Description
- This application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application Serial No. 201921042131.0 filed on Jul. 4, 2019, the contents of which are herein incorporated by reference.
- The disclosure relates to the field of electronic technologies, and in particular to an anti-leakage electronic cigarette.
- Electronic cigarette, as an electronic product simulating traditional cigarette, has the same appearance, smoke, flavor and feeling as the traditional cigarette. The electronic cigarette is to make, through atomization and other means, nicotine and the like turned into a vapor for a user to inhale. Generally, an electronic cigarette mainly includes a smoke tube used for accommodating a nicotine solution, a vaporizing device and a battery. An atomizer, powered by the battery, is able to turn the nicotine liquid inside a cartridge into a vapor, so that a user will have a feeling similar to smoking when inhaling the vapor. For existing electronic cigarettes, a heating core is arranged inside the vaporing device, so as to vaporize the tobacco liquid into an aerosol for a user to inhale. For the part of heating core of existing electronic cigarettes, a heating wire is wrapped with a cotton cloth, the heating wire is soaked in the tobacco liquid, and the heating wire is heated to vaporize the tobacco liquid into a vapor. However, the tobacco liquid long-time permeating the cotton cloth would lead to tobacco liquid leakage, thus inconvenience is brought to users.
- How to solve the problem in existing electronic cigarettes that tobacco liquid leakage is caused due to long time use becomes an urgent technical problem for the skilled in the art.
- The purpose of the disclosure is to provide an anti-leakage electronic cigarette, so as to solve the problem in existing technologies that tobacco liquid leakage is caused due to the tobacco liquid long-time permeating a cotton cloth arranged on an outer layer of a heating core of the electronic cigarette.
- A lot of technical effects that can be generated by the preferred technical schemes among a lot of technical schemes provided by the disclosure are illustrated below in detail.
- In order to achieve the above purpose, the disclosure provides the following technical schemes.
- The disclosure provides an anti-leakage electronic cigarette, including an atomizer and a power unit configured for supplying power to the atomizer, the atomizer being in detachable connection with the power unit, wherein:
- the atomizer includes a cup body, a smoke tube, a sealing element and a microporous ceramic heating core; the cup body defines an inhalation hole on a top thereof; the smoke tube has one end in connection with the top of the cup body and in communication with the inhalation hole, and has the other end in connection with a bottom of the cup body; the sealing element is arranged between an outer sidewall of the smoke tube and an inner sidewall of the cup body and is positioned at a bottom of the smoke tube; an upper end face of the sealing element, the outer sidewall of the smoke tube and the inner sidewall of the cup body enclose a sealed liquid cup configured for storing a tobacco liquid; the microporous ceramic heating core is arranged inside the smoke tube and is positioned above the sealing element; the microporous ceramic heating core has outer sides of two ends in sealed connection with an inner sidewall of the smoke tube, and a gap is defined between the middle part of the microporous ceramic heating core and the smoke tube; a position on the smoke tube where the microporous ceramic heating core is arranged defines a liquid hole which allows the tobacco liquid to enter the smoke tube; and the cup body of the atomizer further defines thereon an air passage which connects the outside of the cup body of the atomizer with the inside of the smoke tube.
- Preferably, a position on the cup body corresponding to the liquid cup further defines a window which is configured for observing a liquid level inside the liquid cup.
- Preferably, the cup body includes an upper cup body and a lower cup body, the inhalation hole is defined on a top end of the upper cup body, the upper cup body has an open bottom end and the bottom end is provided with a supporting base, the smoke tube has a bottom end in detachable connection with the supporting base, the lower cup body has an open top end, and the lower cup body is detachably sleeved outside the bottom of the upper cup body.
- Preferably, the sealing element defines thereon a liquid refill channel which connects the outside of the sealing element with the inside of the cup body, the upper cup body has a sidewall defining a liquid refill hole which is in communication with the liquid refill channel, the liquid refill hole is defined where the upper cup body is in connection with the lower cup body, and a plug, which is configured for sealing the liquid refill channel, is arranged at the liquid refill hole.
