodiments in which a plastic handle is coupled, or a paper sheet handle is formed may be applied. - Second Embodiment
- Hereinafter, a
package box 100′ according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference toFIGS. 4 to 6 . Another embodiment is different from the foregoing embodiment in configuration and development view of ahandle part 750. Hereinafter, duplicated description with respect to the same components will be omitted. - In the
package box 100′ according to another embodiment of the present invention, amain body 101′ may be lengthily formed. Also, goods G may be stacked in two rows in astorage space 102′. When it is advantageous that a height of thepackaging box 100′ is low depending on the display space of thepackaging box 100′ or a storage space in the home, themain body 101′ may be lengthily formed in a horizontal direction. - The
package box 100′ according to another embodiment of the present invention may include afront surface part 200 and aside surface part 300. - Also, the
package box 100′ may further include atop surface part 700, arear surface part 800, and abottom surface part 900. Hereinafter, for convenience of description, thefront surface part 200 and theside surface part 300 will be identified with the same reference numerals. - Referring to
FIGS. 4 to 6 , thefront surface part 200 is different from thefront surface part 200 according to the forgoing embodiment in that a frontsurface cutoff line 230 for ahandle part 750 is formed. This will be described bel ow. - The
side surface part 300 is different from theside surface part 300 according to the forgoing embodiment in that asecond fixing piece 315 and athird fixing piece 325 are connected to each other, and first tofourth side plates 354 are provided. Particularly, the firstside surface plate 310 is connected to thefront surface part 200 through afolding line 11, and thesecond fixing piece 315 is connected thefront surface 200 through a folding line. Thesecond side plate 320 may be connected to thefront surface part 200 through a folding line, and thethird fixing piece 325 may be connected to thefront surface part 200 through a folding line. Afirst side plate 351 and asecond side plate 352 may be connected to thetop surface part 700 through folding lines, and athird side plate 353 and afourth side plate 354 may be connected to thebottom surface part 900 through folding lines. When assembled, thefirst side plate 351 and thethird side plate 353 may be covered by the firstside surface plate 310 and fixed by thesecond fixing piece 315, and thesecond side plate 352 and thefourth side plate 354 may be covered by the secondside surface plate 320 and fixed by thethird fixing piece 325. - The
top surface part 700 may be one of the surfaces forming themain body 101′. Thetop surface part 700 may be disposed on a top surface of themain body 101′ and connected to thefront surface part 200 through afolding line 13. - The
rear surface part 800 may be one of the surfaces forming themain body 101′. Therear surface part 800 may be disposed on a rear surface of themain body 101′ and connected to thetop surface part 700 through a folding line 17. - The
bottom surface part 900 may be disposed on a bottom surface of themain body 101′ and connected to thefront surface part 200 through afolding line 16. Thebottom surface part 900 may adhere to therear surface part 800 by asecond connection piece 820 disposed on therear surface part 800. - The
package box 100′ according to another embodiment of the present invention may include ahandle part 750. Thehandle part 750 may be formed by cutting a portion of themain body 101′. - Particularly, the
top surface part 700 may include a pair of topsurface cutoff lines 730 that are punched at predetermined intervals in a direction from the front surface to the rear surface of themain body 101′ and are spaced apart from each other. Also, thefront surface part 200 may include a frontsurface cutoff line 230 extending from the topsurface cutoff lines 730, and therear surface part 800 may include a rearsurface cutoff line 830 extending from the top surface cutoff lines 730. Here, the topsurface cutoff line 730, the frontsurface cutoff line 230, and the rearsurface cutoff line 830 may be formed in the same manner as the frontsurface cutoff line 211. - Also, the
handle part 750 may be formed by cutting the topsurface cutoff line 730, the frontsurface cutoff line 230, and the rearsurface cutoff line 830. - More particularly, the front
surface cutoff line 230 may extend from the topsurface cutoff line 730 and be provided in a pair so as to be formed at only a portion of an area adjacent to thetop surface part 700. Also, the rearsurface cutoff line 830 may be provided in a pair and formed on only a portion of an area adjacent to thetop surface part 700. Thus, when the cutting is performed to form thehandle part 750, thehandle part 750 may be connected to thefront surface part 200 and therear surface part 800. - As described above, according to another embodiment of the present invention, since the handle part is formed by cutting a portion of the
main body 101′, the operation for forming thehandle part 750 may be easy to achieve an effect of reducing manufacturing costs when compared to the shape of the handle string 342 according to the forgoing embodiment. Also, - According to the present invention, when the consumer stores a product in the home, the