- Preferably, the air passage includes an air inlet defined on a sidewall of the lower cup body, a first air passage defined between the upper cup body and the lower cup body and configured for connecting the air inlet with a bottom of the supporting base, and a second air passage defined on the supporting base and configured for connecting the bottom of the supporting base with the inside of the smoke tube.
- Preferably, the microporous ceramic heating core includes a microporous ceramic support and a heating wire arranged inside the microporous ceramic support, the microporous ceramic support has an outer side in connection with the smoke tube, the microporous ceramic support has a hollow interior, the heating wire is arranged wound on the interior of the microporous ceramic support, and the heating wire has two ends in electrical connection with the power unit.
- Preferably, a liquid sorbent cotton is arranged above the microporous ceramic heating core inside the smoke tube.
- Preferably, the supporting base is provided with two first electrodes, the heating wire has two ends in connection with the two first electrodes respectively, and the first electrode is in electrical connection with the power unit.
- Preferably, the power unit includes a housing and a battery arranged inside the housing, the housing has a top end provided with two second electrodes, the two second electrodes are in electrical connection with two electrodes of the battery respectively, and, when the atomizer is in connection with the power unit, the second electrode passes through the cup body to contact the first electrode.
- Preferably, a pair of magnetic components is arranged on the bottom of the cup body and the top of the housing.

- The disclosure provides an anti-leakage electronic cigarette, including an atomizer and a power unit configured for supplying power to the atomizer, the atomizer being in detachable connection with the power unit; the atomizer includes a housing body, and a smoke tube and a sealing element and a microporous ceramic heating core which are arranged inside the housing body; the housing body defines an inhalation hole on a top thereof; the smoke tube has one end in connection with the top of the housing body and the smoke tube is in communication with the inhalation hole, and the smoke tube has the other end in connection with a bottom end of the housing body; the sealing element is arranged between an outer sidewall of the smoke tube and an inner sidewall of the housing body, and the sealing element is in sealed contact with an outer sidewall of the smoke tube and an inner sidewall of the cup body respectively; with such arrangement, the top surface of the sealing element, the outer sidewall of the smoke tube and the inner sidewall of the cup body form a sealed cavity, and the cavity is the liquid cup configured for storing the tobacco liquid; the above microporous ceramic heating core is arranged inside the smoke tube and the microporous ceramic heating core is positioned above the upper end face of the sealing element; the microporous ceramic heating core has outer walls of two ends in sealed connection with an inner sidewall of the smoke tube; a gap is defined between the outer sidewall of the middle part of the microporous ceramic heating core and the inner sidewall of the smoke tube; a position on the smoke tube corresponding to the middle part of the microporous ceramic heating core defines a liquid hole which allows the tobacco liquid to enter the above gap; the tobacco liquid inside the liquid cup enters the above gap via the liquid hole to contact the microporous ceramic heating core, the microporous ceramic heating core employs a microporous ceramic, the microporous ceramic refers to a ceramic body which has lots of open or closed tiny pores inside or on a surface thereof, the aperture generally is micron-sized or submicron-sized, the tiny pores inside the microporous ceramic heating core have adsorbability, which can well lock up the tobacco liquid, preventing the tobacco liquid entering the inside of the smoke tube through the microporous ceramic heating core; the tobacco liquid is vaporized into an aerosol after contacting the heated microporous ceramic heating core, and the aerosol may enter the inside of the smoke tube via the tiny pores; the housing body further defines thereon an air passage which communicates the outside of the housing body with the inside of the smoke tube; when a user inhales through the inhalation hole, the aerosol vaporized to the inside of the smoke tube is expelled from the inhalation hole under the drive of airflow, for the user to inhale. The heating core in the anti-leakage electronic cigarette provided by the disclosure employs the microporous ceramic heating core, which changes the previous structure that the heating core is wrapped with a cotton cloth; the microporous ceramic heating core is in sealed connection with the smoke tube, and liquid leakage will not occur after long time use. The disclosure solves the problem that tobacco liquid leakage is caused due to the tobacco liquid long-time permeating a cotton cloth, in existing electronic cigarettes of which the heating core of the heating wire structure is wrapped with the cotton cloth.

- For a better understanding of the purposes, the technical schemes and the advantages of the disclosure, the technical schemes in the disclosure are described below in detail. Obviously, the embodiments described hereinafter are simply part embodiments of the disclosure, but all the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments in the disclosure without creative work are intended to be included in the scope of protection of the disclosure.
- Embodiments are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Further, the embodiments illustrated below have no limit to the contents specified in the claims. In addition, all contents for the components illustrated in the following embodiments are not limited to what is necessary for the solution of the disclosure as specified in the claims.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 10 , the disclosure provides an anti-leakage electronic cigarette, including an atomizer and a power unit configured for supplying power to the atomizer, the atomizer being in detachable connection with the power unit; the atomizer includes a cup body 1, asmoke tube 2 and asealing element 3 which are arranged inside the cup body 1, and a microporousceramic heating core 4 arranged inside thesmoke tube 2; the cup body 1 defines aninhalation hole 5 on a top thereof; thesmoke tube 2 has a top end in connection with the top of the cup body 1 and in communication with theinhalation hole 5, and thesmoke tube 2 has a bottom end in connection with a bottom of the cup body 1; thesealing element 3 may be of a hollow annular structure, thesealing element 3 is sleeved between an outer sidewall of thesmoke tube 2 and an inner sidewall of the cup body 1, thesealing element 3 has an inner sidewall in sealed contact with an outer sidewall of thesmoke tube 2, and thesealing element 3 has an outer sidewall in sealed contact with an inner sidewall of the cup body 1; with such arrangement, an upper end face of thesealing element 3, the outer sidewall of thesmoke tube 2 and the inner sidewall of the cup body 1 enclose a sealedliquid cup 6 configured for storing a tobacco liquid; the microporousceramic heating core 4 is arranged inside thesmoke tube 2 and the microporousceramic heating core 4 is positioned above the upper end face of thesealing element 3; the microporousceramic heating core 4 has outer sides of two ends in sealed connection with an inner side of thesmoke tube 2; a sealing ring may be arranged where the microporousceramic heating core 4 contacts thesmoke tube 2 to achieve a sealed connection, and a gap is defined between the outer side of the middle part of the microporousceramic heating core 4 and the outer side of thesmoke tube 2; by reducing the diameter of the middle part of the microporousceramic heating core 4, or by increasing the diameter at the position on thesmoke tube 2 corresponding to the middle part of theheating core 4,multiple liquid holes 7 may be defined evenly along a circumference direction of thesmoke tube 2 at the position on thesmoke tube 2 corresponding to the middle part of the microporousceramic heating core 4; the tobacco liquid in theliquid cup 6 may enter the gap between the microporousceramic heating core 4 and thesmoke tube 2 via theliquid holes 7, the microporousceramic heating core 4 employs a microporous ceramic, the microporous ceramic refers to a ceramic body which has lots of open or closed tiny pores inside or on a surface thereof, the aperture generally is micron-sized or submicron-sized, and the microporous ceramic is a kind of functional structure ceramic, with adsorbability and permeability; the adsorbability can well lock up the tobacco liquid, preventing the tobacco liquid entering the inside of the smoke tube via the tiny pores; the tobacco liquid, after entering the gap, contacts the microporousceramic heating core 4 to be vaporized into an aerosol; the permeability may allow the generated aerosol to enter the inside of thesmoke tube 2 via the inside tiny pores; the cup body 1 further defines thereon an air passage which communicates the outside of the cup body 1 with the inside of thesmoke tube 2; when a user inhales through theinhalation hole 5, air enters thesmoke tube 2 through the air passage, and the aerosol inside thesmoke tube 2 is sucked out from theinhalation hole 5 under the drive of airflow. The heating core used in the disclosure is the microporousceramic heating core 4; the microporousceramic heating core 4 and thesmoke tube 2 have a sealed connection therebetween, which prevents the leakage of tobacco liquid. In addition, with the microporousceramic heating core 4, the tobacco liquid cannot enter the inside ofsmoke tube 2 through the microporousceramic heating core 4 to cause leakage. The disclosure changes the structure in existing technologies that the heating core is wrapped with a cotton cloth and avoids the occurrence of liquid leakage due to long time use. - In a preferred embodiment, since existing electronic cigarettes generally employ plastic housings or