handle part 750 may be deformed to match the shape of themain body 101′, thereby improving convenience of storage. - Also, the
top surface part 700 may include afirst folding line 740 that is disposed between the pair of topsurface cutoff lines 730 and folded when thehandle part 750 is formed. Thefirst folding line 740 may be formed in a direction perpendicular to the topsurface cutoff line 730 so as to be folded when thehandle part 750 is formed. - Also, the
front surface part 200 may include asecond folding line 240 connecting ends of the pair of frontsurface cutoff lines 230 to each other, and therear surface part 800 may include athird folding line 840 connecting ends of the pair of rearsurface cutoff lines 830 to each other. - As described above, the top
surface cutoff line 730, the frontsurface cutoff line 230, and the rearsurface cutoff line 830 may be cut by thefirst folding line 740, thesecond folding line 240, and thethird folding line 840 to easily form the shape of thehandle part 750. - Also, a
third touch part 731 that is recessed in a direction of theside surface part 300 may be formed in the topsurface cutoff line 730. Thus, the user may easily cut themain body 101′ along the topsurface cutoff line 730 through thethird touch part 731. - The front
surface cutoff line 230 may be formed so that an end adjacent to thesecond folding line 240 has a curved shape (see reference numeral 231) that is curved toward the bottom surface of themain body 101′. The end of the frontsurface cutoff line 230 may not be connected to thesecond folding line 240 by the curved portion. Thus, when the frontsurface cutoff line 230 and thesecond folding line 240 are connected to each other, the damage, for example, tearing of themain body 101′ at the connected portion to which force applied when thehandle part 750 is formed is concentrated. - Also, the rear
surface cutoff line 830 may be formed so that an end adjacent to thethird folding line 840 has the curved shape (see reference numeral 831) that is curved toward the bottom surface of themain body 101′. Thus, like the frontsurface cutoff line 230, when the rearsurface cutoff line 830 and thethird folding line 840 are connected to each other, the damage of themain body 101′ at the connected portion to which force applied when thehandle part 750 is formed is concentrated. - Referring to
FIGS. 2 and 5 , a goods dispenser according to another aspect of the present invention will be described. A goods dispenser according to the present invention may be provided by forming an opening by cutting the frontsurface cutoff line 211 and the side 311 and 321 in thesurface cutoff lines package box 100. - Particularly, the goods dispenser according to the present invention may be provided with a
main body 101 having astorage space 102 storing goods G therein and include afront surface part 200 and asecond surface part 300. - The
front surface part 200 may be one of the surfaces forming themain body 101. Thefront surface part 200 is disposed on a front surface of themain body 101 and has a front surface opening 212 that opens thestorage space 102. - The
side surface part 300 may be at least one of the surfaces forming themain body 101. Theside surface part 300 is disposed on a side surface of themain body 101 and has 313 and 323 extending from the front surface opening 212 toward the side surfaces of theside surface openings main body 101, - Here, the opening for taking the goods G stored in the
storage space 102 out is formed over thefront surface part 200 and theside surface part 300 by the front surface opening 212 and the 313 and 323.side surface openings - When the goods dispenser according to the present invention is used, the opening may extend up to the
side surface part 300 to minimize damage of themain body 101 when the goods G are taken out in comparison to a case in which the opening is formed in only thefront surface part 200. Thus, it may be unnecessary to increase in size of the main body, and the goods G may be easily taken out. - As described above, when the package box and the goods dispenser according to the embodiment of the present invention are used, the opening may extend up to the side surface part to minimize the damage of the main body when the goods are taken out in comparison to the case in which the opening is formed in only the front surface part. Thus, it may be unnecessary to increase in size of the package box (particularly, the front surface part) so as to secure a clearance space for preventing the
main body 101 from being damaged. Also, since the goods may be gripped through the opening of the side surface, the goods may be easily taken out. - Also, according to the present invention, the remaining amount of goods may be easily checked through the remaining amount checking hole.
- Also, according to the present invention, the main body may easily carried by the handle part.
- While the invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be the preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but various modifications and variations are possible without departing from the spirit of the invention.