hardware housings 18, theliquid cup 6 is hidden inside the housing and cannot be seen, and a user cannot clearly know the usage of tobacco liquid inside theliquid cup 6; therefore, the disclosure defines awindow 9 at a position on the cup body 1 corresponding to theliquid cup 6, which is configured for observing a liquid level inside theliquid cup 6; thewindow 9 may be of a strip shape, extending from the top end of theliquid cup 6 to the bottom end of theliquid cup 6; a transparent material is arranged at the position of thewindow 9, for example, transparent plastic or glass, etc., as long as the material is transparent and can be used for observing the amount of liquid inside the liquid cup; and the cup body 1 may also be of a fully transparent structure. - Optional, the above cup body 1 may include two parts, namely an
upper cup body 101 and alower cup body 102 respectively; theinhalation hole 5 is defined on a top end of theupper cup body 101; theupper cup body 101 has an open bottom; a supportingbase 10 may be arranged at the position of the opening of theupper cup body 101; the supportingbase 10 may be in detachable connection with the inside bottom of theupper cup body 101; theabove smoke tube 2 has a top end in connection with the top end of theupper cup body 101 and has a bottom end in detachable connection with the supportingbase 10; thelower cup body 102 has an open top; thelower cup body 102 is sleeved outside the bottom of theupper cup body 101; theupper cup body 101 and thelower cup body 102 has a detachable connection structure therebetween, for example, a snap-fit connection structure, and such arrangement is convenient to mount and demount thesmoke tube 2, thesealing element 3 and the microporousceramic heating core 4 which are located inside the cup body 1. - Preferably, to achieve the cyclic utilization of the atomizer, the
sealing element 3 may define thereon aliquid refill channel 11 which connects the outside of the outer sidewall of thesealing element 3 with the inside of thecup body 6; theupper cup body 101 has a sidewall defining aliquid refill hole 12 which is in communication with theliquid refill channel 11; theliquid refill hole 12 is defined where theupper cup body 101 is in connection with thelower cup body 102; aplug 13 which is configured for sealing theliquid refill channel 11 is arranged at theliquid refill hole 12; theliquid refill channel 11 may include a firstliquid refill channel 11 defined radially along thesealing element 3 and a secondliquid refill channel 11 which is configured for communicating theliquid refill channel 11 with the inside of theliquid cup 6, and theliquid refill channel 11 is in communication with theliquid refill hole 12. When the tobacco liquid inside theliquid cup 6 is used up, a user may separate theupper cup body 101 from thelower cup bod 102 to expose theliquid refill hole 12, and the unplug theplug 13 to refill the tobacco liquid through theliquid refill channel 11. - Further, the above air passage may include an
air inlet 14, afirst air passage 15 and asecond air passage 16; theair inlet 14 may be defined on an outer sidewall of thelower cup body 102 and may be symmetrically defined on both left and right sides of thelower cup body 102; theair inlet 14 may be defined on the top of thelower cup body 102; the position on thelower cup body 102 where theair inlet 14 is defined defines downwards a V shaped groove or a semicircular groove from one side of theair inlet 14 that is close to the inner wall of thelower cup body 102; the V shaped groove or semicircular groove forms with the outer sidewall of theupper cup body 101 thefirst air passage 15 which allows an airflow to pass through; a gap or a hole is defined between the bottom of theupper cup body 101 and the bottom of thelower cup body 102 and is in communication with thefirst air passage 15, to allow an airflow to enter the bottom of the supportingbase 10; a gap is defined between the bottom of the supportingbase 10 and the bottom of thelower cup body 102, for an airflow to flow through; the supportingbase 10 defines thereon a secondfirst air passage 16 which runs through the supportingbase 10 and communicates the bottom of the supportingbase 10 with the inside of thesmoke tube 2. When a user uses the electronic cigarette, after he/she inhales at theinhalation hole 5, an airflow enters thefirst air passage 15 to reach the bottom of the supportingbase 10 from theair inlet 14, then reaches the inside of thesmoke tube 2 through the secondfirst air passage 16 and finally is sucked out from theinhalation hole 5. - In one embodiment, the above the microporous ceramic heating core 4 includes a microporous ceramic support 401 and a heating wire 402 arranged inside the microporous ceramic support 401; the microporous ceramic support 401 may have a circular section; a seal ring may be arranged between outer sides of two ends of the microporous ceramic support 401 and the inner side of the smoke tube 2 to achieve a sealed connection; the heating wire 402 may be arranged wound on the inner sidewall of the microporous ceramic support 401; the heating wire 402 may be distributed in a shape of thread; the heating wire 402 has two ends in electrical connection with the power unit; when the atomizer is in connection with the power unit, the heating wire 402 is in connection with the power unit and is electrified, and the heating wire 402 is heated; since the ceramic has good heat conduction, the heat of the heating wire 402 is quickly transferred to the outer side of the microporous ceramic support 401; the tobacco liquid is vaporized into an aerosol after contacting the microporous ceramic support 401, and the aerosol enters the inside of the microporous ceramic support 401 through the inside tiny pores; since the inside of the microporous ceramic support 401 is in communication with the inside of the smoke tube 2, the aerosol is expelled from the inhalation hole 5 under the drive of airflow.
- In one embodiment, the supporting
base 10 may be provided with twofirst electrodes 17; theheating wire 402 has two ends in connection with the twofirst electrodes 17 respectively; the twofirst electrodes 17 may be of cylinder shape; the supportingbase 10 defines thereon two cylindrical mounting holes to mount the twofirst electrodes 17; and when the atomizer is in connection with the power unit, thefirst electrodes 17 are in electrical connection with the power unit. - Further, the above power unit includes a
housing 18 and abattery 19; thehousing 18 has a top end provided with twosecond electrodes 20; thesecond electrode 20 has one end extending into thehousing 18 to be in connection with thebattery 19 and has the other end extending out of thehousing 18; when the atomizer is in connection with the power unit, the end of thesecond electrode 20 extending out of thehousing 18 passes through the cup body 1 of the atomizer to contact and connect with thefirst electrode 17 inside the cup body 1. - In order to achieve a detachable connection between the atomizer and the power unit, a magnetic component may be arranged between the bottom of the cup body 1 and the top of the
housing 18, for example, a block of iron may be arranged on the bottom of the cup body 1, and a magnet may be arranged on the top of thehousing 18; and the atomizer and the power unit will draw each other automatically when they are close to each other. - In order to reduce the harm to the human body, a
liquid sorbent cotton 21 may be arranged above the microporousceramic heating core 4 inside thesmoke tube 2, thereby reducing the intake of tobacco liquid by the human body and meanwhile preventing the cooled tobacco liquid being inhaled by a user. - The above are the specific embodiments of the disclosure merely. However, the protection scope of the disclosure is not limited to this. Any variations or substitutions easily thought by one skill familiar with the technical field are intended to be covered in the scope of protection of the disclosure. Therefore, the scope of protection of the disclosure should be based on the protection scope of claims appended herein.
Claims (10)
1. An anti-leakage electronic cigarette, comprising an atomizer and a power unit configured for supplying power to the atomizer, the atomizer being in detachable connection with the power unit, wherein
the atomizer comprises a cup body (1), a smoke tube (2), a sealing element (3) and a microporous ceramic heating core (4); the cup body (1) defines an inhalation hole (5) on a top thereof; the smoke tube (2) has one end in connection with the top of the cup body (1) and in communication with the inhalation hole (5), and has the other end in connection with a bottom of the cup body (1); the sealing element (3) is arranged between an outer sidewall of the smoke tube (2) and an inner sidewall of the cup body (1) and is positioned at a bottom of the smoke tube (2); an upper end face of the sealing element (3), the outer sidewall of the smoke tube (2) and the inner sidewall of the cup body (1) enclose a sealed liquid cup (6) configured for storing a tobacco liquid; the microporous ceramic heating core (4) is arranged inside the smoke tube (2) and is positioned above the sealing element (3); the microporous ceramic heating core (4) has outer sides of two ends in sealed connection with an inner sidewall of the smoke tube (2), and a gap is defined between the middle part of the microporous ceramic heating core (4) and the smoke tube (2); a position on the smoke tube (2) where the microporous ceramic heating core (4) is arranged defines a liquid hole (7) which allows the tobacco liquid to enter the smoke tube (2); and the cup body (1) further defines thereon an air passage which connects the outside of the cup body (1) with the inside of the smoke tube (2).
2. The anti-leakage electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein a position on the cup body (1) corresponding to the liquid cup (6) further defines a window (9) which is configured for observing a liquid level inside the liquid cup (6).
3. The anti-leakage electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein the cup body (6) comprises an upper cup body (101) and a lower cup body (102), the inhalation hole (5) is defined on a top end of the upper cup body (101), the upper cup body (101) has an open bottom end and the bottom end is provided with a supporting base (10), the smoke tube (2) has a bottom end in detachable connection with the supporting base (10), the lower cup body (102) has an open top end, and the lower cup body (102) is detachably sleeved outside the bottom of the upper cup body (101).
4. The anti-leakage electronic cigarette according to claim 3 , wherein the sealing element (3) defines thereon a liquid refill channel (11) which connects the outside of the sealing element (3) with the inside of the cup body (6), the upper cup body (101) has a sidewall defining a liquid refill hole (12) which is in communication with the liquid refill channel (11), the liquid refill hole (12) is defined where the upper cup body (101) is in connection with the lower cup body (102), and a plug (13), which is configured for sealing the liquid refill channel (11), is arranged at the liquid refill hole (12).
5. The anti-leakage electronic cigarette according to claim 3 , wherein the air passage comprises an air inlet (14) defined on a sidewall of the lower cup body (102), a first air passage (15) defined between the upper cup body (101) and the lower cup body (102) and configured for connecting the air inlet (14) with a bottom of the supporting base (10), and a second air passage (16) defined on the supporting base (10) and configured for connecting the bottom of the supporting base (10) with the inside of the smoke tube (2).
6. The anti-leakage electronic cigarette according to claim 3 , wherein the microporous ceramic heating core (4) comprises a microporous ceramic support (401) and a heating wire (402) arranged inside the microporous ceramic support (401), the microporous ceramic support (401) has an outer side in connection with the smoke tube (2), the microporous ceramic support (401) has a hollow interior, the heating wire (402) is arranged wound on the interior of the microporous ceramic support (401), and the heating wire (402) has two ends in electrical connection with the power unit.
7. The anti-leakage electronic cigarette according to claim 6 , wherein the supporting base (10) is provided with two first electrodes (17), the heating wire (402) has two ends in connection with the two first electrodes (17) respectively, and the first electrode (17) is in electrical connection with the power unit.
8. The anti-leakage electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein the power unit comprises a housing (18) and a battery (19) arranged inside the housing (18), the housing (18) has a top end provided with two second electrodes (20), the two second electrodes (20) are in electrical connection with two electrodes of the battery (19) respectively, and, when the atomizer is in connection with the power unit, the second electrode (20) passes through the cup body (1) to contact the first electrode (17).
9. The anti-leakage electronic cigarette according to claim 8 , wherein a pair of magnetic components is arranged on the bottom of the cup body (1) and the top of the housing (18).
10. The anti-leakage electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein a liquid sorbent cotton (21) is arranged above the microporous ceramic heating core (4) inside the smoke tube (2).
